À quelques pas du centre du village - Appartement 2 chambres + loft entièrement équipé

L'appartement est situé dans un immeuble récemment rénové qui comprend plusieurs unités de 1, 2 et 3 chambres. L'immeuble est situé au centre-ville de Lake Placid, à un pâté de maisons de la rue Main et à quelques minutes à pied de l'aréna des sports et de la plage publique sur le lac Mirror. Cet appartement est livré avec une cuisine entièrement équipée et de nouveaux appareils: cuisinière, réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, grille-pain, cafetière et tous les ustensiles de cuisine, casseroles et poêles. Le salon a une cheminée murale, TV, DVD, chaîne stéréo et Internet par câble / sans fil. Stationnement hors rue est inclus avec l'unité. L'appartement dispose de climatiseurs fenêtre / mur en été. L'appartement partage la buanderie commune avec huit autres unités (laveuse et sécheuse au niveau principal / rue).

Le meilleur emplacement dans le village pour Ironman. Regardez la course dans le confort de votre appartement. Marcher 5 minutes jusqu'à la ligne d'arrivée d'Ironman.

Occupation standard: 4 personnes dans 2 chambres, chacune avec lit queen size.
Max. Occupation: 6 personnes (2 personnes peuvent dormir dans le loft). Nous ne fournissons pas de linge de maison pour un loft possible.

REMARQUE: Les escaliers pour monter au lit mezzanine sont très raides. Le grenier mesure environ 5 pi (pieds) de haut. Voir les photos pour plus d'informations.

Politique concernant les animaux
Les animaux domestiques sont toujours les bienvenus au Downhill Lodge. Cependant, nous attendons de vous que vous nous informiez à l'avance si vous amenez votre animal de compagnie. Sinon, et que l'animal se trouve dans la suite, une amende de 150 $ est payable. Un seul animal domestique est autorisé dans chaque suite. Des frais de nettoyage supplémentaires non remboursables de 50 $ sont payables avec la réservation ou à l'arrivée.

Great location!

This condo was perfect for myself, my husband and our 3 year old son. The location was also perfect! Highly recommend staying here and will definitely stay here again when we visit Lake Placid!

The apartment was clean and nicely updated. The loft was a nice bonus space. There’s a great restaurant less than a block away! Very accommodating and perfect for our family gathering. We used the porch chairs a bunch!

Great, updated condo. Outside of building leaves much to be desired, but the updates and amenities were en point. Don’t be deterred. Warm, welcoming and perfect for our ski weekend.

Wonderful Property - Highly Recommend

Overall our stay was fantastic. Several quick notes, however. When we arrived the key-lock was unlocked and the keys were in it. Not sure if that's your usual practice. The location, convenience, and ease of booking were certainly highlights. My only tiny comment was that while we were there, one family also arrived and took claimed all of the visitor parking and poached several other spaces.

Bachelor Weekend

Unit 7 was a perfect stay for weekend in Lake Placid for my college friend's bachelor party. My only critiques was the loft bed wasn't shown in the photos and I wasn't confident we had enough beds until we arrived. There was a nice loft with another full/queen bed (not sure because I didn't go up there. Parking was my only critque as there is only one spot for everyone on the property but we were able to find free parking nearby for other cars. The fire pit was nice and the outdoor seating was nice.

Great place, walk to anywhere

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is hard finding a place for a family of 6, but this spot was perfect. The kids loved the loft (which has a queen-sized mattress) and we loved the walkable access to pretty much anywhere! The owner was super accommodating to our changing schedules and allowed us to ad an extra night. We will most definitely be back!

Spiders out on the balcony were nasty could not enjoy sitting outside onit because of the spiders

Apartment in a parking lot

There are no photos of the apartment from the exterior. I should have taken that as a warning. It is located on a busy corner, in a parking lot and next to a auto repair shop. hardly an Adirondack escape.

Perfect Accommodations

Good location...not very clean

The location was fantastic. The apartment was not very clean. Tons of spider webs and spiders on ceiling. The kitchen walls were stained and dirty. The stove was disgusting and when we tried to turn it on the knobs were not labeled. We had to guess which knob started which burner and had no clue how to operate the oven as the knobs were not labeled either. When we finally figured it out the entire oven filled with smoke because it was so disgusting and there was. A Th ick later of grease on the bottom. Also we opened the dishwasher after a day and found smelly disgusting old dishes in there. Porch/deck was decent but furniture was stained and disgusting as well.
