We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and super cute. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. The location couldn't have been better—right downtown and within walking distance of so many restaurants, shops, and attractions. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Mark and Gage were very responsive with the few questions I had. The home was very clean - beds, linens, towels were made and folded just like in 5 hotels. Lots of amenities! We loved being able to let our dogs run around the large fenced in backyard. Literally a 5 minute walk into town

We like staying at this cottage in downtown Boyne, because it is close too many other places, such as Petoskey, Harbor Springs, in Mackinac Island, and Traverse City. Wayne city had an events called strolling industries on Friday nights, and there were bands on every corner. Lots of fun!It is very plain, no frills. The electrical outlet in one of the bathrooms did not work.Overall, and excellent experience!

This was a perfect location for a family vacation! Everything was in walking distance. We really had a great stay and will be coming back next year!

Place was very clean. Decorated nicely, not tacky like some rentals. Beds comfortable, but pillows a little hard for my liking. Hosts were responsive and polite.Only other issue was the water pressure in the shower was too low overall the place was great.

We rented this home for our fall wine weekend, and the location could not have been better! We love the space to spread out which was much better than renting 2 hotel rooms. We will be definitely coming back, Thanks Mark & Gage!

This is the perfect location! It was an easy 5 minute walk to downtown and 10 minute drive to Boyne Mountain.

The house was perfectly located near downtown and the beach access. Easy to walk to anything you could need during your stay. We had plenty of room inside the home. Communicating was fast and easy. A great stay.

Great place to stay, great location. Very clean, and Mark was very pleasant when communicating about the stay. Highly recommend! Even better that our dog could come with us.

This was a clean, nicely outfitted and decorated property. It had comfortable beds and linens. We were a family of 5 with a small dog and there was plenty of room. There is a fenched back yard for dogs to play.The property is 10 minutes from skiing and just a few blocks from the lake. A great location. Overall, the property was all that we needed and expected.

Great house!

Cozy house. Great location with a quick walk to downtown Boyne City and a 10 min drive to Boyne Mountain. Host was quick to reply and we definitely enjoyed our stay!!

Fantastic location for walking into Boyne City. Almost entirely remodeled (everything except the shower is new). Very clean, and host was responsive. Furnished somewhat sparingly, but we ate out and had the essentials we needed.

Boyne City House

The house was very clean and perfect for a group of people who are looking to have a great weekend. Very close to the water and downtown! Super easy check in and check out. Neighbors were extremely friendly!

Fantastic location to beach and town

Just couple of blocks from the beach and town this home worked well for us and our pups. Back yard is fenced, Updated interior was nice. Bed/pillows were comfortable and home has nice linens. Also had a washer/dryer. Host was easy to reach with questions. We would rent this again.
