It has been completely remodeled by a local interior designer to reflect tropical ocean living. Two bedrooms, 2 full baths and a loft. Cable TV in every room. High speed internet and WiFi. Come here to fish, dive and snorkel from this perfect location. New 35' Boat dock included.

Large1st floor level storage with chest freezer to keep your fish and dive gear.

Located in Middle Florida Keys - situated in the middle of Islamorada and Key West at the foot of the famous 7 Mile Bridge. The neighborhood is very friendly Short walk to Sunset Grille to enjoy the sunset and pedestrian bridge adjacent to world famous 7 Mile Bridge.
Also a short walk to the new hotel development - Isla Bella - is right next door, which was a convenient place to grab coffee and gelato (from their Marketplace), rent jet skis, Fishing charters and kayaks.

Perfect Location

Great central location! We loved the manatees that would swim to our dock every morning and night. We were able to walk to 7 mile bridge to see sunset. Neighbors are very nice. Could walk to dinner and to get ice cream for the kids. We rented bikes and rode to Pigeon key for the day! Perfect trip. Can’t wait to return.

Our new favorite place to stay in the Keys!

We’ve visited the Keys many times and stayed in many different locations and homes. This is definitely our favorite!It was very clean, was a wonderful location, and was central to all the areas we like to visit in the Keys. We will definitely be back!

Perfect getaway!

I could not have been more happy with the location and cleanliness of this house. Wonderful dockage with water and electricity and convenient to anywhere you want to go. Would stay there over and over again.

Very enjoyable stay!

We had a great week at this property! Nice quiet neighborhood right by the 7 Mile Bridge, close to great restaurants and good fishing. The house was very clean and comfortable for 2 adult couples. We used the washer and dryer and they both worked well. The air conditioning kept the place cool and dry and we enjoyed pizza on the terrific deck one evening. We were also visited by some friendly manatees several times while fishing from the dock. Another plus is the proximity and ease of getting over to the pedestrian/bike bridge to Pidgeon Key! Recommended:)

Perfect spot for a family

Situated in a perfect spot between the upper and lower keys this was a great house for our family to stay in for the week. The deck was great and awesome access to the channel to park a boat or just fish with the kids. The neighbors were awesome and it's situated on the same street as one of our favorite hangouts the sunset grill. Definitely recommend for families!

Great experience staying here owner was very accommodating and flexible.

It was 5 stars for me and my kids nice clean and full of fun with the boat we brought. Excellent dock to fit up to a 35 ft boat. Will come again soon

This little property is like a diamond in the rough everything that we needed it had we had a great time and the boat dock was perfect the location is perfect and most of all we had no issues so thank you for a great time and we would definitely do it again thanks again

Perfect Vacation

Very nice property. It is small but there was plenty of room for 3 adults and 1 child. We did have a couple issues and they were taken care of very quickly. Neighbors and the location are great. We enjoyed the swim spa very much!

Marathon Key Cottage

This was a great place with plenty of space for outdoor living. It was very clean and the owner was responsive to our needs. If it rains it's best to eat out as there is no indoor table. Other than that, the place was perfect.

Everything about our stay here was absolutely the best. Well furnished with everything we needed and a great location. Clean and very nicely decorated. The outside area was so well organized and created a very relaxing atmosphere. Will use again if in this area. Highly recommended.

The house was beautiful -well kept and very enjoyable. Owner stopped by to give us a fruit basket and welcome us. Awesome! Only recommendation is to provide a dust pan and hangers for the closets. Many thanks for a beautiful home to stay in during our vacation.
