Ideally situated well-decorated condo with 2 queen beds, 1 bedroom, loft, and 1-1/2 baths. Kid Friendly! Enjoy lounging at NW marina club pool or sitting out on your private with breathtaking views of Lake Charlevoix and NW Marina. Walk next door to Charlevoix Yacht Club or Ferry Beach (water sports/beach sports). Outside your condo : 3 charcoal grills with covered patios and a fire pit with wood provided. Town is a lovely 15 minute stroll along Lake Charlevoix with live music, great food, and sunsets!
We like putting a lot of detail into our homes to make them comfortable and enjoyable for ourselves and our guests. This includes decor, books to read, and children's toys. A well-stocked kitchen with spices, extra bathroom products, pool towels, beach chairs, extra coolers, and more. My hope is this will decrease time spent packing and the need to run to stores during your stay.

Beautiful views

Our stay was amazing. The host was very nice and accommodating. The condo was very clean and the view was stunning. They gave great recommendations on things to do, places to eat and many other things! If you are attending a wedding at Castle Farms it is a short 5 minute drive, which was perfect! Definitely will be staying again!

Simply fabulous!

What wonderful hosts in sharing their fabulous place! Right on the water with amazing views. Michelle was so kind to have available the use of a pack and play as well as a high chair! Makes for an easier get ready. The condo had all the nice touches and available amenities- beach towels, beach bag, bath products, kitchen supplies and many more. As we ran into the hosts in the hallway, they were so friendly and kind. All of their recommendations were so helpful and spot on as they became some of our favorites too. We never had to turn on the a/c as the breeze was great all day and night. The pool was perfect and we found the condo community very friendly and respectful. Thank you for allowing us to experience your delightful home with special touches and a very clean environment. Already looking at next year for a return visit!!

Cozy & Comfy by the Lake

Well appointed condo on Lake Charlevoix. Extended use of the boat club amenities a real plus. Close to everything. Owner very responsive and helpful.with local favorites.

Relaxing at it's best!

We enjoyed staying at the boat house. The large table worked well for eating meals, playing board games and doing some art projects. The deck overlooking the harbor was my favorite place to relax and read a book. We loved the city of Charlevoix, from the shops, to the restaurants to the Lake Michigan - it has it all!

Great property for Up North trip

The Boathouse was perfect for our Up North trip. Clean and comfortable with a beautiful view from the balcony. Quiet complex, walking distance to Charlevoix.

Excellent area to rent in Charlevoix. It’s located on lake Charlevoix with beautiful sunrises and just a short distance to downtown Charlevoix.

Wedding vacation

This was the perfect place to stay for two couples attending a wedding next door at the yacht club! Close to everything in charlevoix and an amazing view of the harbor!

Pool, Lake, Lake = Happy Family of 4

Wonderful week up north! We swam in the pool, Lake Charlevoix and Lake Michigan every day. Beautiful view from the condo. Walked to the park and downtown Charlevoix. Hope to return next year.

Family Time

Michelle is an amazing host. Very communicative and accommodating. The location is fabulous- beautiful view and easily walkable to all downtown locations. Highly recommended.

Great Location, Great view

We enjoy this condo because of its location and view of Lake Charlevoix. It is small, but had everything we needed. The host was very responsive the unit was clean.

Ski trip

The apartment is great but don't plan on washing your hair or cooking. The water pressure in the shower is non-existent, basically a trickle. And the cooktop won't get hot enough to boil water. We rinsed off and ate out! The location is great for skiing.

This is a perfect spot!

My husband and I stayed at Boat House II as a short trip to the Michigan for our Fall trip. This was a PERFECT spot! We loved the area and the house! We will definitely go back! The only down side was the that the hot water for showers didn’t last long enough for back to back showers. Michelle and Thad we very helpful and responded to us quickly, especially when my husband locked us out on the balcony! Don’t hesitate to book Boat House II!

Great place

Wonder condo with a premium location. Can't beat the view and access to the pool. A short walk or drive to downtown Charlevoix without having to cross the bridge. Owners are responsive and accommodating and go above and beyond to make sure you have a good stay.

Wonderful experience

Some friends and I rented this place for a fun girls weekend. The place was gorgeous and well stocked. Communication with the host was great! We hope to be back again!

Great condo with a amazing lake view

We went in early April. It was very peaceful. Great balcony for morning coffee! Condo had great space with a kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Location is really close to the downtown area. Highly recommend

Nice details!

The owner took care to provide the extras...nice shower gels and shampoo, body lotion, candles, a speaker for Bluetooth, lovely throws, and fabulous candy from the local fudge shop! It is obvious that she cares that her guests have a great experience while staying in her accommodations. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice getaway.

We had a great experience renting this property. It's very clean, great location, and beautiful view of the marina and lake. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had and very welcoming. Really, the only issue we had was with keeping it cool enough upstairs where the main bedroom is. The window AC units did a pretty good job on the main floor but even with the additional upstairs fan, we were too warm at night during the month we were there. Still, we would recommend it. Very nice place.

Charlevoix Beauty

The condo was lovely, the location ideal and the view spectacular. I love the location of Foster Boat Works. It is a short distance to town ( very walkable) through the Belvedere Club or a short drive. The condo building is on the lake and the view is wonderful. The unit was pristine and well maintained. There is a large loft bedroom and a bedroom on the main floor. Very nice. I've stayed in other units at Foster over many years. This is a roomy and lovely unit. Th owner Michelle and her husband were immediately responsive to a small challenge we had with the internet. It was a great vacation.

Great week!

We had a great time at the Boat House. Property was beautifully decorated and had a great view. Location was great , especially since we brought our boat. So convenient to dock it right there and have it easy to use each day for boating. The owners were great with communication and we felt so welcomed by Elliot at the Northwest Marine Yacht Club and the staff at Irish Boat works where we stored our trailer for the week. Even the city employee at the launch thanked us for coming to the area.

Last minute Independence holiday stay.

Cute, compact condo with to die for views of lake and marina. Michelle’s place was spotless and current. We stayed a week during the 4th of July holiday so paid premium rate, but this place would be a bargain normally. Well stocked and super convenient to everything there is to do locally. This unit didn’t have the trundle beds, but is perfect if your kids don’t mind sleeping together. We would definitely return.

We live in mid Michigan area with our seven and four year old children. We spent years searching for the perfect vacation home in Northwestern Michigan area. Loving the City of Charlevoix and its convenient location, we purchased our condo 'Boat House' spring of 2013 and "Boat House II" summer 2016. We spend our summer days boating around Lake Charlevoix and to Petoskey, Bay Harbor and Traverse City. The winter months are spent skiing Boyne Highlands, Boyne Mountain, and Mt McSuba.

Also nicely located between Traverse City, Petoskey, Boyne City, Bay Harbor. Boyne highlands, Knobs knob, and Boyne mountain are within a 40 minute drive.
