We had a great stay! House was well equipped with just about everything we needed. Location was excellent.Stairs were a bit inconvenient, but we knew about them in advance. Contacted host and received excellent response.

We stayed here with 5 teenagers and it was perfect! We walked down to Boardwalk Bowl the first night, the next day we visited Seabright Beach, which is just down the street. There’s also a deli and burger joint super close by too. Great location for parking your car and enjoying the sea breeze. Plus the kids could spend time playing billiards or watching movies whenever we were home. Would definitely stay again.

Family Vacation

This house had great accommodations for our party of six. We really enjoyed the open living room and kitchen area, and especially the pool table. The deck was also very nice and had sun on it all day. Short walk to beach and boardwalk, cute neighborhood with quaint beach houses, short walk to convenience store, coffee shop, food, and local bars. Would stay here again.

Clean home in great location

We enjoyed our stay in this home for a weekend with friends and family. The location couldn’t be better. The bathrooms were not stocked with shampoo, as mentioned in the listing.

Comfortable and great location

We really enjoyed this house. It was really clean and comfortable. It was fitted with everything we needed. Also, the location was perfect, just a block away from the beach. We had a wonderful time visiting with family, who all live close by. It was a lovely stay!

Wonderful stay!

This is our second stay at this wonderful Seabright property. The home is very clean, wonderfully equipped and very close to the beach. It’s a great family vacation beach home, and the property manager was excellent with a few minor issues. Highly recommend!

Outstanding service

Lovely house just few blocks from beach, special for a family trip, vacation and relax time. Neighborhood is still under development / renovation process but this property is well maintained and we had a great time here. Service level from management was great!! Thank you!

Great location

This was the perfect location for us to explore Santa Cruz. We had 4 “teens” who enjoyed walking to the Boardwalk, SeaBright beach or Betty’s for fries & shakes! A few minor maintenance issues which owner was very quick to offer solutions.

Very nice modern condo

Modern condo near the beach and within walking distance to the boardwalk and wharf. Very nicely decorated. Bikes were available for quick travel to many areas. We enjoyed the 65 degree temperatures (July) while the rest of the country was suffering through 100+ degree temperatures.

Outstanding place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoy our stay. Very clean and we had everything we needed. Only complaint os there are no chairs with backs at the table, but there were slated storage bins to sit on. Suggestion for listing, let people know that the eating, living, & kitchen area are on the 2nd floor, and that the bedroom listed with 2 twin beds are both elevated beds with ladders to get to the bed. Great for kids and younger folks. We were a group of seniors that had several people where stairs are difficult. Still we had an awesome stay and would recommend this property highly.

Great house

Overall great. Easy to check in. Plenty of room. Well stocked. Nice porch to sit and eat. Simple, so not overcrowded. Kids room was absolutely perfect for my 4 and 6 year old. Easy, short walk to beach. Would definitely come back.

Great location and well appointed

This property set up worked great for a large family or 2 smaller ones traveling together. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs (including the awesome kids space with lofted beds, art table, tv etc) and the 4th bedroom is a master suite upstairs off the main living area. Very well stocked kitchen. Comfy beds. Awesome location walking distance to beach, restaurants, quick 1 mile to boardwalk. Owner was very responsive, we hope to stay again soon!

Review

It’s a very nice home and location. We would have liked to have some cleaning materials like Ajax and 409 to clean up better after ourselves. We bought some of those while there. There were no chairs with backs on them so sitting around to play games got a bit tiring but beds were comfortable and bathrooms were nice.

Seabright

It was an excellent property for our family to attend our granddaughters graduation from UCSC. Six adults. House and deck worked out great and we loved the pool table. In walking distance of grocer and liquor store, and the pier and boardwalk! Thank you Marian!!

great comfortable place

We loved the place. The house is near the Santa Cruz beach, (start nights, days with fishing and sailing and boottrips and a lot of surfing, and very comfortable. There are 3 great bathrooms, and enough space for all the (adult) children. It was clean, quiet surroundings, friendly neighbours, and we felt welcome. Plenty of towels, toiletpaper, wasmachine tablets and kitchen equipment. Also enough parking place, and a small place for coffee nearbye. A minor thing was the internet, wifi was not always strong enough to work from home. We will certainly come back.
