This is a nice condo at the end of a building, so it is quiet and still close to the clubhouse and pool. The location of the condo complex is very close to downtown St Simon's with lots of things to do. Plenty of great restaurants, shops, and a wonderful pier. The lighthouse is also close by. This is our first trip to St Simon, and we really enjoyed ourselves.

The condo was as described and location was great. We had a small issue with the condo not being cleaned before we arrived but that was resolved quickly. We would stay here again.

Everything thing was awesome. We enjoyed our stay. I would like to suggest for the unit to have a k cup coffee maker . And to consider having more than basic cable or a way for guests to sing in to there own streaming accounts. The weather wasn’t good during our stay and I had 2 children. I would have been nice to have access to a movie . Etc. THANKS the trip was great and the condo was just what we were looking for .

Amazing stay!

We loved our stay!! Pictures are accurate to the actual condo. Shannon allowed us to check in early due to our arrival time and condo being ready. We would love to stay again

Fantastic St Simon’s condo - close to everything!

This was one of our favorite rentals ever! It was well-decorated and stocked with plenty of towels and kitchen essentials. We enjoyed coming back here to relax after a day at the beach.

Saints Simons Getaway

The location of the property was perfect -- walking distance to the pier, shopping and many local restaurants. It was great they had a heated pool as the temperatures were cool. We enjoyed our stay and would book at this location again.

Nice change from a hotel.

Very nice condo complex and our lodging was perfect. It was away from the congestion of the village but close enough for a very short drive. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable. Would stay again.

Nice place. Clean and cozy. Very convenient to shops and pier.

Bathtub a bit slippery and toilet seat loose. Other than that great place to stay.
