Sam was an excellent host, extremely responsive in communicating all the details so it was a smooth check-in and checkout process. The rental unit was very homey and had all the necessary items to stay comfortably for five days. It was the perfect location to walk to downtown Gatlinburg to do mostly everything we came for. The condo unit was nice and quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo was great. We got it for a short weekend with family. We had four adults in our room. Mr. Banks was wonderful to quickly let me know that it was a small condo. The condo was just as the pictures present and extremely clean. We really liked the location. The host was one of the best I have ever communicated with. We will definitely stay here again.

This place is exactly as described. Cozy apartment type feel. Very clean!!! Which is super important to me, and actually the reason we chose this place was because of all the "clean " comments. About 7 minutes walking to the main street. And though it wasnt far from all the action, its was a quiet area. Host was great with communication. Would definitely stay there again

Thank you for letting me know you experienced that issue, no one else had mentioned it so I do not know when it started, but it was fixed today. Thanks again, Sam

This is our first time staying here and our stay could not have been more enjoyable!! The condo is exactly as described and pictured and has a full stocked kitchen which was greatly appreciated since we cooked several of our meals there. It has a balcony which overlooks the pool and the downtown which is only 2 blocks away making it an easy walk . We also enjoyed coffee on the balcony every morning along with the amazing views !! We greatly enjoyed the decor and cleanliness of the place also . In addition , Sam was very easy to communicate with and even let us check in a few hours before our scheduled arrival time , which was really much appreciated!!We fully intend to stay here again on our next vacation to Gatlinburg !!! It is truly a home away from home !!
