This home has three bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed. There are two full bathrooms (one with a bathtub and one attached to the primary bedroom) , a large ocean view deck for relaxing and taking it all in, and a nice bbq area out back.

It’s located one mile (about a 20 minute stroll) to Capitola Village , and about 15 minutes drive to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk.
Please note: The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety and the driveway has an arbor above it, with a 9’ 8” clearance. If you have one of these height-restricted vehicles, such as tall trucks, rooftop bike racks, or sprinter vans, you will need to park it on 38th Avenue.
