This property was excellent. We enjoyed our coffee on the front porch in the mornings while admiring the beautiful mountains. The location was within walking distance of the downtown restaurants and entertainment with just a short drive to The Garden of the Gods and Cog Train. This property has great character as it was perfect for our family of 4. Lori is a great host and is excellent with communication. I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning.

Lovely in town “ cottage “ . Exceptionally clean with every thing you might need for an in town setting and cozy experience. Perfect for walks to restaurants and easy access to the highway . I think of this little house as a “life size jewelry box” because it is so clean and organized! We truly enjoyed our stay .

This was a wonderful place to stay! It’s close to all the tourist attractions, and within walking distance of many restaurants. The house was cute, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We especially loved eating breakfast on the front porch with a view of the mountains. I’d highly recommend staying here!

Great hostess. Excellent with communication. Fully fenced in yard, which was great for our dog. Perfect location. Walked to dinner most nights. Quiet street.

Clean home close to everything downtown! The bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept better than we ever have on a vacation. The home had everything we needed and the host was amazing. We plan to stay here again when we return to visit our son.

We had the BEST stay at this house! Our host, Lori, was amazing and was fantastic with communication. Little extra touches like the board in the kitchen recommending places to eat and things happening in the area that week made us feel so welcome. The house is as described and it was so nice having a beautiful backyard to relax in for us and our dog. It is walking distance to so many wonderful food options. Shuga’s is amazing and it is literally 500 steps away. We would definitely stay here again!

We were very pleased with the rental. Everything was as advertised. The area is quiet but close to a number of restaurants. The house had everything we needed with the kitchen stocked with the kind of sundries one forgets to buy.

Great location, just a short walk from downtown. The property manager was very helpful with check in and with suggestions of things to do around town.

Super cute, well maintained cottage with every possible stocked item you could ask for. Enjoyed my cup of coffee each morning on the porch with a beautiful mountain view. The downtown area is very close and has a nice park and all sorts of restaurants/ice cream shops/ entertainment. This was by far the cleanest and well stocked VRBO I have ever stayed in. Lori has definitely thought of everything to make for a comfortable, relaxing stay. This was our first time in Colorado Springs. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much!

Great House and Location

The house and location were perfect for our short family vacation. The house was clean, checking in and out couldn't be easier and the location was convenient to everything we needed. We will definitely book again the next time we visit.

Colorado Springs cottage

This place was supplied with everything we needed and was in a perfect location for all the things we wanted to do ! The place was exceptionally clean and decorated so amazing. Everything was in working order and Our Host was the best. I would definitely stay here again.

Location and house was great!

We loved our stay in Colorado Springs! The location was great- walkable to stores and restaurants. Mountain View out the front door! The house was a perfect choice for our vacation!

Parents weekend

Second VRBO stay

The property description was just as described and the location was great as it was within walking distance to quite a few dining establishments. Our stay was during the 4th of July holiday and the neighborhood was still fairly peaceful even during the festivities being held at Weidner Field.
