Belle demeure de luxe de 8 500 pieds carrés à Porto Cima sur le 14 Mile Marker.
La maison a 3 niveaux avec 8+ chambres et 6+ salles de bains.
Comprend 3 King Master Suites, 2 King Suites, plus 2 King Bedrooms, toutes avec télévision à écran plat HDTV.
26 couchages dans les lits: 8 lits King, 1 lit Queen Plus 8 lits simples.

Le niveau principal comprend un salon, une suite principale avec salon, un bureau avec lit queen, une table à manger pouvant accueillir 12 personnes, une cuisine spacieuse avec un dessus de bar pouvant accueillir 9 personnes et un foyer chaleureux avec un grand canapé sectionnel. Le pont du niveau principal dispose d'un accès depuis la salle du foyer, le salon et la chambre principale. Profitez de la meilleure vue sur le lac tout en étant assis sur le pont matin, midi ou soir.

Le niveau intermédiaire comprend 5 chambres, dont 2 suites King King, 1 suite King et 2 chambres King plus un espace de divertissement avec une cuisine complète comprenant deux réfrigérateurs sous le comptoir, un four micro-ondes, une cuisinière, une machine à glaçons, un évier, un lave-vaisselle et des sièges de bar pour quatre personnes . Le bar se trouve à côté d'une table de billard, d'un immense canapé en cuir avec 5 ottomans et d'une télévision à écran plat de 73 '. Le pont du niveau intermédiaire est couvert, dispose d'un ventilateur de plafond et de meubles de patio, y compris une causeuse avec deux chaises et des poufs pour profiter de la vue sur le lac.

Le niveau inférieur a une petite barre avec comptoir, évier et machine à glaçons. Le niveau inférieur comprend 4 lits gigognes en cuir avec 8 lits simples. Cette grande chambre dispose également d'une table de ping-pong. La suite King avec une vue magnifique sur le lac est à l'autre bout du niveau inférieur.

La zone de la piscine comprend une piscine sportive de 20 pi sur 40 pi pouvant accueillir une partie de volleyball en famille. La piscine a une table et des chaises pour tout le groupe pour se détendre et profiter. En face de la piscine est la zone du quai avec une grande plate-forme de baignade.

La maison dispose d'un système audio complet pour écouter votre Music Station ou CD préféré dans la cuisine ou à la piscine.

Beautiful property - exceptional views of the lake. Our family consisted of 8 adults and 11 children and we have plenty of room to room around. Very nice private pool and dock. Owner was host and he was very helpful. 5 Star Property!

Great place for large family

Large property. There were 25 of us and everyone had their own space. Be aware, there are a lot of steps to get to the water but the views from the top deck are worth it.

Everything about our stay/experience was fantastic. Great communication with the owner, and when something did come up (refrigerator went out!) he was SO quick to fix the situation. Beautiful views and spacious enough for our large family. Photos in the app don’t even do it justice. Very nice!

90th Birthday Family Reunion

We had a family celebration with a large group of all ages. There was plenty of space for everyone without feeling crowded. The views are spectacular and many enjoyed the pool and the big dock that afforded swimming and fishing and just fun at the lake. The kitchen was well stocked. There were some minor issues but the host was attentive to our concerns and questions.

The location was great. House was big and accommodated a large group. Was disappointed about how small the oven was, gas grill didnt work, cob webs were in the walls of the home. Patio furniture a few chairs were broke. The owners were very nice and responded quickly when we needed anything.

Beautiful Property

Big house, well appointed, very clean. Quite a few amenities (swimming, table-based games, entertainment areas, etc) and a well furnished kitchen. There are always things that one can complain about when it comes to living in someone else's house, but this property had all the necessary ingredients for a relaxing large family gathering. Very communicative property management, which makes it easy to resolve issues and get questions answered.

Pros-comfortable accommodation for large groups/multi families. Spacious kitchen for entertaining. Beautiful views/sunsets. Well stocked with linen. Cons-needs a team to clean and check all windows are clean and sheets are free of debris. Missing many curtains in several bedrooms which affects temperature indoors.

Excellent Choice

House was perfect for our group of 20, very quiet location, plenty of room and well maintained. Management was always available and handled any issue/question we had immediately. Location was ideal, secluded but yet close enough to town for quick runs. Just a heads up you need to pay a toll for the bridge, $3.00 each way, there aren't any stores or gas stations near the house so a toll is necessary each time you leave unless you want to drive 45 minutes rather than 10-15.. Other than the toll this location, property and management (John) is top notch!

Thank you for holding your family vacation at our home! We appreciate the 5 Star Ranking! There is one really nice Convenience Store/Gas Station (Woodrow's) one mile away on the highway away from the bridge and Grand Point Blvd. This is included in the Welcome Book for each guest. The Toll Bridge shortens the trip from one side to the other by 45 minutes. Porto Cima and Villages absolutely the Newest and Nicest Development at the Lake of the Ozarks! Thanks Again!!

The Perfect Setup

Our family of 19 vacations every year together, this year we did our first lake vacation. Eagle Point Mansion was a great home for this vacation. The home itself handled our family very comfortably and is beautiful. The pool and dock area are great, our family spent most of each day between the two areas which are close to each other. This being our first trip to the Lake of the Ozarks John was a great help! He helped us setup dinners with chef Lynn which were excellent. John was also helpful in setting up our boating and wave runner rentals. The week could not have been better.

The size was just what we needed. The home was very clean inside, cosmetics updates were underway. Paint, woodwork, flooring being replaced. Water pressure was always questionable. Outdoor space was a bit disappointing. When pull up to house, lots of outdoor furniture piled up on both sides. Looked like a bit of a junk pile. Repair to large boat dock occurring during afternoon when we are trying to enjoy the pool. This was fine, don't mind the repair at all, but was very loud and made difficult to enjoy the beautiful pool. I will add, didn't keep us out....The saving grace from the Ozark heat. Our host was exceptional, always responding to any questions or help in any way. Would we return? Absolutely !

Family Reunion

We celebrated our anniversary with our five children, their spouses, eighteen grandchildren, ages 2 to 24, and one great grandchild. We did not feel crowded at all. The kitchen was wonderful and had a nice pantry attached. The garage which was converted into a game room was popular with everyone. We all appreciated the fact that so many of the bedrooms were king suites. Communication with the property host, John, was excellent. This is a beautiful and spacious home and the views from their decks are fantastic. Please note there are three levels to this home which also means lots of steps. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Spectacular Family Reunion

Eagle's Point is a wonderful property to spend a week with family. We just finished a weeklong reunion. The home is really beautiful , the homeowner really thought of everything. Nice large bedrooms and comfortable beds, plenty of space. I highly recommend taking advantage of the concierge service that Grand Estate Properties offers. We had them stock our fridge before we arrived, we had Chef Lynn prepare many of our meals (they were great, especially loved the breakfasts). Also highly recommend renting a boat and the super sized trampoline--- the kids loved that! We had a lot of laughs and it was so stress free due to the high level of service from John, Michelle, Theresa and Lynn of Grand Estates.

Amazing

The property was as advertised. We had our family of 18 people ages 18 months to 76 years. The house was large enough that everyone had their own space and we could all congregate in the kitchen/dining area, by the pool and in the recreation room. The family all agreed that it was an amazing stay and we totally enjoyed our week at the house. Each family takes a turn at preparing meals for a day. There was plenty of room in the kitchen. The pool was definitely the big draw. We spent many hours hanging out there. Some of the kids enjoyed golfing and some went to a cave tour, but we mostly spent time playing cards and games at the house. The owners were very responsive the few times we had questions. We would certainly go back again.

Only a few complaints. The dock was in bad shape and the location of it made it hard to keep your boat moored there due to the velocity of the waves in that area. Only took the boat there during the day and brought it back every evening. The overview did not address this. The speaker system at the pool did not work much to the disappointment of our eight young adult grandchildren who love music. The kitchen was super big and very well stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals. The beds were all in excellent condition and bathrooms were very clean. The pool table and ping pong table were added bonuses and enjoyed by many.

A Wonderful Week!!!

Our family consisting of 10 adults and 9 grandchildren loved this house!! Perfect for us with lots of room for all! After renting several VRBO’s in the past for our annual trip to the Ozarks this house is our favorite for lots of reasons: House so clean including all 7 bathrooms Beds all so comfortable Pool perfect and a wonderful place to hang out Dock great for fishing, swimming and boating Kitchen well equipped for all our cooking needs Incredible sunsets not to mention the bald eagles That flew over our house almost daily Our grandsons LOVED the garage for ping pong and games Last but not least, so much room - 3 large areas to hang out and have conversations Our host John was so attentive and always there for any questions we had! One more thing that we throughly enjoyed were the meals we had catered by Chef Lynn - she was amazing and the meals (a prime rib dinner and a breakfast of made to order omelets, delicious waffles and all the other breakfast fixings! We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a night of from cooking! We have been coming to the Ozarks for 6 years with our family and we all agreed this was our best year and a big part of that was living in the beautiful home for a week! Cheryl & Lee, We absolutely enjoyed having you and your family as our guests. We very genuinely want to provide every family a 5***** Star Experience. The Eagle's Point Mansion is true to it's name. We have a Bald Eagle Family living in the neighborhood and the Eagle's fly over and even land on our roof as it is the highest point in the area on the water. The Home provides amazing gathering areas; the inviting Kitchen/Hearth/Dining Room to the refreshing Swimming Pool Patio to the lively Dock Area, the Entertainment Room with the largest Sectional at the lake, the fun Garage Gaming Room, and the 3 Outside Decks, all for families to enjoy and spend quality time together. The Mansion also provides 8 Private and Super Spacious Bedrooms for each individual family to retreat and relax! We appreciate your family taking advantage of our additional services especially the Chef prepared meals. She does a great job and our guests usually want to take her home with them! Perfect stay for family reunion

We couldn't have been happier with our stay! The house was absolutely perfect with gathering spaces and also places to retreat away if needed. our large group of family members from all over the country loved it, we never really left the house and just wanted to spend time together, there house was perfect for that. We enjoyed watching the boats cruise by and the kids enjoyed fishing off the dock. The pool was great but we did have to fish the ball out of the lake a few times if the wind got it just right. The lake is busy on the weekends so the water was a bit rough on Friday when we rented a boat. It Calmed way down on Sunday and was perfect for jet skis and boating on Monday. We had a similar issue as other reviewers with a few of the showers not having hot water but learned that was either caused by a few being reversed plumbed or if you turn the knob all the way to one side. There's a sweet spot if you don't turn it all the way to one side and you get hot water. Problem solved. We never did figure out the Sonos system. If we are ever in need of a large home in the Ozarks, I'd definitely stay again. John was amazing to work with!

Great Vacation

We had a group of 19 mostly family, with a few friends for 6 nights and I can say this was a great vacation. The house is very big and spacious and fit our group perfectly with 9 bedrooms and multiple living spaces. The 2nd level living/game room was utilized most by our group as a great space to hang out. Here is a list of pros and cons of this property. Pros: Location, the view overlooking the main channel is great. Spacious Open concept living spaces Pool Hot Tub Comfortable Bedding Cons: Cleanliness, the property could really use a deep clean Main channel location makes for rough waters at the dock Outdated - the fixtures, appliances and some furniture need to be updated. Lastly, the communication with the property group was usually very responsive. My one issue is we booked this property about a year in advance but didn’t get a welcome packet or anything until about 6 weeks before our trip. At that time it was mentioned we would be charged extra for using to dock to store boats overnight which was never mentioned in the listing. I communicated this to them and they were very understanding cooperative and ended up not charging us. Overall, if we do go back to the Ozarks we would consider this property again.

In that spirit we share our Beautiful Lake Home, Eagles Point, with our extended family and guests to enjoy it as much as we do. We purchased the home in 2000 and have enjoyed it so much with our family and friends. So many of the Grandkids say it's the favorite place to go ever! It's a fabulous place for families to gather and spend high quality time relaxing and enjoying the Beautiful Lake of the Ozarks.

This property is amazing with the fantastic 7 Mile views as it sits high on a bluff. Sunsets are Amazing! Yet you have easy water access with 210 feet of Waterfront. There are several large gathering areas in the home which can to hold the entire group. In addition there are super spacious and private bedrooms for each family unit to retreat and relax. It's an amazing lake home for family and friends to enjoy. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
