Unit was very nice. Only complaint was dishwasher did not work. They acknowledged my request, but did not make it out there to fix during our stay.

Very cool place, perfect for family and friends. Very short walk to the beach and all the beach supplies you would want are in the garage. No issues.

Perfect Getaway Spot!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The layout of the place was great and it was clean and well-maintained. Check-in/check-out was easy. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Virginia Beach!

Beach stay

Was a great spot ! We had our dogs , and the only problem was the back patio gate lock was broken - so difficult to leave dogs outside

Great stay , even for a couple days very close to beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Found beach toys and chairs on property , very convenient!

North end bliss

We had a great stay with our family! My son's favorite part was the balcony; bird watching and playing card games. Perfect spot on the north end, quiet neighborhood with friendly locals keeping an eye on things. Easy access to both the boardwalk areas and also heading the other way to our friend's, first landing and LynnHaven area. The beach was just steps away and quiet and we barely noticed the downstairs neighbors. The house was clean with tons of space and cozy beds. We would look to book again for any future trips!

Fantastic!!!

We brought our family to VA Beach for a weekend sports event - the cottage was perfect!!! Expertly maintained & furnished and plenty of room for everyone!! Just a short walk to the beach and short drive to downtown!! Made our stay perfect!!! Can’t wait to come back next year!!! Thank you!!!

Terrific location steps away from a gorgeous dog friendly beach

Amazing condo steps away from a gorgeous dog friendly beach. Perfect for a traveling family. They really thought of everything and leaving a little bucket, pail, glasses, chips and salsa was so incredibly thoughtful. We have been renting VBROs since we had our kids as it is just easier and this is now one of our favorite spots. Highly recommend!

Decent Property, Horrible Experience

The property is relatively nice but overpriced, especially for the location. The house is a good size but you are sharing it with downstairs neighbors who blast music on the weekends and when they cook you will smell it throughout the house. Their dogs are also quite loud. The kitchen is of decent size but the cookware is deteriorating and gross. When we arrived someone had used the master bathroom and not even flushed the toilet so I had to unclog it myself. The water pressure is awful. I had to repair the laundry room door which almost collapsed on top of me. I will say that the mattress topper on the master bed was pretty comfortable but it kept moving and was stained. The traffic noise comes right into the bedroom so if you’re a light sleeper it will affect your rest. The nicest thing about the property itself is the second floor porch. It is very serene as long as the neighbors are not out. I do not recommend relying on the backyard if you have dogs. The gate is falling apart and is not particularly safe. It’s also extremely small. During our two week stay someone tried breaking in through the back gate. I brought this to the property manager’s attention but they did nothing about it. Anchor Realty has been very difficult to work with in all capacities, unfortunately. Do not expect much from them in the way of communication or customer service and support. They will also charge your credit card without proper notice or approval so be prepared. Very displeased overall,

The location and property were excellent with an easy 3-4 house walk to the beach. Wonderful stay and amenities were accurately described. I would definitely recommend.Only issue was the dish washer wasn't working, but the host did let us know. Only recommendation would be to have the code for access earlier than 10 minutes before we could get in. Overall great place and would come back!RE - Richmond, VA
