Be the first to stay in this charming beach location and enjoy the stunning beaches and boardwalk.There is everything you need for cooking and dining and the unit is fully equipped with towels beach towels and linens. High speed internet and streaming TV for your entertainment. There is a queen size murphy bed to maximize space during the day. The Hollywood Boardwalk has oceanfront restaurants, pubs and shops. A car is not necessary because you can walk to little markets and restaurants or have anything you want delivered right to your door.

Great location

Nice place, suited our needs perfectly fine. Excellent location, relatively clean property and nice community/neighborhood. Wish they provided dish soap. Only complaint is that the internet does not work at all. Couldn’t even stream a show. So do not book this place if you absolutely need internet for any reason. Would stay again.

Stay was pretty good

The stay honestly was pretty good, my spouse and I loved being right next to the beach and the neighborhood was lovely. The only issue was the checkout process we were told to checkout and hour earlier than out actual checkout time and the parking was kinda confusing.

Great Location

Steps from the beach. Small space. Did not realize there were going to be stairs I had to carry my suitcases up and down. Washer and dryers not coin operated. You need to purchase prepaid 5.00 card or down load app min 10.00. No laundry soap available to purchase at facility. Quiet area. Overall good place to stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pro: Excellent Location, clean, swimming pool beautiful and no near by tall buildings close to restaurants and bars.Cons Apt is on the 1st floor if you have motility problems not a place for you. Best part was the closeness to beach. Unit was very small. TV didn't work at all. Had to drive around 3 times to find parking spot. Information given for check in was not very accurate. Had trouble getting in door, only outside entry upstairs. Should have spent more

Good Stay

Pros - Great location, unit remodeled and has all new appliances and a well equipped kitchen, heated pool, AC works great, easy check in/out and overall very clean except.....Cons - the 2 pillows provided were horrible but additional pillows were provided on request, the shower curtain had lots of mildew and the matrass was hard and the bed noisy. Phone calls were answered but number provided for SMS went unanswered. Overall good value and would stay again.

Super close to the sand & was cleaner than any other place we've stayed in the area, so best of 4 so far. The rental staff is attentive and also was able to workout a solution for us that fit our needs. It's a studio that has a Murphy bed setup with a decent amount of shelf storage so they made good use of the square footage. Kitchen has a full size fridge, a stove top/sink combo, a toaster oven, toaster & a microwave. So in lieu of eating out every night we were able to do some light cooking which turned out better than the one night we dined out. You're on the beach side off the road, about one block from the sand so a light stroll of 2 mins and you can kick off the flip flops. The beach here has the showers to clean off your feet and at the beach is a concrete "boardwalk" that's kind of like the type in Venice Beach or Manhattan Beach in So California minus the street performers & such. Anyway it was a good spot for our needs and is perfect for a traveling couple looking for a lower priced place to hang your hat. There are quite a few restaurants within 1-3 blocks so you don't have to drive to dinner. We had a parking pass for on-site parking which beats trying to find one on the street. Great location, but some disappointments

The wifi was super slow. The kitchen area lacks space to prepare food or wash dishes. Not enough bath towels for 5 days. Shower was great. We had to buy TP and soap. No cleaning supplies except for a broom and sponge. People at the building were really kind. Murphy bed was surprisingly ok. I would not stay in this unit again because of the slow wifi and small kitchen area. We will look for a better option in the building next time because of the location and the friendly culture.

Vacation getaway

We stayed for a week. Location was great, easy access to the broadwalk, beach, and several restaurants. Building was nice and quiet, room was clean and nicely updated.

Hollywood, FL IS A HIDDEN GEM!

As promised, the beach was in walking distance from the property with restaurants and a convenience store along the boardwalk. We appreciated the beach chairs on site for us to use. Property description was a bit misleading as the kitchen is a small kitchenette with two burners and the microwave was above the fridge so no one under like 5’5” could use it. Shower liner has what looks like mildew on ii. Needs cleaned or replaced. Wardrobe was filled with extra towels & sheets on one side so storage for guests was limited.

Loved this Place!!

This was the perfect home for a wonderful vacation. The location you can’t beat, literally just steps to the beach! The place has everything you would need as well. The management was outstanding and accommodated all my requests. They are available at any time and immediately if you have any questions or concerns. They provide all your beach gear as well. I would highly recommend this place and hope to be back soon!

Small apartment not optimally furnished. Very clean. The bed is a disaster. It was explained at the check in information that the toilet makes problems. It bothered us very much, because you always had to have the feeling that you were to blame for the water pain. There was beach material available, but in the room very unsightly kept. Great stay

This unit was nicely redone and location is awesome. The building is old and being renovated. I hope it is preserved for another 50 yrs. It was also nice to have a reserved parking space. Those are highly sought after and saves a lot of money. The pool was clean and well maintained also. Nice to have it to myself. Overall, wonderful experience

I could not find my parking place nor the place I rented.

Parking was over 100 steps winding around bldg. there were 19 steep concrete steps to my rental. I had to call ValGal several times. Also had to carry my own garbage out to dumpster. Pool was very nice

Cute Little Studio

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything you need if your goal is hours at the beach! We rented this little place just one block from the ocean for a few fun-filled beach days. This location is much quieter and less “peopley” than the southern side of Hollywood Beach. It is about .5-1 mile walk to get to the commercial areas/beach stage/restaurants, but it is worth it if you are looking for a less populated area!! Room had everything we needed. Room is super clean and came furnished with a cute little table/chair set that tucks out of the way when not in use. Bring some extra towels/wash clothes if you shower a lot, or you can use their laundry facility for a fee. We will return! Cannot beat the price and location!

Excellent Location

Unit has 1 queen, a small sofa, it’s not a sleeper. Difficult to move around if bed is down.Mattress is hard. Pillows are not hotel quality. Microwave not accessible unless you are tall. A/C unit and ceiling fan are loud. Blinds do not block bright exterior lights. Listing does not mention this is a second floor apartment without an elevator. Checkin instructions do not describe location of parking lot which is at a different address. Emailed instructions also do not include the REQUIREMENT to display a parking pass in the vehicle while in the assigned spot. The instructions mention a parking pass and a spot. I texted but did not receive a response so I then called (this was a long complicated process) so I could locate the correct parking lot. The lot was on a different street…these instructions were inside the apartment (although they direct you to go the wrong way on a one way street) The parking pass was not in the apartment and I did not give it another thought because I did not see any signage and the woman on the phone kept repeating park in spot 22. My rental was towed from the assigned spot, when I contacted the office I did not experience good customer service. I was told I would receive a call back but didn’t so I called again the next day. Was told they needed to speak to owners and I would get a call back which never happened. Instead I found an email stating there was nothing they could do and that I would be charged for a parking pass I never received.

Close to the beach, but…

This stay was overall fine. It was half a block from the beach which was great. And the check in and out was so easy. Property owner was responsive, but it was about 24-48 hours with responses to issues. The number they give is not answered or responded to, so just message them though Vrbo and they’ll get back. There is no front desk service fyi. And only a small microwave up high and stove top At check in, there were crusty towels from the last renters piled in the tub long enough to have spiders. I’m not that squeamish, but that was off putting. I managed to find more towels, killed some spiders, and was fine. This next isnt a mark against them, just something to be known. The hot water was out for just over 4 days. The handyman they are using went to the wrong place and claimed it was fixed before realizing and correcting it (owner stated). Time to get a new handyman. A cold shower for several nights isn’t good. This place is A LOT smaller than it seems. Cramped is a good description. A couple max could stay. Do not count on wifi. I saw other reviews with responses it was fixed. It isn’t. The highest I saw was 1.6 Mbps, averaged around 0.6 kbps. I am thankful I had my hotspot as I was there for work. That is unusable. Parking is on the other side of the building. Apple and Google maps will take you to the unit, but not the parking spot, just fyi. But, for a trip if it was just for the beach and nightlife, as a place to crash that is quiet and close, it’s good.
