Plage de sable blanc de sucre le long des eaux Ă©meraude du golfe du Mexique. Restaurants Ă  proximitĂ©, shopping, golf, location de bateaux de pĂȘche parapente et plus encore. Nous sommes situĂ©s directement en face de la plage avec une porte d'accĂšs Ă  la plage privĂ©e. La propriĂ©tĂ© possĂšde une grande piscine, des courts de tennis et un terrain de volley sur place. Il s'agit d'un condominium de 2 chambres pour 4 personnes; la chambre principale a un lit King et la chambre d'hĂŽtes a 2 lits jumeaux.

I really enjoyed the condo. Perfect size for my family (myself and 2 teenagers). We enjoyed the easy beach access and walking distance to Pompano Joe’s ( one of our favorite restaurants).

This Condo was simply gorgeous.. it was clean and tidy. The beach literally was a walk across the street.. not far from attractions at all. The property managers were very polite and communicated promptly and explained the entrance and exiting process well. My family and I enjoyed this home away from home.

Easy check in. I did receive two different codes initially, which was confusing, I think the first email was a template they forgot to change. Just keep a lookout for another email if your first code doesn’t work. This condo building isn’t directly on the beach street, but small beach access is right across the street. I loved having the coffee/sandwhich/mimosa shop right in the backyard of the condos and walking to the beach to drink it. They’re closed mon-tues, I think, so if you’re a coffee fiend like me, be prepared on those days. Really friendly staff there, too. Gorgeous beach with squeaky white sand. I don’t think beach chair rentals were included with the condo, but you can rent them once on the beach. Oh, laundry is literally right across the hall by the elevator which was so convenient. Bring quarters for the wash, dryer is card compatible.

Absolutely beautiful

This was the perfect spot for my family - the chairs they have available for us- the short walk to the beach - and there is a BAR outside the parking lot

Perfect Spot/Great Value

It was amazing to get a very nice condo steps from the beach and pool for such a reasonable price. Owner was responsive to every question. Sando’s has great coffee and hoagies and is right there. We loved it.

Sliding door to balcony barely would open very hot in bedroom air doesn’t cool in there enough hardly any water pressure in shower but to sleep it was okay we didn’t cook or stay in room long

Just Beachy

The condo was excellent. Very clean. Great location. The kitchen was well equipped and all the furnishings, including the king bed, were comfortable. The only complaint would be the sliding door to the balcony. It needs repair or replacement. It was very hard to slide.

Family get away

Everything was perfect for us. The pool was the perfect temp, showers and restrooms at the pool were clean. Furniture was comfortable, beds were decently comfortable (nothing is as good as your own bed) proximity to the private beach was an easy walk. Love it! Will come back!

This condo is very spacious compared to others. Just across the street from beach and since it’s October the traffic was minimal. Not much of an ocean view but that’s ok since price wasn’t outrageous. Would rent again.

Perfect rental in Destin!

Love the Destin area and this condo is the perfect place to stay. It’s in a great location for both the beach and restaurants/shopping, super clean, and in a quiet building. Will definitely come back!

Excellent Location

One of the nicer places we have stayed in the 12 years we have been coming to Destin. Condo was well stocked and very quiet and conveniently located. Will definitely be back. Hosts were very responsive as well.

I am a beachcomer and love this area of Florida. We have friends and family that come to vacation with us here so it made since to invest. The enclave has had a facelift and this unit was completely renovated. It has a new kitchen and baths with designer decor. It is stunning!

This property is located directly across the beach with great gulf views and in the heart of Destin. It is an upscale neighborhood; next door to Destiny by the Sea with beautifully landscaped grounds and a sidewalk for strolling along the coast.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our resort has tennis courts, large deep water pool (heated in winter), 3 grills with picnic table and volley ball on location here. There is a 8 mile walking, biking, or jogging path in front of condo.
