Loved everything about our trip to Asheville including this condo. The loft had a great vibe with the high ceilings and exposed brick. I doing think the pics do it justice. The kids loved having their own rooms and bathrooms and everything was so comfortable. The location was perfect with easy parking and quick walks to Asheville’s wonderful restaurants and shops. We only had a couple of days but got out one morning for a gorgeous hike and then spent a rainy afternoon in a board game cafe that was so incredibly fun! What a great stay! We hope to come back again soon!

Stayed here for a weekend away with a few lifelong friends. The location was perfect if you just want to walk around and explore Asheville! Very close to good restaurants and local bars. We loved the fact that it has 3 king beds and each room has their own bathroom. My wife was kind of jealous so it looks like we will be staying here next time we come!!

Lovely apartment. We had no trouble finding metered spaces in front. Host was extremely responsive and helpful.

Weekend get away

Excellent property. Very convenient to everything in downtown Asheville. Comfortable beds and plenty of space. Did hear some noise at night from the bar but it was manageable.

Great Location

Enjoyed staying here. First time hanging out in downtown Ashville, and this was a perfect location near all restaurants, galleries, and shops. I would recommend.

Very well appointed and comfortable rental. Had everything we needed for our stay. Comfortable beds, enough space for six adults to sit comfortably and enough space for all. Bathrooms were nice and spacious. Great location and close to shops and restaurants. The only downside is the bedroom on the end of unit gets a lot of noise at night from a nearby bar. But that is to be expected in a downtown location.

Great place to stay

Very clean, and close proximity to Everything in the city. Only problem we encountered was the middle guest room shower door was not functioning properly and there was a broken foot stool in a closet that seemed To be a piece that should have been in the den area.

Great spot

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was very clean, the bedrooms large and the beds very comfortable. The only downside was the water pressure in the showers and the shower door would not stay closed. But it would not deter us from coming back - the place was really great!

The place is amazing. Perfect location for walking to everything. Parking is the issue but it’s not terrible. Just be prepared for additional cost in the garage. Which isn’t listed or stated until you get your check in info. Unloading isn’t ideal either but once there you’re golden. . It was fabulous.

Perfect AVL stay

We enjoyed our three day weekend so much staying at this property. The layout is perfect for families and/or couples’ weekends. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and a lot of space. Kitchen area well stocked to make meals if desired. Very central location and we walked everywhere. Only drawback would be there is not designated parking but there is metered street parking. The AC hotel also does allow overnight parking but unfortunately it was full during our stay. We would stay here again for sure!

Property was great. The only negative for the whole stay was parking, Had to either use on the street meter parking or pay for parking garage about one block away. Otherwise excellent!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful large condo in an exceptional location in Asheville. Every necessary amenity included while staying in luxurious accommodations. A short walk to countless restaurants, bars, and breweries in Asheville. We would stay at the same place every time we visit if it is available.

Asheville had a cool vibe

First time in Asheville and we really enjoyed the hiking, shops and restaurants. The property was in a convenient/quiet/walkable location and had high end finishes. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. I would switch out the two modern chairs in the living room for something more comfortable. Parking is not included but we did not have any trouble finding a meter on the street when needed. I would return to this property and recommend to family or friends.

Gorgeous loft

We loved our stay at this beautiful, centrally located loft downtown. It was spacious, clean, and had lots of towels and kitchen things. The only issue is that one bedroom that had a window had a noisy guy drilling one night right outside and then the building across the alley had strobing lights all night into the morning that could not be blocked out with the curtains. This obviously made it hard to sleep. I am not sure if the strobing and work is permanent but it would have been a perfect stay otherwise!

Great location, very roomy loft

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved the look of this lift with the exposed brick and every bedroom had a king size bed and private bathroom. The building is very secure needing 2 codes to get in plus another code for the loft. The decor was a very cool automotive look with old pictures, car doors etc. We stayed on the first floor close to the elevator. Oh would beep every few minutes which I’m not sure if it usually does. The person staying in the closest bedroom could hear it all night. The master faces a club/bar that kept my friends up the first night but after that it was quieter. I love the location. It’s close to everything downtown Asheville we wanted to do.
