Enjoy your oceanfront condo with panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico! This unit has the biggest balcony available at Pelican Beach -complete with dining table and 4 chairs. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee while you admire the sunrise over the gorgeous water of the Emerald Coast!
** Unit #813 has just been FULLY RENOVATED which features new furniture, 55 inch smart tv, new carpet in bed rooms, new bedding and linens, paint and upgrades throughout. Kitchen has granite counter tops, maple cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Our dining room table seats six and our breakfast bar features additional seating. Enjoy the sounds of the ocean from the Master Bedroom which features a sliding door to the balcony, king size bed, flat screen TV/DVD player and private master bath. Our Guest bedroom features a queen size bed, flat screen TV/DVD, Westerly sunset view and attached bath. This unit also has a washer and dryer INSIDE the unit which makes it very convenient.
**I also pay my cleaning service to do a “deep clean” between all renters. All bedding(quilts, mattress covers, pillows, etc ) are washed – not just the sheets. ( I hate it when I go to a hotel and the first thing I do is pull off the duvet cover because I know they don’t wash it every time!) :(
This condo has the "Deluxe Plus" rating for Pelican Beach Rentals. Fireworks that are are shot off weekly over the Destin Harbor can be viewed from your front balcony! Conveniently situated in the Heart of Destin across the street from the BIG KAHUNA Water Park. SECURITY GUARD at entrance, COVERED parking, two tennis courts, movie rentals, game room, cafe, BBQ area and kiddie pool. Enjoy the TIKI bar overlooking the beach and the INDOOR/OUTDOOR heated pool with waterfall. Work-out in on site EXCERCISE room. Enjoy a glass of wine in the HOT TUB or relax on the large sun deck. Theme parks, numerous golf courses, excellent restaurants, and shopping are all just minutes away.The condo features a keyless entry- no key to pick up or send back and forth, and no key to worry about losing at the beach. I provide games and movies for rainy day back ups. I can also provide beach chairs and sand toys so you don't have to bring those with you or purchase them. I am local and try to make sure that everything is perfect for your vacation.

The most amazing place!

From beginning to end this condo was hands down the best place we've ever stayed; and we've been coming down to Florida for years. Anita was so kind and accommodating. I've never had such a wonderful experience with a host. She went farther than above and beyond for us. The condo was immaculate and we had everything we needed right there on hand. Beach chairs (for the little ones too), an umbrella, beach toys, beach towels, extra bath towels, laundry detergent and dryer sheets, dishwasher detergent, tons of extra blankets which we loved when we snuggled on the very large and comfortable couch for movie nights 😍 There are tons of games for game night also. She left us a very sweet gift basket packed with goodies for the kids and a nice treat for mom and dad too! I can't say enough how impressed by and grateful I am to you, Anita! We had a wonderful time and absolutely can't wait to come back next year!!

Destin Getaway

This was an amazing trip. Anita was very easy to communicate with. I was very appreciative of her allowing us to add a day last minute. I also extremely appreciated that she allowed us an early check in and a late check out. No one truly understands how much that helps when your flight comes in early morning and leaves late. Finding sonewhere to go after traveling for hours on end can be very difficult. Anita was very accommodating. I also loved that all the cookware and dishes were clean and in good shape. I hate when I rent a place and the cookware is in such bad condition you can't even use th. That was not the case here. I wish the hot tub had been available a little later than it was. This is not something that affected our trip though. Some recommendations that did not affect the quality of our trip, the toaster needs to be replased as it does not work properly. A small laundry basket would be useful to have for guests who need to do laundry. A full length mirror on the back of a bathroom door would be nice. The curtains could be washed ( but they were not something that was terribly dirty, just something I noticed).Overall, the condo was exactly as described and with tasteful decor. I will definitely rent this condo again. I left beach chairs and an umbrella on the patio. Thanks for the wonderful time!

Fantastic Place to Stay

We came to Destin for my son's military training graduation. The condo was perfect for us! It was in a great location and had a fabulous view! It has been well maintained, super comfortable, and has plenty of room. The owner was wonderful, and she communicated very well. I am so happy with my choice and will stay here again if we return to Destin!

Perfection

Oceanfront condo on powdered sugar Destin Beach. Three pools, two hot tubs, and one well appointed condo. Anita has truly thought of everything !! The Emerald waters of this slice of heaven are just steps away. Did I mention the beach tiki bar (parent treat) and poolside snack bar (pizza for kids) ? Read Anita’s orientation letter for spot on dinner suggestions, beach chair rental, and strategizing access to busy beach. Lots of attractions across the street (H2O park, mini golf, golf carts, etc.). This is truly the perfect spot on the happening end of Destin:)

Perfect Family Get Away

Anita and her home were the perfect family get away for my husband and my 3 and 5 year old daughters and I. Her home was so clean and inviting. Her home was exactly like the pictures. Like other reviewers have mentioned, Anita thought of everything. She had chairs and toys for the kids, and she made suggestions for things we might like to do based on the ages of our daughters. We had morning breakfast on the balcony and didn’t even bother eating outside most of the time because a perfect beach view would have left us waiting hours somewhere else, when we could have the same view from the comfort of “home.” Anita left lots of delicious restaurant suggestions. Some of our favorites were McGuires, The Pancakery, The Back Porch, Stewby’s, Merlin’s Pizza and The Ice Cream Shoppe. As far as swimming, the pools were legitimately heated. We were able to go night swimming comfortably, even when the temperatures outside were in the low 70s and high 60s. The beach was clean. The only struggle we might have had was finding space on the beach because the beach chair company is a bit excessive, but Anita told us some ways around it, and with our small kiddos, we mostly just hit the beach before 9am and after 5pm when the chair rental company didn’t have chairs set up, and the sun wasn’t too hot for our littles. Overall, we really couldn’t have wished for a more perfect place to stay for our family vacation! If you’re considering Anita’s condo, you should do it! She is an incredible host.

Amazing condo

The condo was immaculately clean and even more beautiful in person. The location can't be beat. The resort is amazing with all the amenities. The host was very welcoming and everything was perfect. We will be back.

Destin Oasis

Great location in Destin on the beach ⛱. Organized,well stocked, comfy beds, and very clean condo with a truly thoughtful host! Plenty of pools,parking, grills, and amenities. Balcony had great view! Close to plenty of restaurants and attractions.

Clean condo with beach view

First, Anita is an amazing host! Her condo is fully stocked and well thought with anything you may need during your stay. The place was very clean and had a nice balcony with a view of the pool and beach. Anita was very communicative as needed and provided wonderful recommendations to enhance our stay. Family vacation

This condo was hands down the best condo we have ever stayed in within the pelican beach resort. Perfect for my family!!

This property couldn't have been better for us, and Anita was wonderful. She was helpful, prompt, reliable, communicative, welcoming, and friendly. The condo has a beautiful view of the gulf which we enjoyed frequently from the balcony. It is a short and convenient walk to the beach and Anita had everything we needed like beach towels and sand toys for my two young children to play with. The Pelican Beach Resort is a great location in Destin, being a central location for a lot of the popular restaurants and things to do. We loved our stay!!! Thank you, Anita!

Perfect stay in Destin

I cannot say enough good things about this condo and our stay here. The condo is beautiful and immaculately clean. Everything we needed for our stay was provided and we felt completely at home during our stay. Anita was a great communicator through the entire process and even let us know our condo was ready several hours early for check in which was perfect because our flight had been moved up at the last minute. She also gave us awesome recommendations for things to do and places to eat. We LOVED our stay and won’t stay anywhere else when traveling to Destin in the future.

Great vacation

We loved the room & the location. We over packed once we realized the condo provide so much. Beach chairs, beach toys, floaties, & beach towels were all included in the condo to use. The room was clean, the host was fantastic, and we had a perfect getaway. Oh! And the host gave us a welcome basket that was too adorable! My girls loved their gifts! They held them the entire time :)

We were stationed all over the world and had some fantastic adventures but fell in love with the sugary white beaches of Destin! We decided to buy a condo on the beach to share with family and friends! When we are not using the condo for personal time, we are happy to rent it out to share the great beaches of the Emerald Coast with other families!

I know that when I vacation, staying in a really nice place is as important to me as the location. I don't like it when it looks like the rental places have left over furniture and old linens in it. :( So, we have renovated the condo from top to bottom to make sure that this is a place people would LOVE to relax in after a full day at the beach. New linens, bedding, furniture--everything is brand new and updated!! We have complimentary beach chairs and toys- so you can head right down to the beach and start your vacation.

We looked at many, many condos before buying this one. This unit is directly on the ocean. The location is perfect! Right in the heart of Destin, so you can actually walk to quite a few of the restaurants and entertainment hot spots. Also being a "full service" resort- means that you have free access to amenities that the other condos in the area don't. 3 pools, full gym, tennis courts, movie rentals, hot tub, sun deck, cafe, on site convenience store, security, outdoor grill area and picnic pavilion, tiki bar--
We also purposely chose our unit as the great views it has of the weekly fireworks! Every week a fantastic fireworks display is shot off over the harbor which can be viewed perfectly from the front balcony of our condo! No need to drive over there, grab your glass of wine (or sodas and popcorn for the kids) and watch the show!! We as owners, also live in the area, so we are available for any questions or needs that may arise. We know you will enjoy the condo as much as we do...
