Very pet friendly, they even provide doggie bags along with all the other amenities (toiletries & household necessities). The home was very roomy, with enough seating to go around.

Spacious!

We booked our trip right before the storm and were worried about not being able to keep our reservation. The company reached out via phone and was very accommodating. We were able to adjust our stay a day later. The rental had a lot of space and had everything we needed. The beach was about 2 blocks down, but we ended up driving because we had a bunch of stuff to haul. We would definitely rent this place again! Thank you for the great memories and awesome customer service!

Worse Than Motel 6

The pictures DO NOT look like the actual beach house. The water smells like sewer. The water is colored yellow/orange and the AC does not work. The place is dirty, HOT, ants, furniture a mess, water stains all over the ceiling. Seriously worse than a Motel 6.

Beyond disappointing and defeating for our staff who worked extremely hard to get this home prepared for you so that you could enjoy your vacation time, this is downright offensive to them, the owner of this home, and the Surfside Beach community. Honestly, this is just an example of someone expecting champagne on a beer budget. The photos are representative. The village of Surfside's water is known to be of poor quality and shared upfront, and actually you initialed that fact as well. The AC is monitored and does work.Yes, it is hot in the summer, yes there are ants at times, and yes this is a beach house on an island with sand, salt, humidity and sea air. It is not a hotel nor a motel. However, this seems like the perfect product for you. It seems we are not a match.
