Love this location.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve stayed at the same location 4 different time and in 3 different condo. This one was very nice and modern. Very clean. However with a small child, I do wish there was a lock on the door. The only safety feature is someone else doesn’t know the code. And the AC unit is VERY LOUD, if you’re a light sleeper, u may not like this place.

Nice clean one bedroom

Newly renovated and clean condo. A/C cooled while it was running but varied during the night. Loved that umbrella and beach chair service was included. Messaged management company upon leaving and since with no response.

Great beach vacation spot

There is a sand path to beach beside the wooden boardwalk if you have trouble with stairs which was nice.Would definitely stay again.

AC out but upgraded!

Great Location

Great property even better location. Perfect size for our family of 4. Great communication from the time we booked until check-out which made the process go smoothly. Beautifully decorated and well furnished with everything you could need. Would definitely stay again!

Overall Great Stay, Can’t Beat Location

We really enjoyed our stay at Tropical Isle. You can’t beat the location. You walk out the door and you are just steps to the walkway onto the beach. The place is clean and updated well. The kitchen was nice and the bed big and comfortable. The floors were not as clean as we had hoped for when we came, but we tried to give grace as it must be hard to fight against constant sand. We just took the Swiffer that was left in the apartment and wiped the floor a few times ourselves, and wore house shoes saved for just inside. The pool on site, though older, is clean and had a deep end, which my children loved for swimming. The showers at the pool were handy for rinsing off sand before going inside or in the pool. Our only one other complaint was that the listing when we booked mentioned a sofa sleeper in the living room. The couch when we arrived did NOT have a sleeper underneath, so our two children had to squeeze on the couch for the night. We called management the next morning, and it seemed they were unaware that the (I guess new) couch didn’t have a sleeper in it. They apologized and promptly provided an air mattress that day for us to use. That helped. The couch in the bedroom also can be a place to sleep as it is long enough and pretty deep…but it is the comfort of sleeping on a couch. Just an FYI for expectation as people choose to stay here. My kids didn’t mind, but an adult might. All of this is an overall review, and ultimately we really enjoyed and would book again.

They offered wonderful amenities and comped tickets to go see a dolphin show. It was also amazing being a skip and a hop from the beach. 10/10 would stay here again. George and Beverly made our vacation that much more fun

Quick getaway

Great location- directly across the street/parking lot from beach access. Unit had everything we needed! We loved being in Ft Walton - slower pace and quieter than Destin!

Very short walk to the beach!

The condo was very nice and clean when we got there. It smelt clean. We didn’t have any issues getting in or out. I liked that they have dishes and pots and pans etc. I love that they had a shower by the pool so we were able to rinse off after the beach. It says that it’s a 3 minute walk to the beach but it’s actually less than that. We were at the beach in 64 seconds. Yes we timed it. Lol. If you’re on the other side of the building then it’ll take a few more seconds but it’ll still be less than 3 mins. I liked that they had a broom and dustpan in the closet but it would’ve been nicer to have a full size broom. We did a lot of sweeping because of the sand. It’s impossible to keep sand out…but putting a bucket of water at the door helps. And that’s to be expected if you’re going back and forth to the beach, especially with kids. The only thing we didn’t like was we could hear stomping when people would go up and down the stairs. At first we thought it was coming from the condo on top of us but my fiancé realized it was people going up and down the stairs. But we were fine with it because it was only during the day. We didn’t hear anything at night. We also loved that they had a box fan for us to use. (For people that sleep with fans) Overall it was a great place to stay and we would highly recommend it.

Great Condo & Location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Despite the terrible weather we were stuck with the condo itself was great. Plenty of places to sleep, newer appliances, very clean. Just wish the table next to the bar area was much smaller or a dropleaf. Made the walkway area very small, only complaint in the condo. Pool was nice, just would like to see more umbrella options and the shallow end pool entry was not conducive to handicap individuals. The handrails entering are very low to the ground. I would definitely stay here again.

There was a convenience store right next door that came in handy.I would stay here again great place! There were 2 cons but they were very minor as you are about to go in there is a little lip that I trip on a couple times,and second the bed frame was too big and I snased my shin on twice not good but be careful and you will be fine

Clean and true beach access!

Loved our stay here at this location! Definitely affordable as me and my husband were on our honeymoon and it was perfectly located near the beach so we didn’t have to drive there! The place was clean and true to pictures! Definitely keeping this as my go to location when we visit Fort Walton again! VERY SATISFIED AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

SISTER TRIP

Reviewer Comments: With Covid, my sister and I had planned to start our vacation by scrubbing this house once we arrived, however this house was ridiculously clean. We couldn't find one finger print, anywhere. The decor was a little outdated, but the fridge was cold, the beds were comfy and the beach was just across the street. The decor was a little outdated but we didn't mind due to pending all our time on the beach. Over all, great, cute little beach find that we want to do again next year!
