Close enough to ride bikes to the beach (bring your own or rentals are convenient) or into Duck Village for shopping, water sports or just relaxing on a sound side deck with a drink.

Soak up the sun while watching the little ones in the pool (27 X 22 L shape pool), and everyone will love the media/rec room with a large, wide-screen TV/DVD/stereo surround sound, pool table, and wet bar. Is the rec room getting too loud? Retire to the comfortable den to take in a movie or watch TV. The hot tub (6) is high on the deck to provide breathtaking views of the stars while the crew relaxes, or for just the two of you to enjoy a romantic evening beneath the sky!

Additional amenity details:
Private Pools are open from May 3, 2024 until October 13, 2024 and May 2, 2025 until October 12, 2025. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to the leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning, or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. The fireplace seen in the photos is non-functioning and not available for use. Video surveillance is present in the garage to watch the golf cart while parked.


All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.
