Amazing place in Avalon! Linda’s home is gorgeous and wonderfully located, and she is a spectacular host! The snacks and drinks waiting for us were a great touch. Thanks for making our stay so special!

Linda was a fantastic host. Accommodated early check in and late check out. House’s beds were premade with towels left out for you. It truly felt like a hotel experience - all you had to do was bring your personal items! Pool was great and had floats to use. Location was awesome - restaurants and bars were less than a 5 minute walk. Can’t recommend this place and Linda enough!

We loved our stay in Avalon with my family for our family wedding in stone harbor. Great house , wonderful location. We wished more was open nearby us in Avalon , but the Nor’easter the week before our stay might have affected the stores and shops schedule. The beach was still lovely too even though it was eroded a bit! Some in our family too were able to swim in the ocean , but we did miss having the pool. October is usually a great month although we did have a few rainy days. We went to the Avalon play park , the zoo and walk the boardwalk and beach snd enjoyed our family gathering and visit. it!

The house was amazing! Linda left her cell phone number in case we needed anything. She provided sheets, towels, blankets and pillows. We had full use of the kitchen. It was better than staying in a hotel. There was a book left of notes about the area along with menus. We would definitely stay here again!!! Thank you Linda for everything!!

The place was perfect! Linda was a gracious host, very accommodating and communicated everything I needed to know. Was in town for a wedding with friends. Location was great. Easy walk to beach and restaurants.

We had an amazing time in Avalon. The house was perfectly located to town and the pool was a major plus! Gorgeous new home with great amount of space for large family and kids!

We had a wonderful weekend at Number 1Beach House. The house is immaculate and so comfortable there is a lot of space but it feels cozy. The kitchen is well equipped. We especially enjoyed the heated pool. There is a lovely flower garden surrounding it complete with hummingbird. Linda is a generous and gracious host. I highly recommend this property.

Great house and host

The house was immaculate and exactly as expected. Great location. Host was easy to communicate with and made sure we were happy. His may not be ideal for this with mobility issues due to steps but otherwise it's a great spot!

This home is absolutely beautiful! Headed down for Thanksgiving weekend and the kitchen had everything we needed! All the way down to a nutmeg grater & potato peeler. Also, the cookware & dinnerware was lovely -- rather than random pieces left behind by others. Plenty of glasses, plates etc. Comfy beds, lots of rooms -- best house we've ever rented on VRBO. Hope to return in the summertime to enjoy the pool!

This property was perfect for our Easter weekend getaway. The location doesn’t get any better as we, including my MIL who has knee issues, were able to walk to Rock’N Chair for brunch as well as several nearby surf shops for everyone’s obligatory sweatshirt souvenir. The house itself was extremely well appointed and you could tell the owners have actually stayed because the kitchen had much more than the bare essentials! We used all but 1 bedroom, the middle room upstairs, and rooms we did use had great beds and convenient bathrooms. Loved the light, bright, clean decor too. The steps were steep for my MIL, but she took her time and managed fine. Good handrails! The host was professional and very communicative. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay again!

Thank you for the feedback and kind words! Yes, the house was designed for people to actually cook with plenty of pots, pans, smal appliances, matching dishes, flatware, glasses and sharp knives. Nothing worse than 4 mis-matched plates, 2 forks and 1 knife in a house for 10. Do visit again!

I cannot express enough how much my husband, friends and I enjoyed our stay at Linda’s rental!! It is hands down one of the nicest homes we have ever stayed in! It seriously took our breath away and was exactly what we needed for the weekend. We were so appreciative of all the intentionality behind the details throughout the home. Very comfortable and clean. Communication with Linda was FANTASTIC - her check-in and out details were thorough and she was so kind and cool with us! Happy to have been able to share so many memories and laughs in this beautiful home!

This beach rental was AMAZING. Super clean and fully stocked! Perfectly as described in the listing and Linda responded to my ridiculous question promptly. Highly recommend this property! Did a girls 50th and appreciate that Linda paid attention to that and was able to help out.

Ladies weekend!

This property was absolutely perfect in EVERY WAY for our ladies long weekend! Owner was very easy to communicate with and flexible. Home is gorgeous and location is fantastic! The heated pool was the icing on the cake. We could not have found a more perfect place for our beach weekend. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! We will be returning next September!! Thank you for your kind hospitality!!

5 Stars for Everything

What a fabulous experience! My family came in from different parts of the country to celebrate a wedding and I couldn’t be more thrilled we found this well appointed and absolutely beautiful home. Dealing with Linda was a 10 out of 10 experience and the location is perfect. Thank you Linda for making my travels so easy; everything was so stress free. I would 100% Recommend a stay at this home in AValon.

Perfection!

Absolutely loved the stay, a short walk into the downtown restaurants or to the beach. Linda is a wonderful host with great recommendations and fast responses. This house had a heated pool, large kitchen, lots of bathrooms and large bedrooms. Three different large balconies gives room for everyone! The attention to detail was breathtaking and this property is absolutely perfect no expense was spared new construction!! Can't wait to come back.

Amazing for family trip

We absolutely loved our stay in this house! My family and I had so much room and space here and lacked nothing. The rooms and bathrooms are all spacious, gorgeous, and very clean and updated. There was plenty of space on the main level for gathering as a large group. The kitchen truly had everything that we needed to feed a large family easily and we absolutely loved hanging out by the pool. The house is even more spacious in person than it looks in photos. We also made great use of the beach chairs that were provided. Overall, we really had an amazing time here and couldn't have asked for better for our beach vacation! We would absolutely love to come back here in the future when we're back in Avalon!!

Childhood Memories Unlocked

Finding time to reconnect as a family is hard to coordinate, but when you find the perfect house and location you can unlock a lifetime and memories. Found the perfect house with five star accommodations in the perfect location for my family to gather in a beach town that holds many childhood memories thanks to Linda and her exceptional vacation we were able to enjoy each other‘s company and make many new memories. Location is within walking distance to everything but the overall layout of this house, high-end finishes and furniture and don’t get me started on this gourmet kitchen if you want to feel like you’ve stepped into a five star hotel this is the house you should rent. The only problem you will have is that you’ll want to stay longer thank you Linda for sharing what we hope to call our annual vacation destination 10 star.
