8MM! Vue sur le lac / crique amusante! Parfait pour les familles - 2 cuisines, 3 ponts et 2 quais!

Ce n'est pas votre location de vacances typique du lac des Ozarks. C'est notre deuxième maison, vous y trouverez donc des touches personnelles. Plafond voûté avec une vue imprenable sur le lac.

Vous pouvez faire du tube et du ski dans notre FABULEUSE crique. Nous sommes hors du canal principal, donc l'eau est calme. Nos quais ne bougent pas comme les quais du canal principal!

Par l'eau, nous sommes à moins de 2 miles par lac à Camden on the Lake, Alhonna's, H. Crapauds, Shady Gators, Tap and Grill Lakeside Brew Haus ET Frankie et Louie!

Notre maison a une configuration parfaite pour deux familles ou plus.
- Le niveau supérieur a 3 chambres (un roi et deux reines) et un loft avec deux lits jumeaux, deux salles de bain complètes (une dans le maître) plus un salon voûté avec télévision à écran plat, une cuisine complète avec des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable ( cuisinière à gaz) - tout nouveau en 2019 - et salle à manger / salle à manger pour 16 et une grande buanderie!
- Le niveau inférieur dispose d'une cuisine complète (moins un lave-vaisselle), pouvant accueillir 12 personnes - une table à manger pour les cartes, des tables et des chaises de bar, une table de billard, un baby-foot et une télévision à écran plat, une salle de télévision séparée avec un autre bar, un lit de repos avec gigogne, plus trois chambres (un roi et deux reines) et 1 1/2 salles de bain.

- Un puits unique pour votre bateau (sans ascenseur) et un jet ski / ascenseur PWC.
- Un quai de fête avec des sièges de bar, des chaises longues, des tables et des chaises, un ascenseur pour jet ski / PWC et un toboggan!

Nous avons tous les nouveaux édredons, draps et oreillers. ET! Nouveaux meubles de salon, salle à manger et chambre des maîtres! Nouveaux coussins pour tous les meubles de pont et de quai. Parking pour 5 voitures.

Our stay was for an 8 man golf trip. This house had enough bedrooms for everyone to have their pwn room (one was a loft). House was clean and thr entire stay was great.

Great location for family gatherings.

Great location on the cove. Beautiful home and had plenty of room for family gathering. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking large family meals. The dock with the slide was great for the kids. We would recommend this house for families.

Golf Trip

Great place to go after a golf trip. We did not spend much time on the deck or dock but the living room and rec room were heavily used. Great time and if you want to hang out after a round, this place is amazing!!

Great Place for a family reunion

We spent most of our time outside thought the inside offers plenty of places for privacy. The swimming dock was a bonus and we made great use of that. Our 19 foot pontoon boat fit nicely into the boat dock. The deck was great for evening catch-ups. And we all left speaking to one another -- enough said

we were all extremely happy with staying at this Lake House it was extremely spacious and with having double kitchens and double docks there was plenty of room for activities also the house is located in a cove to help with the rough waters when storms come definitely a must see

Beautiful house with a great location!

This is a beautiful house with a great location. The kitchen is fully stocked and the beds were all very comfortable. Our group loves to hang out on the dock and swim. The main dock needs to be updated as there are multiple boards that are deteriorating. If the dock were updated, this would be the perfect lake house!

Family vacation

The property was very clean and spacious. Sandy, the property owner, was very responsive and helpful. If I contacted her, she would immediately get back to me. Loved the dock with the slide. Plenty of room for our group to gather and go swimming. I would recommend this property to anyone going to the Lake of the Ozarks area!

Beautiful home

The house worked out great for our group of 13 adult family members. A lot of the bedrooms were tucked away which gave us privacy. The weather was too cold so we couldn’t use the martini bar or the decks. We enjoyed the large living room as a gathering place. The house was very clean. I would definitely stay here again. It met all of our needs and more.

Great property for large family. Party Dock was great. Clean and spacious home plenty of privacy.

Renters were easy to contact and quick to respond but really had no issues or needs really to have to contact. Gave great instructions to enter property, WiFi instructions etc and clean up for exit was easy. Highly recommend home. Traveling in to home a little sketchy neighborhood but nothing owners can do about that their place felt safe.

2nd time in house

Second time we have stayed at this house. The toilet on the main floor near the kitchen runs all the time. The main dock with the slide needs repairs.

Plumber is coming on Monday. Guests should always let me know as soon as they have an issue to call. We are 25 minutes away. Plumber could have been there during the guests stay. Dock is being repainted this summer

Friends and family fun at the lake house!

This house had a lot of space for our group of 4 families to spread out and have fun. The game room downstairs was a hit with the teens and we all enjoyed hanging out on the lake. The kitchen is gorgeous and had all that we needed to cook meals for everyone. The location is a bit remote but the views in the 2 story family room are fabulous. Only having 3 1/2 bathrooms presented a slight challenge, and the beds weren’t the comfiest, but the amenities and views made it worth it. We had a wonderful time!

Lovely home with great views and two decks. The decks need to be refinished and deck stair rails need replacement due to rotting wood. The screened in porch needs painting and updating. The bathrooms need repairs on master bath bench, first floor shower and tub stained and paint peeling above shower. A few of my daughters have VRBO’s, the feedback is not meant to be critical, just factual. The home is lovely, but showing signs of needed repairs. The property managers were very sweet. They had a conversation with my husband about the cleanliness of the property and responded with great care and concern. Our family had a wonderful time. Thank you

House on lake

The property wasn't exactly what I expected but adequate for our group. We had sixteen senior golfers staying at the house. Bathroom arrangements and bedrooms were lacking, but again we made do. Also we had to drive down a gravel road to get to the property. Probably won't be staying at this property anytime soon.

This gentleman is correct. This house is not suitable for 16 adult men. His original reservation was for 10. The house layout is able to sleep 11 people in separate beds. He added 6 additional men after his original reservation. Our home does not have 16 separate beds. We have 4 twin beds, 1 full size, 4 queens and 2 kings in 8 rooms. Additionally, he sent a text after arrival asking where the hot tub and fire pit were. We do not have a hot tub nor a fire pit. I think he thought he had booked a different home. I am very sorry that he was not completely satisfied with his stay.

Good stay overall

Property was clean but some corners were a bit dusty. The shower in the principle room was a bit slick (maybe add a rail). We were a bit disappointed with the BBQ. It is not in a usable location, and leaves were not cleared up so it was a fire hazard. We were not able to move the pit. These are small critiques. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

I am sorry that the house wasn't as you expected. Please remember that we live only 25 minutes away and will rectify any issues we possibly can. Our numbers are posted at the front door, in a binder on the kitchen table and in the final information each guest receives prior to arrival. The grill is off the deck off the kitchen and is accessible via a short flight of stairs. We cannot put the grills on the wood decks, for the same reason that you were concerned about the leaves. We do clear the leaves once a week, but being on the lake in such a wooded area, it can be difficult to keep the grill area completely clean. Please call us next time!

Great family get away!! We had the best time!

We enjoyed our stay so much! It was a tremendous blessing and the owners were wonderful and easy to work with. The home worked perfectly for our 12 family members. Technically the home is 6 bedrooms and a loft, but there is lots and lots of room and will sleep several more.. There’s is also a nice sitting room that has a twin bed that’s well placed. It worked perfectly for my grandson to be next to his parents bedroom. The access to the lake is wonderful, we were right on the lake and our family spent most of our time on the party dock or in the water. We did bring our cornhole set, which we were able to play on the main deck, it was a perfect fit and our family is serious about cornhole so they measured and everything, lol. We enjoyed our stay so very much and hope to stay again in the future.

Not worth the money

Disappointed. needs alot of updating. Not very clean kitchen especially-Docks are old and need alot of work- holes rusty nails-paint chipping. outside lights did not work.will not stay there again.
