Great end unit condo with privacy and wonderful views from the large wrap-around deck!! All new king size beds, all new furniture and 4 new flat screen TV's, all new paint and new wood flooring all bedrooms and living area. Soft beachy colors throughout: blues, greens and yellows. Accommodations: Condo, 3 Bedrooms + new sleeper queen sofa and 3 full bathrooms (sleeps 6-8). The king master suite has a large walking closet, garden tub and walkin shower. Second bedroom has walk-in shower and 3'rd bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Every bedroom has a private access to a bathroom!!
Other features:
1) End unit means windows and natural light in each bedroom, privacy and less people traffic
2) 4'th floor is a perfect floor for beach views!! Not too high and not too low. Large wrap around balcony can easily accommodate your group.
3) Beach chairs are included with this rental and will be set up for you on the beach every day
4) New electronic locks and codes allow you direct entry to the unti with no trips to the lobby or problems with older style locks
5) You can count on our unit being very clean and having what you need to have a great time!
6) Separate large laundry room with new appliances

Great Condo

We had a great time staying at Celadon. Owners were very easy to get ahold of and very responsive. Felt that the condo could have been cleaner upon arrival but was overall ok. It was a great location, 4th floor had great views and plenty of outdoor seating.Beds were not the most comfortably but would not keep me from staying again. Woulds suggested owner purchase a few extra pillow cases for the extra pillows in the closets, a second set of dish towels and pot holders as there were none.

Fun Time at PCB!

Spent a week at PCB and had a great time. Celadon 401 is a fine condo, clean & up to date. Working with Al was easy! He texted us before we arrived to get our arrival time so he could set the door lock. He also texted us several times to check in on us after we arrived. The beach was beautiful, beach service, extra beach chairs & beach toys that were provided were nice perks. I would highly recommend this property for your PCB vacation. Being in the last high rise on the strip created a more family environment. A+

This property has it all, very well furnished with everything you need in the kitchen and even had a fan in each of the bedrooms, would highly recommend staying here. Al was great to work with, very responsive to every text I sent.

Celadon 2024

We really enjoyed the corner balcony on the condo. Condo has 3 king beds/3 baths which is not an easy find. The owner was very easy to work with. We arrived on Saturday afternoon & had a problem with our pre purchased parking pass & there was no one on sight at Celadon to assist. The Celadon parking garage is a nightmare..not visitor friendly at all. Parking levels blocked off during our stay which was a holiday week. Parking spaces small & with a full size truck very hard to fit. None of the issues were any fault of the condo owner.

First gulf stay

We booked this for my wifes 50th birthday with friends. This property was everything that was listed and more. Veiws were tremendous communication with owner was outstanding. The beach service was outstanding. I can't say enough good things. We will definitely be back.

Celadon - Great place to stay

The Condo at the Celadon was fantastic! Everything was very clean when we arrived and the 3 bedrooms with King size beds and baths was perfect for our family. The beach, water, and weather were perfect during our stay. The two on-site swimming pools were clean and perfect temperatures. The 4th floor wrap around balcony was HUGE and perfect for sunrises and sunsets. Al was a great host, checking on us multiple times during our stay. No issues with the elevators at all. The only thing was there is a $45 parking fee for each vehicle for the week’s stay (we had 2 vehicles $90). I think this should be noted in the listing for future customers. Thanks, Al, for a great vacation.

Book this condo!

This is a great condo in a great location! The condo has plenty of room with a great set-up. Three roomy bedrooms with 3 baths. The beach is absolutely beautiful and not overcrowded. Two pools with hot tubs and a decent exercise room. The property is close to a grocery and several really good restaurants. It is also close to Thomas Donuts (the greatest of all time)! We had a great week!

Beautiful Beach Home

This condo is a great place to stay at the beach. Had some communication issues with the sheets not being clean and hearing back from the owner on that. For the price it would also be nice to have some extras such as dish soap/dish scrubber and a blow dryer. Most units provide this and prevents us from buying un-necessary things to travel with. Other than that it was perfect.

The perfect getaway!

This condo had it all! It was clean, well kept and more roomy than the 2/2 units! If you are looking for a 3 br/3 ba oceanfront condo (AMAZING VIEWS!), this is the one! The property owner was great at communicating and I highly recommend!

Relaxing at the Beach

Our condo was well decorated and well equipped in the kitchen. The balcony overlooking the ocean was great and we appreciated having beach chairs for our stay. While we were there they were having an Air Show and we were able to watch it from our balcony. That was a nice bonus. We had absolutely no maintenance issues while we were there. We just relaxed and enjoyed our vacation.

Wonderful condo!

This condo was perfect in every way. The view from the fourth floor was wonderful and there was rarely a wait for an elevator. Everything in the condo seemed brand new and was super clean. We spent most of our “inside” time on the huge wrap-around balcony. We really enjoyed the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella on the beach. The owner checked on us on the first day and a couple of times during the week to be sure there were no issues. The only issue was that we didn’t want to leave. We can’t wait to stay in this condo again soon.

Great stay in a great unit in PCB

Had a great visit in PCB in this unit! The condo was clean when we arrived, it was just as the pictures showed, and the 3 king beds & 3 bathrooms were perfect for what our group needed. Al was really helpful & readily available before & during our stay. The beach was gorgeous the whole week! Enjoyed the complex & having a unit on the 4th floor was so convenient (we didn't have to wait for the elevator each time we went downstairs). We had a great time - thanks Al!

VERY Pleased.

Property was great. It was everything we expected. Easy access and had everything we needed. Al was great. He communicated with us very well. Checked on us even before check-in. A couple of days they cut water off to do some work for a couple of hours each time, he let us know the day before what times to expect it. Unit was clean when we got there. The fourth floor view was outstanding. As a firefighter I don't stay above fifth floor and I loved this. It's the last high rise to the West so beaches to the West aren't near as crowded. The only draw back to our stay is it was Thunder Beach Week and there were Motorcycles everywhere. That wasn't the problem. The problem was the loud ones cruising after 11pm and racing their engines. The bikers themselves were very nice and enjoyed meeting with them. I will look at this place again when I come back to Panama City Beach. It will be the FIRST place I look.

Grandson’s 1st Vacation

The condo was very comfortable and perfect for our family vacation. The location was great! Close enough to Pier Park and other attractions, but in a quieter area of the beach. The beach chair service was a nice perk. Communications with Al were easy and prompt. Would definitely rent again!

Great relaxing vacation!

I wanted to take to of my adult children on a relaxing beach vacation. We decided on Panama City Beach. Then it was just where to stay? This we all agreed was one of the nicest condos we have ever stayed in on vacation! Through our entire stay the owner was easy to contact, very clear on instructions for the condo, it was just a great place to stay! We will stay here again!
