Immaculate, elegant and within minutes of both fabulous eateries and iconic autumn walks including the Thames towpath. Easily our favourite stay in recent years. We’ll be back!

Wonderful stay in Richmond

We had a wonderful stay in the ground floor flat in Richmond. It was clean and cozy and a great location for Kew gardens, Richmond and also trips into central London. The owner was quick to respond and offered wonderful suggestions of where to go and where to eat. I would happily stay again.

Amazing flat in Richmond for a family! Tess was super responsive and helped with any recommendations! The flat had everything we needed, especially traveling with babies and children. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful house and lovely stay.

The house is recently refurbished and is perfect. Spotless and very comfortable. I had breakfast in the peaceful garden in sunshine and then a short walk to the shops and train station . Highly recommended x

Stunning place and location.

Beautiful place with everything you need within easy reach of great eateries as well as central London. I’ve stayed at Tess’s properties many times over the years both alone and with my family. Reliably elegant, well thought out and serene. Whole heartedly recommended.

Great stay in a great location!

Tess was incredibly communicative before and during the stay which made check-in and check-out seamless. The home had everything you needed for a family with a young baby/toddler which was so helpful. The home is as per images, only thing to note is the basement does not have windows however the room was very cool and on a hot summer's night it's great. Location was perfect with tons within walking distance including the over and underground station and town with plenty of restaurants and stores. I couldn't recommend more!

Renovated, great location

Great location in Richmond, charming rooms, nice patio. Check in process was excellent and queries responded to immediately. Highly recommend. (FYI third bedroom in basement has no window. The other two main floor bedrooms are spacious, lots of light.)

Very good and conveniently located home in Richmond

The apartment is clean and well equipped. It is very warm and sunny especially in the kitchen. Car parking is directly in front of the house. The host answers your questions immediately and she is extremely helpful. We would love to come back the next time we visit London.

Fabulous Dog Friend House in Richmond

Wow, what a wonderful house, has such good vibes. My dog and i loved it. It has a nice garden and glass ceiling over the kitchen which was enjoyable in this May sunshine. The main bedroom felt so airy and super size. I also loved the bedroom in the basement, felt really exclusive, a great room. The parking space out the front was a bonus plus its proximity to Richmond train station meant quick access to/from London. Also i loved that its so close to kew gardens and a short walk to Richmond town centre. Will definitely look forward to my next stay in this property.

Beautiful Property with a Lovely GardenI had a wonderful stay! The property is absolutely beautiful, spacious and welcoming, with a lovely garden. I particularly loved the large glass doors that open out onto the garden, creating a wonderful connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces. The host was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. A fantastic place to stay and somewhere i’d happily recommend!
