Susan was very friendly and communicated where to find anything I may need clearly. I love to see how she created her dream vision into reality by sharing her initial drawing of how she wanted the property to look like, as well as her investment into future developments. It felt like a loving home, which is exactly what we were looking for. I have a lot of gratitude for the space and everything Susan has put into it. Would definitely recommend! Loved the balcony and the trees!

Beautiful cottage. Excellent location. Friendly host. Ideal for families and young couples. Porches allow for game nights and relaxing morning coffee time. Can't wait to return!

There are a lot of steps but it takes you to the tree tops. It is a beautiful spot to sit and sip coffee and read. It was conveniently located to everything. We truly enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

This was a great property to stay at with my husband and 12 year old son. Spacious and comfortable and close enough to stores and restaurants but also to Folly Beach. We easily could go back and forth within the day. The host was so friendly and communicated very well.

The coastal-themed TreeTops was delightful, comfortable, and as-advertised (actually, nicer in person than photos could portray)! We enjoyed comfortable rest here as well as plenty of space (indoors and out) to disperse for relaxing when we were finished visiting downtown and the beach. The host was attentive and helpful in unexpected ways which we appreciated. East navigation, parking, and access. I would definitely consider staying here again should our travels bring us back to the Charleston area.

We had a wonderful stay! The place is beautiful and comfy inside. The balcony is amazing for the evening too. Everything we needed was available to us, from cooking items to extra blankets. Highly recommend this place!

Very fun to have multiple spots to sit rooftop and enjoy drinks. Cute kitty came around the too. Lovely decor and great AC.

Enjoyed our stay very much. The decor was amazing, great balconies/patios up on our second level unit. Quiet, clean, host very helpful with a question we had. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would definite recommend to friends.

Susan was a great host. She was very responsive and proactive with everything! Absolutely love the property was very private and very cozy and just down the road from downtown St. James and good old Folly Beach! Can’t wait to come and stay again!
