Thank you so much for the 5-star review! We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the spacious layout of the unit and made good use of the screened porch and deck—they are definitely some of our favorite spots for relaxing. It was a pleasure having you stay with us, and we're happy we could assist with your questions throughout your trip. We hope to welcome you back again soon!

We're delighted to hear you enjoyed the nice place and nice grounds. We also appreciate you noting that our friendly staff quickly fixed the one glitch you encountered—quick and helpful service is what we strive for. We would be thrilled to welcome you back again and again!

Thank you for your feedback and for sharing your experience. We’re glad to hear you found the home clean and enjoyed the great location. We’re sorry to hear about the noise from neighboring units—while this can occasionally happen in shared buildings, we truly appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Your input helps us continue improving the experience, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Thank you for the honest 4-star review and for choosing to stay with us again! We are so glad that you and your husband have found a "home away from home" in this unit, though we sincerely apologize that this particular visit didn't live up to the 5-star standard of your first stay. At Dream Vacation Rentals, we strive for a "no-surprises" experience, and it's clear we missed the mark this time with the keypad, maintenance scheduling, and towel cleanliness. While we are glad our team was able to be responsive and attempt to resolve these issues during your stay, we are using your feedback to immediately review our cleaning and maintenance protocols for this unit to ensure these hiccups don't happen again. We truly value your loyalty and are thrilled to hear that you will absolutely stay with us again. We look forward to making your third visit just as perfect as your first!

It sounds like you enjoyed some of the absolute best, peaceful moments the property has to offer—from watching the local wildlife around the backyard pond to relaxing on the enclosed porch during a rainy island afternoon. We are also glad you found the private beach parking lot pass so convenient for hauling your beach gear down to the sand! Our team loves being there for our guests, so it's wonderful to hear you received a quick, pleasant response when you reached out. Thank you for your understanding regarding the spotty internet—you hit the nail on the head, Sanibel is definitely a place to unplug and unwind! That said, we are always working to improve, so we will have our tech team look into the connection to see if we can boost the signal for a smoother experience next time. It was a total pleasure hosting you, and we are already looking forward to welcoming you back for another wonderful stay!

Thank you so much for the 5-star review! I am thrilled to hear that you found the spot perfect for a quiet getaway and enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the wildlife viewing from the back deck. I sincerely appreciate your candid feedback regarding the sound levels between the bedrooms; we want every guest to have a peaceful experience and will look into ways to improve the privacy of those spaces. Regarding the debris in the waterway, thank you for bringing that to my attention. While much of the area is still in post-hurricane restoration, I have already reached out to our maintenance team to coordinate the removal of those items to restore the full beauty of the view. We hope to have the chance to host you again for an even better stay!

Thank you so much for the 5-star review! I’m thrilled to hear that you found the unit clean, quiet, and comfortable. While we utilize a dedicated support team to ensure our guests get immediate assistance around the clock, I’m glad you felt well-taken care of. We’d love to host you again whenever you're back in town!

Thank you so much for your review. We do include the bikes and beach pass so whichever is easiest you can do. We’ll look forward to welcoming you back again soon

Thank you for your review. We're glad to hear that you found the property to be new, very clean, and a good size, and that you enjoyed the water areas. We take all guest feedback seriously and appreciate you sharing your experience. We apologize for any confusion regarding the beach access. We provide detailed beach access instructions, including a map, in our pre-arrival information. We'll review this information to ensure it's as clear as possible for future guests. We also regret the inconvenience caused by the rainfall and subsequent flooding. Unfortunately, while we can't control the weather, we do our best to manage the effects and minimize issues like mosquitoes. Regarding the supplies, we provide an initial starter supply of toiletries and other consumables. This is noted in our welcome packet to set expectations that guests will need to purchase additional items for extended stays. We also want to clarify the internet situation. The property is equipped with Xfinity high-speed internet, which typically provides much faster speeds than you experienced. We're sorry you had issues with the speed during your stay. We will investigate this further to ensure the connection is working properly. We hope you'll consider staying with us again for a chance to provide you with a better experience.

Thank you so much for your review and support
