Great location

We really liked it. Only thing needs fixed is pool step railing, It's loose. The theatre room was very nice & enjoyed using it.

Great Experience!

This place was perfect for us! Check-in and communication was seamless. The first few days of our trip we couldn’t go in the ocean because of dangerous rip currents so having the pool and the movie theater kept us entertained. The location is super convenient. We were able to walk to the beach because there is a crosswalk available to cross the busy highway. It’s right behind 7-Eleven to easily walk and pick up snacks, milk, beer etc. We will definitely book again for future vacations. Thank you Rafael!

Nice vacation

Our stay was very relaxing and nice. We really loved having a nice pool to float around in. The media room was nice but there were TVs in every room so lying in bed watching tv and chilling was great. We wanted to us to volleyball sandpit, but it was a bit overgrown, so we spent a lot of time at pool which was great Nice little place. We would rent again. The Kitty Hawk area in general is great. Lots to do and plenty of places to eat at. Great location for that.

Family trip

Stayed with my husband and three kids (9,10,12). Space was exactly what we needed. Pool and theatre room were great features. Close to the beach, but as mentioned in other reviews you have to cross a busy highway.

Good stay!

We had a good stay here! Good location close to beach and multiple restaurants. It was wonderful to have a private pool. Theater was an exciting feature. Property manager was very nice, personable, and accommodating. Apartment was clean, everything worked, and a small supply of kitchen supplies were included which was super nice. It would be nice to have an easier way to cook for a family as there was no oven/stove . Beds were a little hard and difficult to get sleep . But it all and all it was great and convenient place to stay!

Great stay!

It was a great property to stay at! Near everything you wanted to do. Drove to the beach, it’s across a busy road and I didn’t feel like lugging our stuff over but it was close enough to walk. We loved the private pool, and the game/theatre room was a huge hit! There is only a toaster oven and 1 single hot plate but it was plenty to make easy meals. All the essentials are there: towels, a few washcloths, hand soap, dish soap and sheets. There were not any dishcloths or dish towels which was fine, I just grabbed a small pack of each on our shopping trip. The only thing I found annoying were the lights on the walking path to the door. They were blinding me at night while walking. Otherwise, we loved every moment!! Thank you for letting us stay!

Great Place!

Great location within walking distance of beach and lots of places to visit in the area! We especially loved the movie theater room, arcade, and heated pool! Definitely recommend and would love to come again!

Great place for a couple’s getaway

We had a great stay, though we only used the movie theater one night. The property is pretty clean and is close to the beach and a few good restaurants. Would stay here again.

Quick Getaway

Very convenient location. Short drive to the beach with parking available if you don’t want to walk. Very close to tons of restaurants, coffee spots, ice creams, açaí etc. Theater room and arcade came in very handy as we sat through a tropical storm. We would stay again. Enough room for two couples with a few children.

Great for small family

We had a great stay in Kitty Hawk. The house and pool were wonderful and a great space for our family. The only downfall was having to cross the busy road to get to the beach.

Nice cozy home - bring supplies though

Rafael is very responsive. The location is great, right across the street from the beach and right by a 7-11. Loved the home and the theatre was a nice touch. Only thing I wish I could change was more supplies. We only had 2 rolls of toilet paper, there were no shampoo/soap. There was also very little hand/dish soap. But besides that, I recommend this stay! just come supplied.

Great Location

Overall we had a great time. The accommodations were excellent and clean. We loved the movie theater room. It’s so convenient to beach and nice restaurants. Allowed us to explore the OuterBanks.

Solid place-- Would stay again

This is actually my first stay on VRBO and it was just myself and my fiancee. Everything from the listing was fine. The bed I believe is a queen and not a king -- both of us are 6'2" so we can tell pretty quick compared to our bed at home. The pool looked great even though we didn't use it in March -- Can't ask for better communication -- We only had one small issue but it was quickly resolved. If you have a family with 2-3 kids under15 --- I dont think you could find a better place. It's an easy walk to beach (3 min) -- the 7-11 nearby is great -- the theater room is pretty dang cool.

Fit the family vacation

Kids enjoyed the pool and movie room. Walking to the beach was not preferred since crossing busy highway with very young children seemed unsafe.

Nice clean place. Not equipped to handle standard cooking. Great movie room. Convenient location.

Overall it's a nice property with a good location. If you plan to eat out a lot or just heat foods it works fine. Short drive time to shops and restaurants in OBX and Duck. Big open beach across the street within walking distance. I've stayed in every town along the outer banks for years and found this location to have the most available beach space for families to spread out even in July.

Great Time in the OBX

My wife and I had a great visit in Kitty Hawk while staying at the property. The location was excellent, a short walk to the entrance to the beach. In addition we were within two miles of anything you could want from restaurants to grocery stores. The pool on the property was wonderful and on our rainy day we enjoyed the arcade and movie theater. If you like tech gadgets this is the place for you, even had audio from the apartment out to two quality outdoor speakers for the pool area. Highly recommend and if we come back to Kitty Hawk would rent again!

Kid-Friendly, Comfortable Property

The place was clean, welcoming and well-stocked. My son really enjoyed the arcade and having his very own movie room. The wi-fi worked well and I was able to work remotely. The pool was clean and I felt very comfortable staying there with my family.

Great vacation!

Very affordable, convenient, and clean. The private pool, arcade, and movie room were our favorite! Close to the beach and everything else. Easy check in/out and great communication with the owner. We’d definitely stay again!

Great Time

Great time at this house close to the beach! Very clean and well maintained! The movie room and game machine were life savers when the first half of our week were rained out. Pool was an absolute hit! Very close to the beach, a short walk, and beach parking. Rafael was awesome and was quick to respond to any and all questions. Definitely a great value in a great location!

Such a nice home!

Our family was so impressed with this home. It was extremely clean, comfortable, and fun to stay in. My kids LOVED the arcade. The theater room was a highlight of our vacation. The one and ONLY complaint we have is not being able to turn down the thermostat any lower than 73. We were warm the entire stay. Other than that, we loved it. We will definitely plan to stay here again for future vacations.

You won’t find a better value for what this place offers you!

This is the second year in a row I’ve stayed at this property and it was just as great as the first time. Rafael is amazing to deal with. Any questions or concerns you have, he’ll respond to you the same day and usually within the hour or so. Very clean house. Has everything you need for the stay. The pool and hot tub are both extremely private and relaxing. Within walking distance of the 7-11 and tons of restaurants. Best place to stay in the OBX for the price!!! And don’t forget to check out the massive media room when you want to veg out after a day at the beach and watch a movie!

House was built in 2013 and it's remodeled and upgraded every year. Electronics are inspected before each check in to ensure the best experience.

Property Manager lives upstairs. Available anytime if guests have questions or any issues.
