Intricately and intentionally designed by Stock and Trade and located right next to the Tennis Center and less than a minute from Seaside, this luxurious WaterColor cottage has every need taken care of for your future vacation at the Beach!

Owned and managed by long-term WaterColor renters, your stress will wipe away once you enter. Perfectly situated right next to Seaside and backing up to a nature preserve, this cottage is just a short walk to the Beach, Camp WaterColor and all of the nature trails of WaterColor.

With a brand new EZ-GO Lithium Golf Cart, a new whole home dehumidification system and 4-bikes at the house, there is no need to even drive! After you have enjoyed the incredible amenities of WaterColor, fall into the incredible brand-new Four Seasons bedding in each room and enjoy the latest shows and movies on the brand-new TV's (with Netflix, YouTube TV, etc) with fast wireless internet. All of our bedding (duvets, shams, pillowcases, and sheets) are professionally laundered and pressed between every stay to confirm clean bedding for every stay.

Great location near Camp Watercolor, which my 3 grandchildren loved , ages 7, 4, and 1. Also close proximity to Publix. The golf car was perfect for trips to all amenities, including Publix. Very clean listing and super comfy beds and bedding. Will recommend to friends.

Very clean home, perfect for families! Situated right in the middle of all Watercolor amenities! The golf cart and bikes make traveling between the beach and pool a breeze. Would recommend to anyone who’s looking for a spacious and convenient property for a relaxing getaway!

Our family of five enjoyed the house and having bikes and a golf cart available to use. Communication was lacking prior to our trip but was good on arrival day and during our stay. Eating on the back porch and the short distance to bike to Seaside were highlights of the property for us.

Great location, lovely home and walking distance to all of Watercolor amenities, Our hosts were outstanding and very responsive to any questions or requests. We enjoyed an extended stay and really appreciated the well equipped kitchen!

First time staying in Watercolor and couldn’t have asked for a better location! Beach and pools were a quick golf cart ride, could even be a walk for older kids. House was clean, beds comfy, lots of bathroom towels and everything in working condition. This house is not overly stocked with kitchen/laundry supplies. Not a complaint at all just will need to plan to purchase if you have a larger family and plan to do meals at home a lot vs eating out. Will absolutely be back!

The property was exactly as described and the perfect home base for our first trip to 30A! We loved the location and walkability to all the watercolor amenities and seaside town square! The beds and linens were so plush and comfortable! The house also included beach toys and pool towels which we enjoyed! The screened in porches provided great additional hang out space and room for our wet swimsuits to dry! We just loved everything about this home! The only thing that could be improved was host communication. As this was our first trip to the area I reached out a few times prior to our stay with questions, several of which went unanswered. However, the day of our arrival we received a thorough check in email including all the details we needed as well as personal phone numbers if we needed anything additional, which we didn’t! So ultimately no issues or complaints but something to be aware of that prior to your arrival, communication may lack.

Great spot for my husband and I to enjoy 2 weeks in Watercolor. Close walk or golf card ride to great restaurants, shopping, the beach and Watercolor pool club. Cottage has everything we needed, very comfortable beds and all kitchen amenities. Was clean but could use a coat of fresh paint and a few updates here and there.

Another fantastic stay at this beautiful and perfectly located watercolor home! This home is squeaky clean ,very comfortable … beds and linens are cozy & fresh. Plenty of towels ( and a washer/dryer if needed) and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots pans, etc. But no need for cooking with all the watercolor restaurants so close by. And while Seaside is a very short walk , the LSV ( golf cart) makes getting around fun and easy! Terrific spot for families as the stunning beach, Camp Watercolor and the beach club are only a couple of minutes away. Nathan, the owner is great- answers questions quickly, and is very friendly. It’s obvious this home is well cared for … it just feels happy! We will definitely return for another wonderful week .

We loved this property! The location was perfect — an easy walk to downtown Seaside and just a short golf cart ride to Camp WaterColor or the WaterColor Beach Club. The home was exactly as described, beautifully kept, and the beds were absolutely incredible. Our family had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

We loved staying at this house! It was very clean with plenty of space for our family of 5. The teenagers loved the close proximity to Seaside and WaterColor Beach Club! We also loved that it came with bikes and a golf cart! We will definitely choose this property again!

Amazing Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. It is in the perfect location in Watercolor, the included golf cart (with speaker) is perfect for getting around the community and to town. The house is well appointed with everything you need for your stay. Cannot wait to stay here again!

The home is lovely and in a great location. Be sure and bring your own oil, sugar, tin foil etc, because the house is not stocked with anything other than salt and pepper.

Very comfortable

Great location within the community. Beds were very comfortable. Golf cart was great for getting around. With parking spaces hard to come by it was easy in & out everywhere we went. We would stay here again.

Our Lyonia Lane cottage is our third WaterColor House and our favorite-With a 2.5 year old (Bankes) and another due in February, WaterColor is a very special place for our family.
