Come to Maui and stay in our beautiful Kamaole Sands property. This airy, open condo provides you with everything that you need for a comfortable and easy way to enjoy your Maui vacation.
The unit is in a perfect ground floor location – across the street from the gorgeous Kamaole Sands 3 beach where you can spend the afternoon snorkeling, boogie boarding or relaxing. It’s also walking distance to other excellent beaches, and just a short drive to Wailea. Everything that you need to enjoy for the beach is available for use during your stay, including beach chairs, beach umbrella, snorkeling gear and a cooler for picnicking. Relax after your beach day on the lanai while enjoying a beverage, or bring your beach chairs to the park across the street to watch the sunset.

This fully furnished, ground floor unit is decorated in a light, relaxed Hawaiian style, and has all the amenities that you will need for your stay. The unit has 2 full bathrooms, and the sofa sleeper allows for 2 additional guests. There is a washer and dryer conveniently located in the condo. The unit has air conditioning and ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. But often, all you need is to just open the lanai slider to enjoy the Maui breezes to naturally cool off the unit.

There is a reserved parking spot available for our guests. The property includes a private pool with 2 hot tubs, many gas bar-b-que areas throughout the property, Pickle ball, tennis courts, and a fitness room.

I really enjoyed my stay in this room. It was exactly as advertised. Clean, cozy and close to the beach. The owner Scott was very friendly and had great communication.

Great condo in a nice quiet location of the beautiful Kamaole Sands. Condo was very clean and well stocked. Scott was easy to stay in contact with, but we had no issues during our stay. Would definitely stay there again!

Room was quite spacious, clean and comfortable and walking distance to beach. It has everything needed to have a long, comfortable stay. No air conditioner needed with fans and open windows, which we loved. 2 baths and washer/dryer were extra nice and kitchen was well outfitted. There was noise at times from people in the hallways or pool parking lot or garbage trucks from the street right behind the lanai, but usually this noise was temporary. The pool area was overrun with children throwing balls and splashing, including on the hot tub which was maybe 98 degrees. Sign said no one under 5 years old but there were 4 under 5 plus 5 more kids and adult parents who didn’t care. So we avoided the pool but the beaches are great!! The condo unit had all needed for the beach—chairs, umbrella, towels, etc. great location near everything we wanted. We would stay there again for sure.

3 Nights in Kihei

Kihei is a great location. Easy beach walking and close to Foodland for groceries and local food. Lots of fun local restaurants and drinking spots. C ondo has serene back patio out of rain, and unit has everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Kamaole Sands 2 weeks in paradise

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely unit which is accurately described in the listing. Being on the ground floor is really convenient, especially if you like to grill your dinner. There are three shared grills, just steps out the back door. The grounds (and the grills) at Kamaole Sands are cared for meticulously. The hosts were very responsive and helpful.

Kam Sands getaway

This unit in building 8 was a true find. It was exceptionally clean and was a very quiet spot. Communications with the owner was rated an A+, and his reply’s were very quick. Kam Sands is always a great stay. We highly recommend this ground floor unit. The bed was very comfortable and kitchen had all we needed. There are also plenty of beach towels, chairs, mats & an umbrella to get you started. We loved the larger Lanai for coffee in the am and a card game in the evening. The evening sky is very nice from there as well as the sunset orange lingers. All & all it was excellent. Thank you again, Rick & Shelly

We couldn’t arrive due to the fire on the island

We couldn’t arrive to the island due to the fire on the island. Unfortunately I can’t tell anything about the property, however I can tell only positive things about the owner Scott. Our trip was scheduled on August 13- so only couple of days after fire on Lahaina. Scott contacted and updated the information multiple times, he was very patient and detailed with all my questions, concerns and worries. Due to our flight cancellation we had to cancel our trip. The owner understands and refunds with no questions. I’m sure the person with Scott positive attitude and empathy must be great host provide the best service.

Great location on ground floor

This condo is a great deal for the price. It’s on the ground floor in a fantastic location. We could easily walk across the street to the beach or jump in the car to head to other parts of Maui. Because it was on the ground floor, there were persistently some ants in the kitchen and bathrooms, but they were harmless (they don’t seem to bite like the ones back home). The hosts were great and very responsive whenever we reached out (we discovered a shower head was broken and they fixed it right away). Our kids enjoyed exploring the grounds, catching lizards and frogs, playing ping pong or going to the pool, and playing at the beach right across the street. We appreciated the beach items available for use (boogie boards, ice chest, etc). There are plenty of food options nearby (for something quick, cheap, and really good, we recommend Coconuts - we would pick up to-go and bring it back to the pool to eat). We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Perfect place for a beach vacation!

Thank you so much for letting us stay at your place! Everything was perfect and exactly as posted in the listing. The beach gear and sleeping bag were really the icing on the cake for us. We went to see the sunrise and it was freezing up there so grateful to have an extra warm blanket for our little one. The pool, gym, and the game room made our evening, as we still wanted to do stuff, but we’re exhausted from being out all day. The location of your place was also great as we were able to walk to get food and shave ice and also walk across the street to see the most beautiful sunset. Thank you once again!

A perfect place to relax

We really enjoyed this property very much. We've been coming to Maui for many years and have stayed in several condos. This one was ideal for the two of us. We loved staying on the ground floor and being able to just walk outside to wherever we wanted to go... nice and easy. We also love the lanai. It was so comfortable and very quiet. This resort is very big but you didn't feel that once inside this special place. We would definitely return. Thanks Scott

Nice condo, great beach, easy to use Uber to get around Maui. At check in they tried to charge fees that were already paid toVRBO. Glad host let me know beforehand

Perfect Condo/Nice Location

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo is in a nice location. I could walk across the street to the beach and we had easy access to finding food and places to eat. The condo was clean and everything we needed was there. It was also quiet and was decorated nicely. I would book this condo again.

VERY DISAPPOINTED

we went to celebrate our 30th anniversary. to rest, relax and recharge. Upon arrival with bags of food we loaded the frig and left. Came back to find the food was warm. Took a while and played with frig and got it cold. The floors were dirty, your feet turned dark. The kitchen counters were always the home of ants. We sprayed them multi times a day. The view on the patio was bushes and the other resorts driveway. The most disappointing thing was the AC in the bedroom. It is ran on a timer. So you turn it on, go to sleep and when it runs out of time it scares the crap out of you when it shuts off. Now you have 2 choices get up all night long every time It shuts off or sweat to death. To say the least we did not get any good sleep.

Absolutely amazing!

Scott was incredible from the moment we booked to the moment we left. Quick to reply to our inquiries, while booking and check-in process was a breeze. The condo is beautiful and comfortable. The lanai is private and quiet. The unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay both in the condo and for on the beach - cooler, chairs, and boogie boards - everything one would need. A perfect home away from home.

Across the street from great beaches

We had a wonderful relaxing week at Scott and Sophia’ condo. The unit was well stocked with everything you need to take to the beach. The weather was perfect and snorkeling was OK. Saw 3 resting turtles among the lava rocks in about 10 feet of water. They can sleep about 11 hours a day.

Fantastic!

We had a lovely stay. The condo was spotless, with a well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels including any paper products we needed for our stay which was very much appreciated. We loved the privacy of the patio and appreciated the quiet location of this building. We would definitely stay here again.
