Suite 309 is a third-floor suite with breathtaking views of Lake Charlevoix from both the living room and upstairs bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and utensils ready for in-suite meals. This kitchenette offers two barstools for extra seating and a dining table for two. The living room features a queen-size sofa sleeper, gas-log fireplace, and flat-screen TV. The sliding glass door opens to a private balcony that overlooks our private beach. Upstairs you will find an updated bathroom with a large walk-in shower, along with one bedroom featuring a king-size bed and flat-screen TV.

Water Street Inn is located on stunning Lake Charlevoix. The Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay. Right next door to a public beach that has a splash pad, play ground, and volleyball nets; perfect for all ages. Walkable to restaurants, ice cream and all downtown shops. Boat rentals are available next door at Boyne Water Sports. Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. Outdoor lockers are available for skis or other outdoor gear.

Incredible stay!

Amazing location! Beautiful Views of lake Charlevoix, close to everything in Boyne City. Comfortable and cozy accommodations. Perfect after a day skiing. Can’t wait to return!

Ski weekend in Boyne City

Great place to stay for our family ski weekend. Short drive to the slopes and easy walk to downtown for restaurants.

Very, very nice -- perfect for a couples get away!!

The property was very well maintained and the location was perfect to enjoy all that Boyne City had to offer. Everything just a short walk a way. Easy drive to other locations -- Charlevoix, Petosky and Walloon.

Enjoyable Experience

Quiet and Serene Anniversary Getaway.

This is a beautiful location, right on the shores of Lake Charlevoix. We loved the view and the quaint downtown of Boyne City. This is a great location within walking distance of everything you need. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful weekend stay in Boyne City!

Worth The Drive

Property was as described and pictures are accurate. It was very clean, towels and sheets newner. The condo could use an update but it was as we expected.

Nice but musty

The property was clean and in good shape, but slightly dated. There was a musty smell on the main floor like the carpet had been wet and never properly dried. My gorlfriend and I both have mold allergies and they flared up during our time in the condo. We would both feel relief when we left the room and are slowly feeling better now that we have been out of the condo for 24 hours.

Where heaven and earth meet

Boyne City is very dear to my heart!!Accomodations were excellent! Came with couple sisters for a surprise visit as our cousins from MS were staying here in our cousin's (Bill) place. We had a wonderful time ! We will be back soon!

Reviewer Comments: Bugs on towels in bathroom—happened on two different occasions and days.Poor mattress in upstairs bedroom. No support. Exacerbated low back pain.Poor cleanliness of beach area as I found a broken beer bottle on the beach. My toddler was within a few inches of stepping on it. Had been to this rental since 2018 but with my recent trip in July 2023, I’m rethink booking at another rental.Sad
