Suite style condominium unit located in downtown Gatlinburg and within walking distance to pretty much everything in the downtown area including the Convention Center, Ripley's Aquarium, Ober Gatlinburg's downtown tramway terminal, hundreds of restaurants, bars, museums, shopping venues and other attractions. Free Parking. Park and walk to everything the downtown area has to offer. Wi Fi and full cable. Kitchenette for lite meals. Whirlpool Tub in master. Living area has a gas fireplace to cozy up to on those cooler mountain nights and days. If you don't want to walk you can catch the Gatlinburg Trolley at the Trolley stop just down from the building entrance. Unit has private balcony overlooking the seasonal swimming pool and has a pretty mountain view.

Why pay to stay in a standard motel room when you can a little extra space for spreading out? Plus you get a kitchenette for preparing light meals which will save you even more money.

Laurel Inn is a professionally managed condominium community with only 61 units. The pool is never too crowded to enjoy.

Unit is professionally cleaned after each guest departs. We provide all linens and towels plus soaps, shampoo, paper towels and paper products for your stay.

Great place to stay. Very quiet in the aspect that theres no traffic on the road. Stand there at night and youll probably see the bears. Can walk down the hill and either be at the cornerat the strip or down to sugarlands. Parking gets a little tight on the weekends but its got enough to do. Would stay again.

Clean and simple place to lay your head at night after a long day of adventures! The walk to downtown Gatlinburg from the property back steps is a good 10 minutes before you’re on the main drag, but it’s still “away” from everything enough that you’re not kept up by traffic!

Great place to stay. Easy access to everything. There are stairs toWalk and it would be good to know that. It wasn’t an issue for us but someone who can’t climb stairs might want to consider that as a limiting factor.

Perfect location with easy walking access to the parkway. Very cozy with the fireplace. Having the Christmas decorations was an unexpected surprise to enhance our Christmas week stay.

Fast & easy check in! We had a little hiccup & Randall was so pleasant, with a quick response and fast acting on handling the issue! Also, his team is awesome a beautiful couple! Location was quiet, peaceful, CLEAN & an absolute amazing location! Definitely will be back to stay again.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Laurel Inn. The place is about a 10-15 minute walk to downtown and was well lit. The jacuzzi tub is fantastic.

Really Nice Place

Host communicated very well. The condo was clean and comfortable and quiet. The walk down to the main road wasn’t bad at all. Really convenient spot to stay.

I am an owner of several vacation rental properties in the area. I stayed in this unit in the Summer of 2015 when all of my rentals were booked. I fell in love with its convenient location. I love to be park my vehicle and walk to what I want to do and this location fit the bill perfectly. When my agent informed me it was for sale I jumped on it right away.

You can take the elevator to the first floor then the stairwell down to a lane which will connect you with either Reagan Drive or Airport Road which will put you at the convention center in less than 10 minutes and pretty much all the other attractions the area has to offer as well.
