→Use of the Owners 6 seater golf cart Included. This requires an up-front REFUNDABLE deposit of $1500 to cover any incidental damages. If the golf cart becomes unusable during your stay there will NOT be a replacement offered. We will do our best to fix the issue in a timely fashion. You must be 25+ yrs old to drive the golf cart. Perfect for families, this spacious beach home sleeps 10 and features an open floor plan, two living areas with flat-screen TVs, and a cozy gas fireplace for cooler nights. Start your mornings on the screened porch, sipping coffee to the sounds of nature — no bugs, just peace.
One of the few homes in NatureWalk with a backyard, Pine Shore offers a private outdoor oasis: fire pit with Adirondack chairs, gas grill, dining area, rinse-off shower, and direct views of the nature preserve.
Steps away, The Gathering Place awaits with resort-style pools (including a heated lap pool), hot tub, fire pit, playground, fitness stations, and courts for pickleball, basketball, and volleyball. Enjoy scenic trails scented with pine and magnolia, or bike the short path to the sugar-white beaches and crystal-clear Gulf waters.

✨IMPORTANT DETAILS ✨
🔹Golf cart included for those 25+years and older who pay the $1500 refundable deposit and sign the liability waiver. If the cart becomes unusable we will do our best to get it working for you. A replacement will not be available.
🔹 All rentals must be 7 nights per the HOA community guidelines. We will not be able to accept any reservations for less than 7 nights.
🔹 Based on the daily temperature and the HOA’s discretion, the lap pool is seasonally heated.
🔹No boats, pull behind trailers or street parking permitted in the community.
🔹If bringing an electric vehicle, please alert management in advance. There will be a $150 charge.
