Ideal for families visiting Zion National Park, this property promises a warm and homelike atmosphere that will make your trip unforgettable. Savor meals in the great outdoors on the private outdoor dining area, complete with a covered awning, while taking in the stunning views the area has to offer.

We like to give our guests space, but we are available by text or call at anytime.

Our quiet little town is the perfect pit stop for your adventures in and around Zion

Guests have access to the whole home except a few closets where we store supplies.

Having a car would be the ideal way to get around. We really don’t have much in regards to public transportation here.

There are lots of fun things to do in southern Utah! Hiking, biking, ATV riding, water skiing, and national parks...to name a few. You have Zion National Park (21 miles), St. George (22), Sand Hollow Reservoir (11), Quail Creek Reservoir (12), Tuacahn (30), Cedar Breaks National Monument (58), Grand Canyon National Park (119), Bryce Canyon National Park (127) and Brian Head Ski Resort (68) all available and close by for your enjoyment!

National Park Tour

This property was fabulous and just what we needed for our trip. Tyler was a great communicator and thought of all the little things that make a stay easier. We especially appreciated a fully stocked kitchen, complete with condiments and seasoning, as well as full use of the garage (and garage door opener) and spacious bedrooms and family room. Definitely a great place. Thanks Tyler!

Nice home in a great location if visiting Zion is on your list. Gas station close and Grocery store as well. We highly recommend it.

Convenient Location

This was one of the best rentals we have stayed in. Great location to Zion and all other outings we wanted to take. Wonderful family friendly neighborhood. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Host was very easy to communicate with and check in and out was a breeze!

This home is very well cared for and very nice accomodations. Owner provides everything you need to have a great stay. Its close to Zion national park, restaurants and activities. I recommend this place and look forward to another visit if in the area

Comfortable Home

Had a great stay in this property. Well kept home in a nice neighborhood. The home was close and an easy drive to Zion and all the state parks in the area. Home was well equipped with everything we needed.

Great location, quiet neighborhood

This was the perfect quiet location for our visit to Zion. The house had everything we needed. We checked in late after dark but had great directions.

Nice place to stay for Zion

Quiet neighborhood, convenient location to Zion NP. Beds are comfortable, bedding was clean. Outdoor patio was comfortable. Kitchen was a little sparse in utensils, dishes, and cookware, but we ate out a lot so it wasn’t a problem. Very nice home, would stay here again.

Cozy Home with beautiful view

We had a wonderful stay. All the essential were in the house including shampoo. Soap. Dishwasher detergent. Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Lovely backyard with BBQ grill and patio set. Check in was easy. Garage was a plus. They also have arcade style basketball game in garage.

Southern Utah and Zion Trip

This property was by far the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. It was well equipped, exceedingly clean and neat, comfortable, and "instructions" were well spelled out nd straightforward. Tyler responded to the few questions we had very rapidly. Overall we were quite pleased. We recommend this property wholeheartedly!

Clean, Comfortable, and all the Comforts We Needed

Our school group stayed at two VRBO locations this trip. This was the perfect place. Plenty of space for everyone and easy access to Zion National Park, where our project was. What I loved is that the home had everything we needed to cook. I was happy when I saw there was a toaster so I could enjoy my Toaster Strudel in the morning (a must). Check in was super easy and the house was like new when we arrived. The patio in that backyard was awesome. A perfect place to relax and unwind after a day's work. We plan a follow up project down there and we'll for sure be staying there again.

Utah at it's best

This property was superb - everywhere was clean and exactly as indicated on the site. There was ample supplies of everything you could want and the neighborhood was quiet. It was really close to Zion national park and close enough to Bryce Canyon. This was definitely one of the best properties we have rented and Tyler was excellent at communicating with us. No hesitation in recommending you book this property.

Perfect home for Zion day trips

This home had everything we needed for our trip to visit Zion National Park. A nice neighborhood, close to the grocery store and local restaurants, and an easy 20 minute drive to Zion. The house had every amenity you could expect (kleenex, paper towels, extra pillows and blankets, etc.) and the beds were comfortable. We especially enjoyed the shaded and well-furnished patio. Check in/out was easy and Jared was quick to respond to any questions. We highly recommend this rental home.

Mt biking trip

The house was very clean , and lots of space for our group of 5 adults. Kitchen ware and glass ware should be checked to supply full table settings .

This property is in a perfect location if you're interested in experiencing Southern Utah. Zion National Park is a quick 20 minute drive along the beautiful Scenic Zion Corridor. La Verkin is approximately 125 miles from Bryce Canyon and The North Rim of the Grand Canyon. There are several nearby hiking and mountain biking trails. The famous Red Bull Rampage mountain biking event is a few miles away near the town of Virgin.
