Escape to the tranquility of the desert with it’s surrounding mountains and find comfort in this lovely 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation home. Ideal for families visiting Zion National Park, this property promises a warm and homelike atmosphere that will make your trip unforgettable. Savor meals in the great outdoors on the private outdoor dining area, complete with a covered awning, while taking in the stunning views the area has to offer.
We like to give our guests space, but we are available by text or call at anytime.
Our quiet little town is the perfect pit stop for your adventures in and around Zion
Guests have access to the whole home except a few closets where we store supplies.

Having a car would be the ideal way to get around. We really don’t have much in regards to public transportation here.
There are lots of fun things to do in southern Utah! Hiking, biking, ATV riding, water skiing, and national parks...to name a few. You have Zion National Park (21 miles), St. George (22), Sand Hollow Reservoir (11), Quail Creek Reservoir (12), Tuacahn (30), Cedar Breaks National Monument (58), Grand Canyon National Park (119), Bryce Canyon National Park (127) and Brian Head Ski Resort (68) all available and close by for your enjoyment!

One of the nicest VRBO homes we've stayed in. Quality construction. Many unexpected extras added up to an enjoyable stay....especially the ping pong table and mini-basketball game in the garage. And it had all the basics...comfortable beds, plenty of plush towels, fully stocked kitchen, etc.

Cozy home in a quiet neighborhood - more room than we needed (just 2 of us!). We stayed 4 nights so we could enjoy Zion and Bryce without feeling too rushed. The house had everything we needed so we could make meals at home if we chose to. The host was easy to reach and responded quickly. The use of the garage was a plus, since the weather was in the high 90's. The air-conditioning saved us, for sure!!! We slept very comfortably in the master suite (huge!) - can't speak to the other beds since we didn't use them, but they looked nice. I spent every morning in the backyard enjoying my coffee and listening to the birds; so relaxing before beginning our day! We loved how everything was nearby, but we still felt "away"....we'll definitely book a stay here again if it's available. Thank you, Tyler!

This is a great place to stay that is close to Zion. The house had everything we needed. Communication was great. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Zion home
This home is very well cared for and very nice accomodations. Owner provides everything you need to have a great stay. Its close to Zion national park, restaurants and activities. I recommend this place and look forward to another visit if in the area

Perhaps the best Vrbo home we have stayed. A bonus was it was 5 min from a great grocery store that many organic and vegetarian/vegan options

Great location, quiet neighborhood
This was the perfect quiet location for our visit to Zion. The house had everything we needed. We checked in late after dark but had great directions.

Convenient Location
This was one of the best rentals we have stayed in. Great location to Zion and all other outings we wanted to take. Wonderful family friendly neighborhood. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Host was very easy to communicate with and check in and out was a breeze!

Comfortable Home
Had a great stay in this property. Well kept home in a nice neighborhood. The home was close and an easy drive to Zion and all the state parks in the area. Home was well equipped with everything we needed.

This property is in a perfect location if you're interested in experiencing Southern Utah. Zion National Park is a quick 20 minute drive along the beautiful Scenic Zion Corridor. La Verkin is approximately 125 miles from Bryce Canyon and The North Rim of the Grand Canyon. There are several nearby hiking and mountain biking trails. The famous Red Bull Rampage mountain biking event is a few miles away near the town of Virgin.
