This condo has been newly re-decorated inside and out including a built in electric grill for your beach cookout. Remodeled bathrooms and fresh designer furnishings makes this home feel like the Ritz. Guest rooms include a King bed with ensuite bath, Queen Bed with ensuite, and a Queen sleeper sofa. All housewares are provided as well as paper products, shampoos, basic seasonings and laundry supplies. Amenities include Beach Pool and Hot tub, work-out room and an assortment of buggy boards and beach toys. Now, Go have some Fun!

Great location

The condo was very clean. We have stayed here the past 2 years in December and the owner always gets back with us in a timely manner whenever we have any questions. The condo has a nice big balcony overlooking the ocean.We were very happy with our stay and will probably book again next year.

Everything and More

This newly renovated condo was exactly as listed. It was very comfortable and provided everything you would need for a great beach vacation. It’s easy to settle in here and feel like home. Great for one person or a family. Beautiful ocean vistas as well as close to restaurants and shopping. It’s on a quiet street and in a safe neighborhood rounding out the perks. The host was kind and attentive, but not overbearing. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location

For our family, the choice was all about location - proximity to the beach and local friends and family. We were delightfully surprised at how lovely and useful the property grounds became, especially the pool. The unit was exactly as portrayed in the photos - beautiful view and very comfortable.

Excellent stay

The condo was very clean and well stocked. Tish was amazing and responsive. The beach was clean, the condo complex was clean and secure. I am now spoiled bu my stay at this condo. I’ll definitely return again

Jax Beach Getaway!

Four family for the first week. Wife and myself 2nd week. Perfect accommodations. Weather was cooler than we like. Nearby food was amazing!

In Jacksonville for two weeks recovering from surgery at Mayo. Condo was comfortable and perfect for our stay. Great communication, beautiful view - simply perfect.

Great Location and Host

Tish was very responsive to our needs and provided detail instruction on check in and check out process. Location itself was ideal for my family. Onsite facilities and beach access/proximity was ideal. Love waking up to ocean view and sound.

Great condo unit and building

We enjoyed our 2 weeks on Jax Beach in this property. The condo is well-equipped and furnished. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking and biking distance.

Beautiful condo!

Really nice, clean, safe, well stocked. Very quiet, comfortable beds. Bathrooms were very nice. Spacious. Tish responded quickly to any questions. Look forward to renting again.

Beautiful Property in a Great Location

My husband and I and sister and brother- in- law came for a Packers vs Jaguars game. We enjoyed staying right on the beach. The condo was beautiful and comfortable, with a great view of the ocean. We took day trips to Amelia Island and St. Augustine. The owner was very responsive, and the property was as described. There were many bars and restaurants within walking distance. The only thing that could have been better, would be to have more of the necessities around the condo. We ran low on soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. It didn't cause a problem, because we just walked to the gas station a block away to get more. It was an extremely positive experience. I would definitely recommend this property. The only thing distance.

Fun in the sun with family

We had a good vacation - our daughter lives in Ponte Vedra and we wanted to be near her family. We went to the PGA GOLF Tournament, great restaurants but missed having the afternoon sun at the pool.

Beautiful Beach Views

Great unit, very clean and bright, lots of small conveniences were stocked in the bath, kitchen, and for beach and pool use. Super convenient location, and the host was easy to reach and very accommodating. Couldn't ask for anything more. I would definitely recommend the property and would stay here again.

Jax Beach beauty

Our stay at Oceania was very nice and we throughly enjoyed it. The condominium was terrific and very nicely furnished. The beach views were also fantastic. Lots of great restaurants within easy drive. We will definitely try to schedule another visit soon. Special thanks to the owner for assistance with the television system.

Amazing!

This was our 2nd time to stay in this condo and we were once again pleased with our stay at Oceania. Tish was great to communicate with. The condo had everything we could possibly need and was just steps away from the beach. My favorite thing about this location is the space!!!! Not once have I ever felt crowded here, and this location has never felt "touristy." We drove down to St. Augustine one evening for a ghost tour which was so much fun! Spent another evening riding go-karts and playing putt putt. Did some shopping at St. John Town Center. Overall, it was a great vacation and I cannot say enough good things about Tish and her lovely condo!

Best Jax Beach Stay

We stay in Jacksonville Beach quite often and are pleased with accommodations but this place by far beats the rest. Me and my wife and 7 yr. old stayed for a 10 day stay. Tish was very helpful with anything we needed. We will definitely be returning here for future visits. It is located right on the beach and near the pier, shops, and eating nearby within walking or biking distance as well as beach bikes were provided. And, it was by far the most accommodating and best experience yet.

I am a Hoosier transplant and "MumMum" to 4 incredible grandchildren. I,like many grandparents, have moved to be near family. When the family is not at T-Ball or Soccer, we are playing at the beach. I have rented properties through VRBO for 10 years in "Watersound" (Gulf of Mexico) and Breckenridge CO. The people are the best part, I enjoy getting to know my guests and fortunately, they come back year after year.

Most HOA's in Jacksonville Beach disallow short term rentals. As a result, there is a shortage of properties for our Northern neighbors to enjoy.
I chose this condo,one of the only ones to allow weeky rentals, as a business opportunity. I am retired, but keep active in the real estate sales and rental market.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Jacksonville and Atlantic Beaches are Fun! There is always something happening. We have our TPC Sawgrass tournament, the Blue Angel show, Jazz festivals and Rock concerts, Art Walks, craft shows, great food and happening bars. There is a wonderful Gulf Breeze to cool us in the summer and the waves are great for the surfers and kiteboarders.
