Being next to the State Park Pier our beach is never crowded, check out the photos. We also provide the linens ourselves for a higher grade towels and sheets and paper products than the big commercial cleaners provide. We pamper our guests.

Royal Palms 1003 captures the opulent style of this Gulf Coast community with its masterfully designed resort finishes- large balcony- master bedroom suite, open kitchen and living area, hall bunk beds and two bathrooms makes this condo perfect for your next trip to the Gulf Coast.
Perched on the tenth floor, Royal Palms 1003, is the perfect spot as it is the last condo building next to the State Park and fishing pier. While also being close to restaurants and attractions you are also in an uncrowded beach location. The direct view of the beach offers you the sounds and sights of the ocean where you can see dolphins and sea birds play plus all the water sport activities including fishing off the beach and crab hunting at night.
We are doing many cleaning activities to sanitize the property between guests stays including an Ozone Generator to reduce germs and wiping down TV remotes and door knobs etc. No waiting on check-in or out we have keyless entry. We want you to be safe visiting our property if you become ill please let us know immediately.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING EITHER IN THE CONDO OR ON THE BALCONY
Maximum of two cars allowed. Please be mindful that during Music Festival, Shrimp Festival and Spring Break guests are required to have special Event passes. The dates required for those Spring Break passes are March 1 through April 15 and those passes will be $59 each. Winter monthly reservations are $39/month/car. Shrimp Festival and Hangout Fest will be $45 each. Music Festival passes are $170 each. These prices are per the association.
