Very nice home close to the beach. Floors were a bit creaky, and we wish we'd brought a travel clock for the bedroom.We would stay here again.

Two families--plenty of room, fully stocked kitchen. Parking was great. House was clean. The 4 bathrooms were a huge plus!

Lovely vacation home! Close to beach and shops, very clean, and beautifully decorated. The beds are comfortable and the double bunk beds helped accommodate our large family. Fully stocked kitchen made meal times easy. Each bedroom has it's own personal bathroom and that was a very nice touch. Hard to beat this beautiful beach home, can't wait to stay again!

Beautiful home, very clean and accurate from the photos! Plenty of space, lots of amenities and an easy walk to the beach. Close to shops too! We’ll definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

This was the perfect beach house for our family. Clean, comfortable, had everything we needed and was just a short walk from the beach and downtown area. Would definitely stay again!

We had a nice time in this house, though we were traveling with our two very young kids which makes everything harder. What we loved: comfortable living and dining room, gas grill, plenty of bathrooms, garage, beach toys. What was tricky: house wasn’t super-clean (some questionable stains in the bathrooms and on some pillowcases), floors were extremely creaky (only an issue if you have a baby that is a light sleeper, which we did), kitchen was only kind of stocked (sketchy fry pan, dull knives, grill brush that left filament on the grill, no salt), and the management company wasn’t all that accommodating. We stayed for 4 nights and they seemed to under-supply laundry and dishwasher detergent. I had to ask for more salt and coffee filters, which they did bring. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, but with the windows open (and no AC means you have to leave the windows open) you can hear everything: 3 am fights, f-bombs dropped by the contractors next door, kids in the street. Again not a huge issue unless you’re traveling with light sleepers. I’d probably stay here again, but would have to pack a lot more thoroughly.

I’m sorry the cleanliness and some kitchen items did not meet expectations. I’ve passed your notes about stains and the pillowcases to housekeeping for a thorough clean. We will replace the fry pan and dull knives and switch to a safer grill brush. I apologize for the detergent shortfall and any delays in response; I’ll reinforce our pre-arrival stocking and communication procedures with the team. Thank you again for the balanced review — it helps us make meaningful improvements. We hope to have another opportunity to provide a smoother stay.

Seaside Vacation

Amazing house with an amazing home feel. Lots of room and tons of bathrooms. Short walk to the beach. Floor just a little creaky, but still LOVED it!

2 nights in Seaside

This property is fabulous. Just a block to the beach. Such a great property for families with kids. The kitchen is well appointed for cooking for a large group. Furniture is comfortable which is a plus

Sweet 16 at Seaside

What a wonderful little home for a fantastic weekend. Very convenient with bathrooms in each room. Super clean and nice open living space for and fun games and making memories. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Perfect Vacation Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was amazing! It had everything you could ever want and then some! The kids had a great time.

Great visit to Seaside

This house is on a convenient location, a few blocks from the beach. The rooms were comfortable. There was a smart TV in the living room with several DVDs. The kitchen had all the possible utensils that were needed. Laundry detergent was provided and the place was well stocked with towels. Would consider staying there again!
