Emplacement parfait par terre ou par eau, cette maison méticuleuse a de la place pour toute votre famille. 7 chambres (dont une chambre avec lits superposés pour enfants) et 4 canapés-lits gigognes signifient que toute votre famille aura l'espace dont elle a besoin pour de belles vacances au bord du lac. Nous avons 6 salles de bains, une salle de jeux avec un bar, un bar tiki avec une télévision grand écran de 65 pouces sur le quai de 4 004 pieds carrés et un grand parking.

Il y a un lancement de bateau privé sur la propriété! C'est vrai, pas de conduite pour mettre votre bateau à l'eau. Une fois dans l'eau, il y a des bordereaux vides pour votre bateau (s) - y compris un bordereau de croisière avec alimentation à quai.

Nous sommes une propriété familiale qui comprend une chambre avec lits superposés avec télévision et films personnels pour les enfants et un ensemble de jeu extérieur.

Par rapport aux autres maisons du lac, il y a très peu de marches dans cette maison ... c'est un terrain plat parfait pour les sacs ou les jeux de jardin.

Family Lake Vacation 2025

Great location and great accommodations! The kitchen is well equipped and the living areas were perfect! There is some deferred maintenance evident, mainly the sliding glass doors, but nothing that stopped us from enjoying ourselves. We are hoping to return next year!

Dock is spectacular & house is also!

Everything about the property was fantastic. Kids loved diving platform & adults loved nice dock furniture. When we arrived I noticed no Lilly pad & asked & next day manager had a brand new one delivered! I liked the very short distance to the dock. Kitchen had everything- we cooked dinner there every night. Really nice washer & dryer right on main floor. Beds super comfortable. Very clean. Nice furniture. We probably will book it again!

The lake view and easy access were the best part of our stay—unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.The house is large but very dated, poorly maintained, and not cleaned to an acceptable standard given the high cleaning fee. We found dust throughout and dirty appliances, including leftover food in the refrigerator/freezer. The ice dispenser buttons were broken, the water filter needed replacing, and the coffee maker took 30 minutes to brew.We also had safety/maintenance concerns: the game room sliding door wouldn’t close or lock (a piece of wood was used as a barrier), and the front-room flooring was shifting and felt like a tripping hazard.All bath towels and washcloths were dingy and stained, which is hard to accept given the high cleaning fee.The listing advertises 7 bedrooms, but we counted only 6 usable bedrooms; a sunroom is presented as a bedroom and shares a Jack-and-Jill bath with a second master. The master and queen rooms were fine, but several other rooms were small and lacking (some without TVs/windows). The lower-level bunks were especially uncomfortable, with bottom mattresses on the floor. Entertainment was disappointing: only two of five TVs worked, and only after the internet was restored. The internet went down soon after check-in and was out for most of our 3-night stay. We notified the owner right away, but action was delayed and no compensation was offered. Overall, despite the view, lack of cleanliness, property maintenace,I wouldn't stay again

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the lake view and easy access, those are two of the things our guests consistently love most about the property. That said, we respectfully disagree with the points raised. Our home is professionally cleaned prior to each stay, and we take cleanliness very seriously. Had any concerns been brought to our attention during your visit, we would have addressed them promptly. Our cleaning team was at the home multiple times during your stay assisting with the internet service provider, yet none of these concerns were raised at that time. As for the internet outage, this was caused by a temporary service interruption outside of our control. We worked directly with the provider to restore service as quickly as possible, and access was reinstated by the service provider as soon as it could be. We understand this was frustrating and did review a request for compensation related to this issue. Regarding the layout, the property is accurately described in the listing, including all sleeping areas and room configurations. We strive to provide a high-quality experience for every guest and have hosted hundreds of amazing stays. While we regret that this visit did not meet your expectations, we believe this feedback does not fully reflect the typical guest experience at our property.

THE Place to Stay

We had a large family reunion and needed plenty of rooms and lots of activities. We couldn't be happier with this house. It has everything you need for a large group including plenty of bedrooms, large kitchen/living room, multiple fridges, amazing party dock right on the water, lots of parking and close to town. The owner could not be nicer and made the whole process easy. We can't wait to come back!

Thanksgiving Family Gathering

Craig's property is in a great location and it is a cool house for large families with the BONUS of the children playground. There is a lot of work to do on the house (he needs a new handyman and cleaning crew) and the exterior, but all the essentials worked fine and we had a great stay! We had an issue with the cleaning and Craig dispatched the crew straight away and they resolved the concerns. Thanks for having us!

Great family getaway

Our family of fifteen thoroughly enjoyed everything about this house. There were plenty of bedroom options and the great room had seating enough for all of us to be together at meals. Our favorite activity were the many hours spent on the spacious dock where the kids loved the lily pad and kayaks. We appreciated that there were not too many steps to get down to the lake. The house looked exactly as it does in the pictures. We hope to be back soon .

Great Location

Location, Location, Location. Best part about this place is the location. We took a family trip here - guests ages 2-70. Overall, a wonderful time was had by all and the host was very responsive to all of our questions/needs. It was perfect for what we needed. Didn’t give it five stars because it definitely needs some TLC. It is quite clear that this rental is turned over quickly between guests. If you can get past that part, the rest is perfect.

Clean up before guests arrive

The two refrigerators at the dock had rotten items and bugs in them. It made the whole dock smell. You would think that for the price of the house that they would have everything cleaned and working. The refrigerator in the garage was hot and took a day to get cold rendering it useless when we arrived

Outstanding stay on the lake!

Beautiful home in a nice cove off of the main channel. Property is well kept, clean and inviting. Everything a family or large group could want. Giant dock with seating, bar, tv and even a high dive. House has a well stocked kitchen (utensils, pans, etc) laundry facilities and the like. If you stay here and you don't enjoy it and have a good time...you just can't be pleased and should stay home. Our whole family - 3 generations-had a wonderful Christmas gathering here! The house was even decorated for Christmas!!

Well equipped for all our needs.

We enjoyed this house very much. The house had everything we could have needed from a pack-n-play to crockpots and mixers in the kitchen. Very well equipped for all our needs. The older kids loved the pool table downstairs and the ping pong table in the garage. While the littles loved the outdoor play area. I also loved that most of the rooms in the house were all on the same floor. We hope to book this house again in the future. Thanks Craig :)

50th Birthday Boating Stay

My husband has always wanted to boat in LOTO and I gifted him this amazing vacation for his 50th birthday with friends. The home had (3) boat wells & plenty of room for everyone. We used the high dive and the dock bar every day after returning from boating. The weather was near perfect for our stay and Craig was very responsive to all messages. I would definitely recommend this home if you are looking to bring a boat and enjoy all that LOTO has to offer. We did explore the Bridal Caves on the cooler/rainy day and it is worth it. We also explored/hiked the Ha Ha Tonka State Park - Spring Trail Head & enjoyed that as well. Overall, amazing home and terrific visit/adventures in Lake of the Ozarks. Thank you Craig!

Family Celebration for a 75th birthday

The property was a wonderful place for our 12 people, the family room and dining room was excellent to accommodate all of us as we celebrated my sister-in-law's 75th, The docks are great, and we spent lots of time fishing, kayaking (in the kayaks they provided), swimming and having a wonderful time together. My only slightly negative comment is that only 1 of the TV's worked but fortunately it was the family room. I was in contact with the manager all weekend and unfortunately none of the other tv's could be fixed during our stay. But we weren't there to watch TV, so it all worked out. Also, since we were all over 18, having 2 couples stay in the 2 bunk rooms was not the best setup but worked. A fun weekend with lots of good memories. We truly enjoyed our VRBO stay.
