Welcome to Oasis on the Beach - our amazing beachfront condo on the beautiful white sands of Panama City Beach.

October in Panama City Beach might just be the perfect combination—warm sunny days, comfortable evenings, lower humidity, and beautiful, warm Gulf water. Who says fall has to mean sweaters and falling leaves? We prefer swimsuits and palm trees!

Relax and rejuvenate in luxury in this fully updated, 2 bedroom/2 bath beachfront condo. Located in the highly popular Dunes of Panama complex, you will enjoy all the comforts of home and more.

The fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for making anything from a quick snack to creating gourmet meals. Plenty of seating at the breakfast bar or at the six person dining room table.

The living room has a spectacular view of the Gulf with comfortable seating for 6. The sofa converts to a queen size bed.

The master bedroom, with a king sized bed, also has a great view of the Gulf along with access to the balcony and a luxurious private bath. Lay in bed and see the Gulf. The second bedroom contains a queen sized bed and connects directly to the second bathroom. Both bedrooms have smart, flat screen televisions.

Located on the 19th floor in building E, this condo is ideally suited for someone looking for a comfortable, relaxing stay, in a complex with 3 large pools, newly refurbished tennis and pickleball courts (4), on-site store, snack bar, and direct access to the beach. Cable TV and WiFi are available at no cost. A variety of water sports are available directly on the beach in front of our building. Whether you are looking for a family vacation, romantic getaway, or just a few days of relaxation with friends, this condo is bound to please

This was a wonderful trip! The property was great, the host was amazing, and most of all it was quiet and felt somewhat secluded. Just what we needed. We will definitely be back!

The dunes is the place to stay and Scott’s place is so awesome!! Great communication, easy to get in and out of the room, awesome view. Quiet. Great pool. Room was very clean. All perfect!

Great condo

The condo was great. The elevator took a little getting used to otherwise it was really a great place to stay. The only drawback was the construction going on at the complex.

Best beach trip ever!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo very much . Condo was very well stocked and very clean. The view was amazing . We will stay here again . Check-in was so easy , details came straight to email so it made check- in so smooth and easy . I highly recommend this condo . Everyone at Dunes of Panama were so nice . Love the grill and bar downstairs , (Stringrays )it was great for snacks and drinks . Pool and beach access was also a plus ! We will be back !

What a great month

We arrived for a month long stay. The location was perfect as it’s not in the craziness of Panama City proper and to the west. The beach is perfect - white sand and blue water. So easy to get around and down to the beach. The layout of the condo was great as the bedrooms are to the left and right and the living room and kitchen are in the middle. There is so much space. The kitchen is fully equipped and the beds were all comfortable. The balcony has awesome setup and furniture and always has shade. The owner was so great during our stay - letting us know that the condo was cleaned early and checking in on us during our stay. We loved the place and location so much we bought our own condo just down the way. The condo is exactly as pictured and the elevator is very fast. You won’t be disappointed staying here!

When we arrived, there were things like the normal wear and tare to the furniture and things from previous guests that I messaged the host about, the host was very quick to respond and everything went pretty smooth. our stay was fine I guess I expected a little more as it was a beach front location, I did empty the dehumidifier and the couch bed was definitely uncomfortable. I personally would not want to stay at this location again but that has nothing to do with the host or space as it was just not what I was expecting!

Beach condo

This is a beautiful condo with a fabulous view of the ocean. The property owner is super nice and was very responsive when we had questions.

Family Vacation

Scott seemed very nice to deal with. I would imagine this room was one of the nicest in the building. Newer washer and dryer and pretty decor. Pictures matched the appearance. There were a lot of mechanical noises… ie elevator, humidifier, air conditioning, etc. It didn’t bother us though. More than enough room for us. The Balcony was beautiful!!! New balcony furniture. The mattress was not comfortable to me. We played corn hole with our kids at one of the pools, listened to the band, and enjoyed the beach there. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were away from the busiest part of Panama, which was nice. It also meant that we had to drive a little to get to some restaurants and the Pier. We usually stay closer to the pier.

Great condo

This was our first VRBO, and first condo rental. Yours is so nice and very well equipped, except for sheets. The Kitchen faucet needs to be tightened. Thanks!

Dunes of Panama rental

The rental was clean, and very nice with a BEAUTIFUL view, in a great neighborhood. However...the elevator noise was unbearable for me. I went from the main bedroom to the other with ear plugs and could still hear it. This would definitely be a deal breaker for me to come back to this unit. Otherwise I would rate it at least a 4

Great condo

Everything was as advertised! Excellent view. Nicely furnished. Very comfortable. The only negative comments I have are the master toilet/shower area is a little tight and the elevator noise was unexpected. But after a day on the beach and a few cocktails, it was hardly noticeable. LOL Thanks for sharing this great property.

Nice property

We have been staying at Dunes of Panama for several years and always return because the property is in a nice location, the beach is beautiful and the units are nice. Would recommend.

We’ve rented a lot of condos over the years from myrtle beach to gulf shores and even in pcb, but this was by far the nicest and best stocked unit. Scott was great to work with and I’m hoping to go back next year

So clean and great views!

The condo was clean, spacious and nicely renovated! Plenty of room for everyone. Perfect beautiful view of the ocean from one balcony and a view of the strip. The resort was clean and all 3 pools were enjoyable and not crowded. The little restaurant located at building E was amazing. Owners are extremely friendly. Really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend.

Awesome view!

We spent 4 weeks in this condo. There are some outdated appliances but if that doesn’t bother you, then . . . The view from the balcony makes it worth a few inconveniences.

Wonderful location on the beach with great views.

The condo was very clean, and had nice fluffy bath towels. It is more spacious than other places I have stayed, and the unit is super close to pool and beach. We will return for sure!

Great Stay

Have gone for years - as usual the area is very nice, local restaurants and tourist attractions fun, nice golf courses and our condo was very comfortable and well maintained. Very much enjoyed ! Would recommend for future guests looking for a nice place for relaxation.

Wonderful!

The condo was lovely. It was very clean and nicely decorated. It was well equipped. The owners thought of everything and when we noticed the coffee maker wasn't working, they promptly brought us another. We will definitely stay there again!

Excellent location and fabulous view

Everything was as described. Not a need for anything. The view was awesome! The condo is the cleanest we've seen. And the beach decor makes you feel so relaxed. There was a nightly fireworks show off the balcony, which was fun. Also got to see a couple get engaged and another one get married right on the beach in front of us, too! We would highly recommend staying here if ever in the area. It's close to everything. Ample parking. Owner is friendly and easy to work with. A+++ Thanks again! :)
