A true oasis in Florence. Very close to everything, but still felt secluded and peaceful. The property was exceptionally clean, and the host, Rocco, was a pleasure to communicate with. We loved falling asleep under the stars and waking up with the sun and birds chirping out our window. We can’t recommend this place enough to anyone looking for incredible accommodations in Florence! We will be back that’s for sure!

What a wonderful private spot to stay. Close enough to walk anywhere, yet a quiet getaway from the crowds and noise. We did have some difficulty finding the entrance gate when we arrive - this was after a long day of travel and getting to know the street signs and so forth Italy though! Our host Rocco was extremely helpful and patient with all of our questions and was available so quickly! Also got some great recommendations for shopping. This is a great spot for a quiet retreat during a busy week in Florence!

Perfect little garden hideaway! Walking distance from literally EVERYTHING…lots of nearby restaurants and there’s a gelaterie like two blocks away. I visited daily. Rocco was a fantastic host and even was able to make me dinner reservations for my birthday for me. highly recommend!

Absolutely the best location! The beautiful surrounding gardens are truly an oasis that is extremely convenient to centro. Moist places are within walking distance. The Rose Garden is right across the street. A perfect place for a short stay. Two burner cooking convenient four simpler dishes. Rocco was a very responsive and very gracious host. Thank you for a pleasant stay with a free private parking spot in front of the apartment that is within the estate.

A special place to stay

Private, quiet, close to town, and plenty of reasons to stay here. Host was courteous and quick to respond. The property is amazing for a tourist like myself- right in the heart of Florence. 5 min walk from the heart of the city. Highly recommend.

This little property was just perfect for our 6 day stay in Florence. You could walk to anywhere in the city and surrounded by restaurants and cafes… Rocco was always helpful…..The property was like a park in the city…..would definitely recommend to stay here Not big but perfect for 2 people.

A wonderful stay

A beautiful and peaceful stay very close to the Piazzale Michelangelo. I slept better here than in my hotels in Milano and Venice. Rocco was a great host, very responsive and helpful. I loved waking up in the sunlight but bring a sleep mask if you want to sleep in. :)

A Tuscan treasure!

My only regret about my stay here is that it was too short. The host was magnificent, and the property was a dream come true.Across the street are a rose garden and a Japanese garden, and the street itself leads right to an opening in the wall and just a short dogleg to a bridge into the city center.
