This 1BR/1BA condo is located directly on the beach, a few steps from a private beach entrance. Numerous restaurants and cafes are within a very short walking distance. The condo is perfect for a beach getaway for a couple or a small family.

The condo features a beachfront living room and patio, fully equipped kitchen, spacious bedroom with a king bed, washer and dryer, foldout sofa, a free assigned parking spot, WiFi internet, cable TV and many other amenities. It is perfect for 2 guests, but can sleep up to 4.

Perfect location

We loved our stay. It was close to restaurants and shops. The place was clean and well furnished. We could walk to the beach easily.

Anniversary Weekend

We had a great stay! Good location for shops and eats within walking distance. The beach access was perfect and beautiful. Condo was stocked well with kitchen and bathroom essentials. Had a good weekend, thank you!

This condo is well stocked with a variety of cooking supplies, utensils, pans, glasses, and bonus water filter pitcher. Host was responsive to questions. Location is easy to find. Assigned parking spot was great to have. Quick and easy access to Cocoa Beach. Direct view of the ocean. So many “extras” like beach chairs, umbrella, games, and more. Well thought out. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Wow! What a gem! It's on the end of the building next to the path down to the beach. There's beach chairs available . There's a few palm trees right out back in case you want some shade from the morning sun. The 2 story building gave a less commercial feel unlike the rows of 10 story buildings you usually find. We wished we booked it for longer. The bathroom was small but who cares. Small washer and dryer but wirkable. We plan to come back.

Great Short Stay in Cocoa Beach

Shared a great short stay with my spouse in Cocoa Beach. The condo was beautiful and just as pictured. We loved that the hosts had everything that we needed from all the home utensils to beach chairs and umbrella. Access to the beach was just a few steps directly outside of the condo. The beach was not as crowded as I expected. There were plenty of nice eating and drinking establishments within a couple of blocks of the condo. Thanks very much to the hosts for having a wonderful place for my spouse and I to spend a little extra time on Florida's Space Coast.

We absolutely did not want to leave! This condo was exactly the relaxing getaway we needed.The owners truly thought of everything. From multiple sizes of ice cubes to batteries, outlets, beach gear, and all the little extras, everything we needed (and several things we didn’t know we’d want!) was already here. The condo was clean and comfortable and the owners are very responsive. Check in was a breeze. The location couldn’t have been better. Being just steps from the beach meant we could easily go back and forth without packing for an entire day and/or go in the morning and easily return after a fun afternoon of exploring. We loved walking to the beach, restaurants, shops, and coffee, and even watched the World Cup final from Coconuts on the Beach with an amazing ocean view, ocean breeze and pina colada .We also discovered some fantastic local gems. The Fat Donkey has delicious ice cream, Acai Express was a great healthy breakfast, and Salvador’s Tacos was an unexpected hit. If you like Middle Eastern food, don’t miss Pita Paradise, and definitely stop by Crystal Cove on Atlantic. Christian, the owner, has a beautiful shop with incredible pieces and prices.We also loved playing pickleball at the Cocoa Beach Recreation Center and exploring the local wildlife, including the bunnies, crabs, and lizards.One fun surprise: if everything starts shaking, don’t panic… it’s probably a rocket launch! Such an unforgettable experience.We can’t wait to come back!

Great place to stay while vacationing at the beach!

As far as beach vacations go, this place is ideal. It's mere steps to the beach, and next to bars and eateries. The bed was comfortable. I would actually only rate it a 4.5 because of a few things. We could not get hot water in the kitchen sink (although there was plenty of hot water in the little shower), the DVD player doesn't work, no laundry detergent, and housekeeping had left a load of musty towels in the dryer (which I put back in there for them when we left). But a charming little place (and I do mean little when referring to shower, kitchen, washer, and dryer, so just be aware) that I would love to return to! A great getaway to the heart of Cocoa Beach.

Affordable beach condominium

Great price, very close to beach. Due to the public access point being next to condominium , there will be a lot of foot traffic. It’s a small older condominium but with easy access to beach.

cocoa beach getaway

Good location on beach and near restaurants and shops. Unit itself was a little rough - stains on sofa, unswept patio, rusted kitchen sink and broken down dilapitated unworkable oven.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful stay, it was a perfect location for our enjoying the Surfing Santas. The only issue we has was the shower, it had a large clump of dark hair on the drain. We had no issue taking sheets from the dryer and moving towels from the washer to the dryer. Over all a great stay, perfect location.
