Une chambre avec canapé-lit queen supplémentaire pour quatre personnes avec de nombreux équipements sur place, y compris piscine, spa, courts de tennis, barbecue et nouvelle salle d'exercice. Courte promenade dans le jardin des plages et des parcs de Kamaole de classe mondiale. Situé au 1er étage avec véranda ouverte privée avec zone herbeuse plate en face de la piscine et du spa. Jardins tropicaux luxuriants vivants avec des oiseaux hawaïens et des bananiers. Air conditionné dans le salon.

Promenade facile aux magasins et restaurants. Unité joliment aménagée, améliorée et confortable avec deux salles de bain complètes et une belle décoration. Entièrement meublé. Près de la rampe de mise à l'eau pour des excursions de plongée sous-marine et avec tuba.

Le complexe Kamaole Sands est une propriété luxuriante de 15 acres qui représente vraiment la beauté d'Hawaï. This was a beautiful place! The grounds are kept beautifully, our room was in a great spot tucked away near the back of the property- so quiet and convenient back gate access. I want to note the A/C on a timer was new to us, but it worked great! Our bed was very comfortable, the bathrooms were nice- updated and spacious, and we enjoyed the well stocked kitchen. Our favorite part was the cool mornings - breakfast outside on the lanai was so peaceful and beautiful! A bonus was being in close access to so many things we wanted to do! Kam III beach right across the street! And great restaurants and shopping close by. We loved our stay!!!!

my partner enjoys being on the ground floor to be able to easily walk out to the beach or pool or town; this unit it towards the more convenient pool/path access. host was excellent to communicate with; I felt very comfortable with the check-in process. unit was well appointed - I don't remember anything we needed not being available - beach chairs, kitchen items, towels, etc. The bathrooms have both been updated, which was nice. You will not be disappointed with the rental of this unit.

Charming Hawaiian condo across the street from beach

This was a great place to stay in Kihei because it was so close to the beach and other shopping/food locations. It had an old school classic Hawaiian feel. It was clean and had everything we needed for this special get away!!

Wonderful condo and location

I was traveling with my parents, both 85+ and this condo was the perfect fit. It's well taken care of, first floor, lovely views and close to the pool. The pool was terrific! Highly recommend and thanks for a wonderful stay!

Family vacation!

Great location, beautiful property. The condo has everything you need for you stay & you can tell it is very well cared for. We loved having beach chairs & toys. We didn’t cook much but the kitchen seemed to be fully stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

Would definitely stay her again. Richard was helpful and responsive. Two full baths really help make this viable for family up to 4. Great pool and hot tubs, parking was fine, easy access to highway.

Wonderful place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo and grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. The condo was spacious, well-equiped and homey. The pool was such a perk. We had a 2 year old with us and it was such a family friendly place with lots of families playing at the pool. It also felt very quiet, yet only a short walk to everything you need.

Every time we come to Maui we stay at the Kamaole Sands as the location is great, the beach is right across the street, and the property is family friendly. This unit did not disappoint. Perfect amenities, beach stuff, and updated bathrooms. Will stay again!

Great family condo

My husband and our two sons stayed here for 8 nights. The condo is great and stocked with everything you need. Kam III, the closest beach is a super easy walk and an ok beach. Would stay here again, as long as we had a car again.

Great Location!

We had a great stay in Kihei. The condo was great and our 3 year old loved the keiki pool and the beach. We loved how close it was to the beach and being able to borrow the beach chairs and towels. We also liked the restaurant recommendations Richard gave. We loved Coconuts Fish Cafe. Thanks for the great rental!

Great condo!

Such a great place to stay. Loved being on the ground level for the kids to run around. Very close to to the pool and short walk to the beach. Very clean and very well equipped. Fold out bed was very comfortable and bathrooms nicely updated. I would highly recommend and would definitely return. Thanks Richard!!

Couldn’t ask for more!

Our little family of four was so comfortable and happy staying here. It has absolutely everything we needed and the location to restaurants and beaches can’t be beat. Our trip was somewhat different because the horrific Maui wildfires began a few days into our trip. Communication with the owners was wonderful and we had everything we needed to get us through to our flight home. We can’t wait to come back! Mahalo for your generosity!

Wonderful location, beautiful beaches and great hosts!

A comfortable, well-appointed condo with easy access (5 minute walk) to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores and yoga. Road bikes can be rented at South Maui Bicycles for early morning rides. The pool, hot tubs and grounds are beautiful and just a few minutes from the lanai. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything needed for cooking. Several grilling areas are also available for guests. Eleanor and Richard are great hosts who are familiar with the best snorkeling and hiking on the island. Definitely recommend....it's a great place to spend time with friends and family!

Greetings Everyone! Eleanor and I live in Anchorage Alaska and have visited Maui and Kihei many times and have several friends on the Island. We look forward to providing you with the best that Maui and Kihei have to offer.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We chose this property because the location in South Kehei is ideal, the complex is beautiful, and the unit is excellently placed on the ground floor of the inner court yard, with an inviting open flat grassy area out the lanai door. We really like the indoor-outdoor flow this unit offers. Kamaole Beach III is directly across the street and offers great swimming, snorkeling, wave-play, and sunbathing. Once you arrive you don't really need a car because all the amenities are within walking or biking distance. Of course a car is great for exploring the island, from the top of Haleakala to Big Beach past Wailea to the shops, boats, and restaurants of Lahaina. The condo itself is well appointed and quite comfortable for up to four guests with wifi, TV, air conditioning, (AC now in bedroom too) modern kitchen and two bathrooms.

Our two bathrooms were remodeled in 2021 with new walk-in showers and granite countertops. New queen bedroom mattress March 2026.
