Shoreline Towers 3045 - free beach chair setup

Free beach setup (two chairs and an umbrella) are included free of charge in the rental from March 1st - October 31st.

Unit #3045: This open floor plan has 2 bedroom/2 bathrooms and is located in Tower 3. There are gulf views from the kitchen, living room, master bedroom, second bedroom, and the balcony. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, new cabinets and a walk-in pantry. There is new flooring throughout. The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has two queen beds. The property is located within walking distance to several restaurants and shops. New washer and dryer for your convenience. Along with the free Wi-Fi, it is a guarantee for a great stay at Shoreline Towers.

Shoreline Towers is a gated resort with 24 hour security and 500 feet of private gulf front sugar-white beaches of the Emerald Coast. The resort amenities include a heated swimming pool, sauna, fitness center, a tennis court, pickleball courts, and shuffleboard. Enjoy the barbeque grills and picnic area overlooking the lake.

Great restaurants, grocery stores and even a Target are within walking distance. Destin also has great shopping including Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet, Baytown Wharf and Harborwalk .

Winter Escape

First time visit to this area. We loved the location of this property and found the condo and the whole property exceptionally clean. The water is a beautiful color and the sand is like no other I have ever seen. The condo is tastefully decorated. We enjoyed the deck with a nice partial view of the Gulf. I would chose this condo again if I am ever back in this area. I felt we were lucky to find this condo. Lori has a very nice rental property.

Great stay

We had an amazing stay in this condo. It was clean, spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. The beach is just steps away and we had a partial view of the ocean from the balcony. Hosts were great with communication. Highly recommend and hope to stay here again.

Fall break vacation

Beautiful place to stay. Extremely clean. Felt like we were coming home every afternoon when we returned from the amazing private beach area. Highly recommend. We will be back soon!!

Fantastic Location!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is fantastic, just a quick walk across the parking lot to the beach. Pool is really nice and very clean. Condo was very clean and fully equipped with anything you might need. And Lori was awesome to work with. Extremely responsive and shared some helpful tips on getting groceries delivered. I would recommend staying here and would stay here again in the future!

Great beach trip!!

I was very impressed with the condo. I loved the open area kitchen to living room and being able to see outside from the kitchen table. The living room was also very spacious. The master bedroom and bathroom were great! They had everything we needed for our stay. The owner was so easy to work with. Would stay here again and highly recommend!

Family vacation

We were very pleased with our stay. It was nice to be surrounded mostly by families with a good mix of younger kids and teenagers. The condo had a great amount of extra stuff that we didn’t make room for in our packing including a good selection of games and beach toys (if you have younger kids). I was really happy to see tennis rackets and balls. We were also happy to have the chairs and umbrella provided in the deal at the beach. The extra chairs in the condo came in handy for the beach in the evenings. My boys really enjoyed hanging out in the pool at night and we had fun playing tennis. Bring your pickleball paddles & balls if that is your game. There are 3 pickleball courts and 1 tennis court. One thing that might be helpful for future guests is to let you know that the king size mattress in the master bedroom is pretty firm, so if you are used to a plush or memory foam bed, you might find it a bit uncomfortable. Overall, we loved the condo and will consider booking it again if we return to this area.

Relaxing Beach Stay

This property was exactly what my family with two young children (3 and 4 year olds) were looking for to get away! Clean room with a beach view! The pool at the facility was also a nice relaxing space that our kids enjoyed when they wanted an easier swim. Very happy with our stay.

July Vacay

Very nice rental unit. Up to date, beautiful floors and well stocked. The owners were very responsive and nice. The balcony was disappointing, covered with old carpet that covered your feet with sand. We barely used it. The unit was fairly clean, the floors should have been cleaned a little better. The beach is not very accessible for people that want to use their own umbrella and chairs. Too many umbrellas rentals take up most of the beach.

Absolutely Perfect

This property is absolutely perfect. The condo itself is very spacious, clean, and has great functionality. The beach is breath taking and makes no reason to travel outside the country for white sand with clear water.

Beautiful condo with beach views

We loved the location of this condo. Closest building to the pool, three different views of the ocean , and less than a hundred yards the beach. Everything you need in the condo to enjoy a vacation at the beach. We loved the balcony where we could sit and enjoy the views and drink a cup of coffee. The construction was going on in the other building, but they started on the building we were in late in the week. We just made plans to be on the beach or go shopping or do some kayaking during the 8-5pm hours. Grocery and Target are just across the street. Plenty of restaurants nearby too. Great beds and linens with beautiful decor throughout. We will tell our friends and family about this place!

Beautiful Property

Perfect rental

We could not have been happier with this rental. It was clean, well decorated, and fully stocked with anything we could need. They provided items for the beach and games and cards to play in the evening. There is construction going on at the towers but we only heard them a little bit one morning. Not enough to take away from how much we enjoyed staying at the property. The view was beautiful from the balcony, beds were comfortable, and master shower was great. When they said the beach was only a short walk away, they really meant it. We have stayed at a property on the beach that took us longer to get to the water then it did at this property. This might seem trivial, but they provided nice quality toilet paper, brand-name soap, nice paper towels, and all of the linens were very clean. Finally, if you like to walk you can easily get to Target, Chick-fil-A, the Donut Hole, and other places to avoid traffic. Loved our vacation.

Beautiful condo close to everything.

This is a beautiful condo right on the beach. The owners were wonderful and quick to response when we got locked out. The home is right off of the elevator. It's clean and very spacious. It doesn't have beach service which is 80.00 but it does have beach chairs on the balcony for convenience. It comes totally furnished and the beds are comfortable. It's close to all the great restaurants, walmart, target, and souvenir stores. The pool is great also. The only complaint I have, And it has nothing to do with the owners, is all the construction going on. It was ear deafening, so we just found things to do from 8-5. I would definitely stay here again. I travel extensively, and the owners are a 10 in my book.

Very very Happy

The condo is very nice and clean and organized. Has everything you will need. The views of the ocean from the balcony and the master were better than we expected. The beach is a very short walk .There is construction going on the 2 front buildings but it was fine and didn't bother us at all. We enjoyed our week and would highly recommend staying here.

Spring Break 2022

Great stay with family on Spring Break. Close to beach and many restaurants and activities. Beach was beautiful and not crazy busy. Condo had plenty of space and all the amenities you would need. Beds were very comfortable. Would definititely stay again. Thanks for a great spring break.

Everything was very nice and the location on the beach is fabulous. We enjoyed our stay in unit 3045 and the owners Tom and Lori were great to work with. We will definitely stay here again.

Incredible Location, Family Friendly &

We loved our stay! This unit isnt "beach front" but it's a closer walk to the pool. With 2 kiddos that was very convenient! The walk to the beach is still only yards away and the view and sound of the ocean are very present. The room was stocked with plenty of extras such as sand toys, pool toys, boogie boards and beach chairs which made our stay very enjoyable! There was plenty of space for my family. I highly recommend!!

Best host I've ever stayed with!!

Tom called me a few days before our trip to let me know that there was a problem with the unit. I was worried about cancelling because I needed a vacation so bad! He and his wife did everything in their power to make sure the issue was fixed before we got there on Thursday. When we got there they were still working on the issue but that was not a problem. We went to the grocery store and the pool and when we go back it was all fix. I can not express how great our trip was! The beach is just right through the parking lot so not but a 3 min walk. The condo was absolutely perfect and just as described in the listing. We will definitely be renting from them again! Thank you so much for having us!

Perfect in every way

Not really sure where to begin but Lori was terrific. Prompt and thorough communication prior to renting as well as after booking. The condo was fabulous and just exactly as pictured. It was clean updated and so close to the beach. The beach rental was easy and made hanging out in the sun refreshing. The beach was glorious and the recommendations from Lori were spot on! I have already told my family and am looking forward to coming back!!!

Great place to stay

The condo was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. At night the AC was a bit warm , but I went and purchased a fan . It was a nice homely spot to take a vacation. I will definitely be back. Enjoyed the entire stay.

My husband and I have been vacationing at Shoreline Towers since 1987. Our three children have grown up vacationing in Destin. Shoreline Towers has become a family tradition for us.

Destin has beautiful white sand beaches. We chose Shoreline Towers because the units are very spacious (1430 sq ft for a 2 bedroom unit). The complex boasts 15 acres and you feel like you are in your own world when you are on the property. You can walk to restaurants, grocery store, coffee shop etc.
