Pros - great house, great location, great stocked kitchen, great pool, plenty of outdoor furniture for everyone, beds were very comfortable. Cons - leaky faucet in one shower that was never fixed after I reported it, leaky faucet has caused black mold in shower, no kitchen towels, carpet was worn but they are planning on replacing it soon.

Extremely disappointed

Mold, dirt, dust, trash, and broken items are littered throughout the property. It is a $1.5 million dollar home with an amazing floorplan and location, but $100 per night motel rooms are cleaned and maintained better. I spent $300 and 8 hours cleaning the place to make it habitable.

Great place to host a large group

Overall we loved the house. It's a great place to entertain a lot of people. Pool is great, love the fenced in yard + grass, theater room was awesome, as was the main/top floor. Only downsides were minor things: bring your own TP, garbage bags and coffee filters, as none are provided. The rooms that face East are super bright in the morning, some thicker drapes in those rooms would be a great improvement. Internet is very spotty on the top floor, could use another router up there given that it's the floor people generally will hang out on. All in all, only minor complaints, we had a great stay.
