We’ve been coming here for years and it never disappoints! Best location in Sea Colony, 1st floor is just so convenient, especially with kids. Very close to the beach and pool but also more private because it’s at the end of the complex. The unit is updated and well maintained and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Mary is wonderful to work with too- great with communication. This is by far my family’s favorite vacation spot!

Great family vacation.

We love staying at this Sea Colony location. The place is the perfect beach vacation. Our family loves coming here and the communication with the owner is always appreciated. Wonderful stay!

Wonderful stay!

This was our second stay at this condo in Bethany. Everything was clean, neat and well stocked. The location is excellent, and the first floor walk out right to the beach is perfect!

Excellent stay

Property was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. It was a great location and had everything we needed for a great beach vacation! Mary was very responsive throughout the process. We really enjoyed our stay!

We stayed with our two littles and had a wonderful time. Mary is great to work with and provides all the information you could ever need. Great location to the pools and beach.

We had another great stay! You cannot beat the wonderful quiet location of this condo. Steps to the beautiful Sea Colony beach. Mary takes care to have all the important items stocked for her guests. It’s very comfortable. We love staying here!

Great weekend in Bethany

Great stay! We love Sea Colony and have stayed at many different condos over the last 30 years - this one was particularly lovely and clean. We will be back!
