The condo was great! Clean had everything you needed for your stay. Frank was excellent at communicating everything. The included beach chairs were a great addition. The only downside we ran into personally was that the Condominium-maintained Grill area was not what we expected so we didn’t get to grill like we usually do, but not a deal breaker. Will definitely return.

Room was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the full size washer and dryer. The water pressure and shower heads were EXCELLENT!

Would definitely stay here again. Frank texted us and responded right away about any questions or concerns we had and made sure our trip was enjoyable. Perfect location. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

We LOVED staying here and will be back soon. Every thing was clean and any questions we had Frank was easy to communicate with and was so kind!! Also, we loved the location! 10/10 recommend!

This was a great experience for our family! For starters staying on a low floor unit is great when the elevators are busy. The unit is only a floor up from the walkway to the garage so when everyone is waiting in line you won't have that issue. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and condition of the unit. The bathrooms and kitchen were spotless and well taken care of. The living room furniture was clean and comfortable. Also important was cozy and comfortable bedrooms. Two nice king beds and a full bed with plenty of room in the bunk room. Frank was very informative quick and helpful with any questions that we had. Wouldn't hesitate to come back and stay again. Thanks again for a great trip!

Effect family vacation spot.

The property is clean and well maintained. Easy access to the beach and not too crowded. This is our favorite place to stay.

Great vacation!

We enjoyed our week at Celadon 308, the condo was everything we had hoped for. Frank was great to communicate with before our trip and checked in during our stay to assure we were doing well. We would definitely stay here again!

Great vacation rental

The building is the last one on the west end of Panama Beach which allows for a less busy area, but close enough to get to many things in town. The owners were very nice and responsive to all questions. The place was very clean and comfortable.

One of the best vacations we have enjoyed.

We loved our stay in this condo! The owners stayed in touch with us before, during and after our stay to be sure we had everything we needed. They provided recommendations for restaurants and beach photographers. Their hospitality and their beautiful beachfront condo helped to make our trip memorable.

Awesome Beach Getaway

What a relaxing place to stay and soak up the Florida sun and listen to the waves! Look out your deck directly on the beach and ocean, minutes from a walk on the beach or laying out and getting a tan. Condo was awesome, clean and everything was there to make our stay comfortable! Really enjoyed the indoor/outdoor heated pool too!
