Property was comfortable and an easy walk to Kew Gardens and the train. Air conditioning was great because the weather was very hot. Nice and cool inside.

Great spot! Nice, clean, cute garden and great to have air conditioning as we visited during a heat wave. One thing to note is that the smaller bedroom only has a fan so did get quite warm with the door closed, but that wouldn’t be an issue except when it’s 90 degrees out. We also loved the neighborhood and trying a lot of the local restaurants and cafes.

Great spot in a cool location. Easy walk to the subway. Apartment was very clean and modern. Great communication with host as they even let us check in early.

Wonderful Stay

We had the most stay and the location was great. Just a quick train to see Windsor Castle and a short walk to bars and restaurants. Highly recommend this VRBS

Amazing stay!

Beautiful, spacious flat in a fantastic location! We absolutely loved our stay here; the place was spotless, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook for yourself, as well as milk, coffee, and various spices. The beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed the private patio/garden space. Communication with property management was fantastic; they responded to messages immediately and were always friendly, professional, and helpful. They also very kindly accommodated an early check-in request, which was greatly appreciated after a long flight! 10/10 experience!

A great London base near Kew Gardens

What a lovely lodging to use as our base for a London visit ! In a quiet and charming neighborhood near the end of the District line, just a 7 minute walk from the station, with a nice old pub nearby and good restaurants. The space is bright, clean, roomy enough, and very comfortable, with nice furnishings and well supplied kitchen and bath. There is a lovely and fragrant outside garden with seating. The 1-1/2 baths were fine for our party of 3. We can't speak to the heating system, as our visit was on the 3 hottest days of the year, with the AC and fans struggling to keep up.We would happily stay here again on a future London visit.

This is in an incredible location. The bus stop right outside get you into central Richmond quickly. You have train or tube options to get to London in about 45 minutes. We chose this spot for proximity to Kew gardens, which is just about a 10 minute walk. The house is clean and the small garden in front adds a layer of peace and privacy. There are two AC units that work very well, in case of heat wave. The owners were very accommodating and easy to work with. The only confusing part was payment, which I guess is a part of how VRBO works. I don't really know because we haven't used VRBO frequently, but you are directed to a separate payment site even though VRBO appears to say not to do that. However, VRBO's own guidelines do say that preferred hosts use external payment processing. I confirmed with VRBO that this was correct to assure myself and the hosts helped me with that. The short version is that it felt sketchy, but it wasn't.We highly recommend this spot and would stay again if we return.
