Rêver de Michel-Ange - apt.& garage à Florence est un appartement récemment rénové meublé avec passion et amour.
Il est situé au deuxième étage d'un immeuble en copropriété calme, aux portes du centre historique de Florence. À 15 minutes à pied du centre-ville, il est également bien relié à la ville par des lignes de bus et permet un accès facile aux principales attractions, telles que le Duomo, le Ponte Vecchio, mais aussi à Piazzale Michelangelo.

L'appartement comprend un salon avec un grand canapé-lit, une télévision et une table à manger avec un joli balcon à l'intérieur du complexe, idéal pour boire un verre de Chianti en profitant de la sérénité totale près du centre, une kitchenette avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin faites des déjeuners et des dîners à la maison (four, micro-ondes, plaque à induction, lave-vaisselle), une ravissante chambre avec lit double et matelas à mémoire de forme, une grande armoire coulissante, une salle de bains moderne avec une grande douche et un petit placard.

Great location, clean unit and 5 star hospitality from the owner. If you want a safe and secure home base to explore Oltrano and all the sites of Florence, this is it! Highly recommend, especially if you have a vehicle because there is a secure garage here.

Jarod and his mother were very nice guests, polite and easy going persons. Communication was good already before the arrival and during their stay. Both on arrival and at check-out were very punctual and uncomplicated. This gentile couple liked so much to receive insider tips for sights & restaurants and paid attention to my advices about the apartment and its surroundings. Marion is a fantastic host, with amazing communication and recommendations leading up to our stay. She was able to get us an early check in and met us for both check in and checkout. She provided snacks, sweets, fruit, and even a bottle of wine. She offered to make dining reservations and was available for anything we might need. The property itself is just outside the city wall and we were able to walk to everything that we wanted to see. Highly recommend.

Wonderful apartment

Stayed 3 nights, location is excellent, about a 20 minute walk to the main tourist areas along some lovely winding streets filled with good restaurants and sights. The apartment was as advertised, very clean and spacious. Manager was very communicative and provided lots of suggestions. She even made restaurant reservations for our first night at an excellent local restaurant a few blocks away

Beautiful apartment with garage in an ideal location

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful apartment! Communication with Marion was exceptional, clear, timely, and helpful, both before our arrival and throughout our visit. Everything was seamless and completely stress-free.The apartment itself was perfect, clean, comfortable, and ideally located (just outside the ZTL zone). We explored Florence on foot and visited nearby cities by car (having access to a garage was a huge plus). The location made it easy to enjoy the city day and night.Florence and its surrounding region is truly magical, rich in history, stunning architecture, warm and welcoming people, and unforgettable food. We are incredibly grateful for the generous hospitality and for helping make our stay in Florence so special. Highly recommended!

If you are looking for a CLEAN.. and close to the city center … this IS the apartment you want.We were 2 staying and the bed is so comfy.Plenty of extra towels. & Soaps provided.Kitchen very well stocked and fresh fruit and pastries greeted us.The host Marion , goes far beyond any other host we have rented from.From making dinner reservations for us to calling for our taxi, she was so helpful recommending grocery stores , vegetable stand in neighborhood , and restaurants.We will definitely stay at this property again when in Florence.There is an elevator to get to the apartment along with several steps.Completely remodeled to the newest conveniences. Beautiful apartment close to everything!!!

The apartment is so comfortable and has plenty of storage to unpack for a longer stay. The bed is comfortable and there is also a comfortable pull out sofa bed. The decor is beautiful and cozy. The kitchen has everything you need. You will be in walking distance to almost everything and there is public transportation if you don't want to walk. The building is secure and safe. The best part of this apartment is the host! Marion. She started contacting me weeks before my trip to help me plan the best stay possible. She answered all of our questions and gave us so many suggestions. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! We would definitely stay here again!

We loved everything about this apartment, the location, the security, the quiet neighborhood, the facilities (the well-equipped kitchen, the WONDERFUL shower, the comfortable bed), but most of all the host, one of the sweetest, most caring, hospitable, helpful, and fun people we've ever met. She clearly enjoyed hosting us, showing us how everything works, where everything is located, and making recommendations to make this the best of all places we've stayed in Europe during our 6-week trip. The host is an absolutely wonderful communicator having contacted us months before our visit about reserving early for popular tours and sites, and sending recommendations for dining, for the BEST gelato (award winning), supermarket with everything, bars, best shopping sites for whatever you're looking for, and even where to shop for some inexpensive replacement luggage when one of our wheels broke and made the suitcase useless. The well equipped and well stocked apartment met all our needs and made us feel at home. We could not have been happier we chose to stay here... away from the hoards of tourists, but close enough to see everything we wanted.

A Remarkable Owner

From long before we arrived, Marion provided us with a wealth of information and ideas for our visit to Firenze. She is a treasure. We have traveled to many parts of the world, but Marion is in a class by herself. The property is out of the center of Firenze, but we enjoyed the 20-25 minute walk to the Arno. It is exceeding clean and well maintained, and fairly spacious. The television has no English channels, but who goes to Firenze for TV? There is an underground garage space for a car, but it is quite tight (Marion directed us in and out!). It was a good place to leave the car while we spent a week enjoying walking in Firenze. The bed is comfortable. There are many outlets. And Marion left a bottle of wine, both still and aqua frizzante, and some breakfast snacks for us. All in all, a great experience!

Patricia & Marc waren sehr sympathische, ruhige und herrlich unkomplizierte Gäste, die bereits Florenz gut kannten. Mich freute es sehr, daß sie - selbst Vermieter - mein Appartement gewählt haben. Sehr pünktlich bei der Anreise, sowie zur vereinbahrten Check-out-Zeit und mit einer tadellosen und Kommunikation bereits vor wie auch während ihres Aufenthaltes. Mein Appartment hinterließen sie wirklich sehr ordentlich und blitzsauber. Eine besonderes Kompliment dafür! Ich kann dieses reizende und warmherzige Ehepaar 100 % weiterempfehlen und würde es gerne wieder bei mir empfangen. Hoffentlich auf bald - a bientòt!

Semplicemente perfetto! Fin dall'inizio ero molto curiosa di Fanette e della sua amica Patricia, dato che eravamo già in contatto via internet prima del loro arrivo... e si sono rivelate ospiti davvero carinissime! Appena arrivate, queste signore calorose e gentili mi sono piaciute tantissimo. Durante il loro soggiorno abbiamo comunicato animatamente e ho potuto godermi con loro il loro soggiorno a Firenze, pianificato in modo molto preciso. Hanno capito molto bene quanto fosse importante far sapere esattamente quando sarebbero arrivate e sono state molto puntuali nel fare il check-out. Mi ha fatto particolarmente piacere che abbiano lasciato il mio appartamento davvero in ordine e, soprattutto, molto pulito. Posso raccomandare vivamente queste signore adorabili e così colte e mi piacerebbe accoglierle di nuovo a casa mia. Sono venute come ospiti e se ne sono andate come amiche.... ... a presto!

Charmantes Appartement Nähe des Zentrums

Ein wunderbares Appartement mit Fahrstuhl und Garage. Top Lage, fußläufig zu den Boboli Gärten, dem Palazzo Pitti und der Ponte Vecchio. Wir konnten schon früher als vereinbart einchecken und trotz Innenstadtverkehr wurde Verständnis für die kleine Verspätung aufgebracht. Marion ist mit vollem Herzen dabei und erklärt auf Wunsch unfassbar viel über Florenz und die Sehenswürdigkeiten und Möglichkeiten - auch lange im Vorfeld steht sie zur Verfügung. Auch während des Aufenthalts war es kein Problem, wegen der Verkehrsanbindung zu Fragen und wir hatten allzeit das Gefühl, wunderbar aufgehoben zu sein. Unser erster Aufenthalt in Florenz wurde durch den allzeit angenehmem Kontakt und das ruhige Appartement zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis. Die Stadt lädt zu einem weiteren Besuch, das Appartement für einen solchen würden wir dafür sehr gerne wieder wählen. Vielen Dank für alles.

Die betreute Wohnanlage ist gut gesichert. Zum Zentrum ist es nicht weit, in direkter Nähe befindet sich ein Eingang zu den Boboli Gärten. Das Appartement ist sehr freundlich, hübsch und zweckmässig eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Marion ist eine herzliche Gastgeberin, die sich sher um ihre Gäste kümmert und den Aufenthalt liebevoll voebereitet. Unbedingt ein Grund, wiederzukommen!! Ich habe mich schnell heimisch gefühlt!

Kurztrip in Florenz

Marion ist einfach ein Traum… Sie ist eine der nettesten und aufmerksamsten Vermieterinnen die ich kenne! Sie gibt sehr viele gute Tipps und schlägt schöne Restaurants vor!! Es war ein sehr herzlicher Empfang und wir fühlten uns sofort sehr wohl! Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Küche ist auch gut ausgestattet! In ca 20 min zu Fuß Richtung Innenstadtbereiche. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Es war alles top Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Das Apartment ist liebevoll eingerichtet,man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wohl.Selbst an die kleinsten ist gedacht,es standen verschiedene Spiele zur Verfügung für einen tollen Spieleabend. Wir kommen wieder. Wir kommen wieder.
