Beautiful Oceanfront Condo With Breathtaking Beach Views , 3RD floor, C117

!!! Construction notice!!!, Beginning late september the surf and racquet club will begin the process of replacing railings on the balcony's and also the breezeways. There are 3 buildings on our complex, the first building for the start of construction will be the B building,which is on the central part of the property then starting in January the A building will begin,which is on the north side of the property, we are in the C building which is on the south end of the property slated to start mid May 2027, the work will be done from 8 to 5 during the week with on and off noise to be expected. The pools and beach will remain open. One of the southernmost Sea Islands, Amelia Island is an amazing vacation destination that embraces the natural beauty of northern Florida.

This completely updated one bedroom, one bathroom condominium is situated directly on the sandy beach of this lovely oceanfront property. Minutes away is a full scale grocery store, offering all that you may need, including wine and beer.

This unit is located on the third floor of the 'C' Building at the Amelia Surf & Racquet Club. It is situated next to the end unit on the south end of the property, which offers sweeping views both up and down the ocean front stretch of Amelia Island. Our balcony provides amazing views to the North, oceanfront, and a great view to the South. The recently updated kitchen and dining area offers a beautiful seascape from the expansive picture windows overlooking the beach.

The Amelia Surf & Racquet Club is a gated complex which offers two beautiful swimming pools overlooking the ocean and four clay tennis courts for use on a 24 hour basis.

Our unit is located on the premier south end of the Island. The exclusive Ritz-Carlton is a stroll away on the beach, offering casual and fine dining. If golf is your passion, enjoy any of the six golf courses on the Island, including the world-renowned Golf Club of Amelia Island and the Ocean Links at Amelia Island Plantation. The charming and historic village of Fernandina offers world-class restaurants, unique shopping experiences, specialty boutiques, and an endless array of activities.

Really enjoyed our stay. The views were amazing and access to the beach was perfect. The private beach made beach access perfect, it was not crowded and plenty of room to relax and enjoy. One of the highlights was the morning sunrise. The perfect morning alarm clock

The condo was great!! The view of the ocean was beautiful and the walkway to the beach was short and easy. It was easy to kickback and relax. Our visit exceeded our expectations! Mark and Laura have done it right!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week stay here. The condo was beautifully decorated and well stocked. Bed was so comfortable. The views were stunning. Short walk to pool and beach. The weather and temperature if the ocean and pool was perfect for us. We definitely will return to this condo. Thank you for sharing your lovely place!

This is an awesome condo...everything was wonderful! A perfect mini-vaca for my husband and I. We enjoyed the pool, gorgeous beach and breath-taking views from the balcony. The unit was well-equipped and spotless. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for being great hosts!

The condo was perfect. The view was stunning. The pool was nice and close by. The owner was extremely helpful and communication was great. We’ve been coming to the island for 40 years and these accommodations were the best ever! We will be back!

We loved your condo and Amelia Island! I’ve given 5 stars for everything, but I do suggest that you find a way to make going thru the sliding glass doors easier . It’s dangerous and hurts one’s toes if they don’t clear it. I was thinking you could get two inch high teak slatted door mats. I think that would make it a smoother entry and be very in keeping with your beach decor. Thank you for your hospitality. Betsy Calhoun
