Weekend getaway

Great place to stay for a mini-getaway. Close enough to the sea wall or you can just enjoy the beach and property.

The property was older but well cared for. Great access to beach! The tv in the living room would not connect to comcast so could only watch Roku channels. Check in was very easy even though we arrived late even considering the fact we arrived at 10pm. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, minor issues to note.

Location was great, close to the beach and Moody Gardens. The condo was super cute. 2 min walk to beach. Pool was nice, heated, and big enough for several families without feeling cramped. Only issues were that there were no paper towels, no coffee, and no beach towels, so make sure to bring your own. This is a 3rd floor unit and the elevators were out of service twice during our 2 day stay. This was very inconvenient when getting our luggage downstairs and would be a significant issue for those with disabilities. Overall, the location and condo makes for a great weekend getaway.

Unit was very clean and well kept. The door code we were given didn’t work but we were issued a key by the office so it wasn’t a huge deal. We loved the private entrance to and from the beach

Close to Beach

Large condo complex, but wasn't too busy as we were there in late January. Pools and whirlpools were nice and had lots of seating available around deck. Our unit had comfy bed, good water pressure for shower. Kitchen appliances showing some wear. Location was west end of island, but that kept less noisy. Only drawback is the amount of paperwork for this condo complex.

Great condo for for 4-5 person family.

Everything was great. Only issue that couldnt have been prevented was the sea fog was bad so our beach towels never dried on the towel rack outside.

Awesome condo lacking in furnishings

This is a really great location and the pool and beach here are really nice. The property management company makes you jump through hoops to book here though. In addition to VRBO's requirements, you'll get a full rental agreement you have to sign before the booking is confirmed. Then when you show up, they have another set of signatures or they threaten to kick you out. The condo itself was nice, but it reeks of smoke. It doesn't have any paper towels, cleaning stuff, beach or pool towels. The kitchen doesn't have anything in it to cook except pots and pans, so bring your own spices and cooking stuff.

Safe, scenic, and very comfortable!

The property is very clean, well maintained, and it felt very safe. I enjoyed being on a beach that cannot be driven on and felt nearly private. The condo was adorable with a great view from the balcony. I can’t wait to return!!

Great little getaway

Just took a quick trip to get away from our house near Houston during Covid distancing. The unit is as described and overlooks the pool and has a beach view. Highly recommend units on the third floor because of view and pool noise. If you normally drink coffee from pods either bring a bag of coffee or your own machine. And only other minor thing, there is no access to do laundry if needed. So know before you go, unit 2306. Grounds are well kept and the location is great! You do not need to cross busy Seawall Blvd to enjoy the beach and there is no driving on this portion of the beach. We will be back!!! Thanks!

Perfect spot

This was a perfect spot for our short beach getaway with a couple teenager girls. The condos have a family friendly atmosphere, clean pool area, and easy access to the beach where it was never crowded. The condo had easy keypad entrance to the room. This place was super clean, well stocked with the necessities for cooking and serving food, and very nicely decorated. We would definitely book here again!!
