Ceci est un condo en bord de mer un accĂšs facile Ă  de nombreuses aventures. Ce condo a 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains avec canapĂ©-lit, une buanderie et une cuisine complĂšte. Ce complexe de condo isolĂ©e offre une vue panoramique sur le golfe, les dunes de sable et passe depuis le balcon. Il est Ă  quelques pas de calmer les plages d'eau, le golfe, et Norriego Point. Vous ĂȘtes capable de marcher Ă  des lieux de pĂȘche prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©s au large des jetĂ©es et tuba en col de l'Est. Il y a une vue magnifique sur les feux d'artifice Destin Ă  partir du pont ou sur la plage. We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The area is very safe, and the place is very clean. Our kids and I enjoyed being able to walk to the beach at night time and look for crabs. I definitly will consider staying here I again.

The condo was sufficient and allowed us to be close to the beach and snorkel without the worry or expense of parking. We saw some cool little fish and even a seahorse! The view was beautiful and it was very nice sitting out on the balcony

The check-in in was good. Internet was down for a couple of days, but all fixed with a new box. Easy acess to the fishing charters. There is a fence right in front of the condo that wraps all around. You have to walk a few blocks to the beach but the beach is private. This condo was okay but the garage lost power for a day. Not sure why. Just need some repairs on the deck and garage. I would probably not stay again as to there was only one way out of the neighborhood from the condo and we got stuck for almost 3 hours due to a lightening strike on a house on the next street. But it could be someone elses ideal place to stay. Good view of bay.

Amazing find for Divers

This one is a charmer. We had a little snafu upon arrival but it was immediately rectified. For small condo it was spacious and fit all 6 of us really well. We didnt cook much but it was a well stocked kitchen. As for diving this location is closer than the parking lot for the only jetty dive in the area. We walked to the beach with our gear. Beaches are pretty full with charters during the day but it does calm down in the afternoon, had some amazing sunsets there. Really a great find if you want to move a little slower. So close to so many great amenities Destin has to offer.

Ups and downs

Pros -Host was friendly and quick to assist. great view and most nights able to see fireworks from porch. All appliances work well and environment was comfortable. Beds were comfy!Cons - WiFi was out entire stay, tho host tried best to fix. The garage area and door need some maintenance. The parking was a hassle even tho I read and agreed it gave me anxiety parking. Overall was a great stay and would go back.

The garage door didn’t work! No other place to park!Can not access the beach anywhere!Water dripping from atop of garage onto car!Warped up floor. Some kind of electrical problem in garage.

Family vacay

The condo was nice, clean, and comfortable. It had most essentials and was a pretty view from the balcony. The garage parking was not ideal. It was very hard to pull a minivan into the very tiny garage and it would definitley not fit a full size truck, which we almost brought. This is the only option for parking. Also, the beach access that the host speaks of is not accessible to the condo. It is a private beach and you will be kicked off. We did a lot in Destin and overall had a great stay.

Condo in the Dunes

The apt had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable. We were visiting relatives in Niceville and were out and busy most of the four days, but found it peaceful to come back to this place at night and wake up and breakfast 'at home'. Only issue we had was trouble accessing the apt with two different front door keys that were unmarked and difficult for us to figure out. Also not being to immediately reach homeowner for clarification wasn't helpful.

Vehicle would not fit and not cleaned.

The garage provided, which is the only place to park for this unit, was way to short and thin to get our SUV inside. Most SUV's and pickups, etc. would not fit in the garage. There is no other place in the community to park without blocking someone or being in a dedicated space. We were going to try and have our relatives shuttle us back and forth but when we went inside the the beds had not been made and all the linens were scattered on the floors in the bedrooms, the bath and sticking out of the laundry into the hall. It looked like the place had not been cleaned at all.

Nice and pleasant place

The photo is miss leading, I was thinking we were on the bottom floor with a clear path to the beach. Oh well, we adapted and all was great. TV was a little small, but they work great.

Great ocean view

Best value for condo on the beach! Clean and beautiful white sandy beaches just short walk through the sand dunes to ocean. Very clear emerald water. Calm area to swim with passing boats and bigger waves if you walk down to the left past rock wall jetties. Good place to fish or snorkel too!

Dilapidated - Maybe Even Dangerous

I saw comments about property being 'outdated' when in reality it is dilapidated. The floor in hallway has a major structural hump. The deck is in very poor condition. There is peeling paint in bedroom. The toilets are so old and they run constantly. The neighborhood is just undesirable. You park in the back back off a nice main road, then you see 6 cars next door with one of them BLOCKING access to the beach. I hope owner will come take a look and let me know if she would stay here for a vacation.

Great place to stay

The location was perfect, place was nice and clean. Cons: Furniture could use updating, parking a bit tricky but works ( I have a full sized crew cab Ram 1500) Pros: Everything thats needed was there, clean and neat. Location is near everything yet away from the crowd. Great scenery off of balcony. Definitely would stay again!!!
