Fantastique vue sur l'océan dans un condo au premier étage magnifiquement décoré!

"Drift Away" - Condo au premier étage avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan - 60 marches de la plage et vous êtes dans le sable! La terrasse du condo surplombe une piscine et est à quelques pas de la deuxième piscine. L'unité est très propre, confortablement meublée et a été décorée pour une sensation de plage relaxante et chaleureuse. Vous ne voudrez pas partir. Literie à plateau-coussin très confortable dans les deux chambres, très grand lit en maître et grand lit en 2e chambre. Le salon a un canapé-lit queen pour plus d'espace. Oreillers et couvre-lits fournis et service de linge disponible en option si vous ne souhaitez pas apporter les vôtres. Les deux chambres ont des ventilateurs de plafond. TV / DVD avec câble situé dans le salon et les deux chambres. Buanderie idéalement située juste à l'extérieur de l'unité dans le couloir (pas de bruit). Il y a 2 zones de grillades de chaque côté du bâtiment avec 12 grilles au total et 2 tables de pique-nique. Le condo est sur une route DEAD END END donc il n'y a pas de trafic intense et ce complexe est très familial. Le bar-restaurant Ocean Annie's Beach est très proche pour la nourriture et la musique - asseyez-vous sur une chaise nuit ou jour et détendez-vous. Apache Pier à quelques pas de la plage pour la nourriture, la salle d'arcade et la pêche. De plus, plus de pêche dans la chaussée du marais est située juste en face de la rue. À proximité: petites boutiques et restaurant / bar Flip Flops à 3 minutes à pied, épiceries, WalMart et plusieurs restaurants en quelques minutes, Arcadian Golf Course et Tanger Outlets à 5 minutes, Barefoot Landing à 10 minutes et Broadway at the Beach à 15 minutes. Il est temps de commencer vos vacances !!! La détente vous attend !!!!

Wonderful stay in beautifully remodeled condo

We absolutely loved our condo at APATB3. We have been staying there for years and this was the best place yet. So nicely decorated, super comfy beds, great modern appliances, 1st floor location, and even great beach chairs. Hope to stay here next uear!

Excellent place!

I rented this property for my dad so he could come to the beach with us. He loved it! Everything in the kitchen you could need, chairs in the closet, updates all around. Great place to stay and minutes down to the beach!

Great, convenient location to the beach and next to Ocean Annie’s. The Outside property is well maintained and tidy. Condo was perfect and just as described. Very pleased and would absolutely rent again in the future.

Week at Myrtle

We had a great time the unit was just as advertised. We had a great view of the beach from the unit and were just steps away from the beach. We would definitely stay here again. The only downside was no washer and dryer in the unit and no ice maker.

Short but sweet getaway

The property is as described. It was clean and everything worked properly. It’s a great location for visiting all attractions. The first floor was a plus! The property owner was wonderful and great communication. We would definitely stay again.

Great time with girlfriends at the beach

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a great place! The view was great and we loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the sound of the ocean and great breeze. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything anyone could need. The beds were very comfortable. Its a very short walk on the beach to Ocean Annie's to grab a bite to eat and have a nice drink and listen to the music. We will definitely be back! Thank you!!

My husband and I had the best sleeps at Sunset Bank Cottage from June 6-8, 2025. The king mattress and pillows were so comfortable. The property is new, well appointed and offered lots of extras from an abundant supply of coffee and tea, to puzzles, binoculars, tons of towels and a full range of kitchen appliances. The property offers privacy, ample outdoor seating on the deck, and of course the sound and views of the ocean. Lots of birds in the area as well. Beth was very helpful and responsive. I would go back in a heartbeat. Maritimers are by far the warmest and friendliest of all.
