This was our second stay. Very quiet, beautiful ocean view! Okay for family or a couple but bathroom pocket door opening into 2nd bedroom is an issue for privacy, noise and light in that bedroom.Time for some updating of linens, mattresses and living area furniture.This is really a great place, all in all

Had such a great stay. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had all we needed. Lots of shops and dining nearby. Ocean view was even better than expected. Lance communicated all check in and out procedures and made sure our stay was great. Thank you Lance for being such a great host.

We have stayed at this property several times and will continue to do so. We love the proximity to the beach and shops. Lance is a wonderful host and the apartment is always spotless.

this place was great! gorgeous views, had everything we needed. helpful and easy communication with the hosts, and they had most things inside labeled. appreciated the tea and coffee stash too! :)

Thank you for the review. We are sure the lower scores from the mishap with the check-in instruction sent. We normally don’t rent when we are not there but did not want to upset your reservation by cancelling it. Even out of the country we were able to communicate with you and unlock the door from a far. Glad otherwise you enjoyed the stay.

Beautiful property and great hosts

This is a beautiful condo/apartment with great hosts. Wonderful view of the ocean and easy access to beach and town. We loved it!

Great place to stay and in a convenient location.

Everything about this property was great. From the check in to check out, the place was very neat and clean. The location was conveniently located to many restaurants and beaches in the area. We will definitely be staying at this property in the future.

Great stay!

We loved the place! The homeowners thought of everything! I would highly recommend this place to others! The place is so much nicer than the pictures reflect.

Great price for the location

Great location in quiet area with Seaside market and Pipes beach a short 10 minute walk. Great views. The property could use more outdoor space, but for the price it was excellent.

Work Trip Escape

This was an amazing place to return to and relax at after long days! Easy neighborhood to get around and exceptional communication with the owners. Will 100% stay here again if our work brings us back.

California Beach Paradise

The location was perfect for beach goers like ourselves. The owners are so nice and answered all of our questions. My husband and I needed a quiet lazy getaway. This lovely place checked all the boxes. We will definitely return.
